People there were very kind and helpful. There was some issues with the automatic texting service (for medicine pickup notifications) but that isnt the fault of the workers. They made shopping there a smooth and pleasant experience

garbage staff. i needed my prescriptions but my doctor couldn’t just call them in, so she wrote them for me. the people working in the pharmacy said they wouldn’t take it and they were nasty to all hell. just really awful and mean people. i had to switch to walmart. i wouldn’t even give this business a one star, they honestly deserve 0. they’re just so rude and every single time we’ve been there we were treated with attitude. mind you, we went with written down scripts before and they were accepted. they just wanted to be nasty.

Very clean and friendly. Ample parking, well lit and clean parking lot. Hours are convenient and I would like to give a shout out to my cashier, Gabby who rang me up a few nights ago! She displayed great customer service skills and smiled all while answering my questions (about baby and mommy products I needed for my daughter who had just delivered) and took the time to help me find my $5 off coupon that I was having a hard time bringing up on their website. When she found out my grandson had just been born the night before, she was very sweet in her heart felt congratulations! Thank you for the awesome service and being courteous which is unfortunately so hard to find now days!😊

Lisa in the pharmacy was awesome! She went out of her way to help me with getting my prescription filled. Making phone calls, etc! Wonderful experience and great customer service which is rare these days.

Walgreens in Waycross G A get a low rating. I go to my Dr in Jacksonville. And can't get my pain medicine no more cause of some knew damn guidelines Walgreens came up with. Now get this. Walgreens will any other medications but oxicodone in which me and other patients get. This guidelines leaves me and other patients not being able to get our medicines. And they don't care. I mean what's the damn difference. And some these Walgreens picking and choosing who's medicine they will fill. My body is in a lot of pain. I have spinal cord issues, pelvic issues, and issues with pain in my left shoulder. And this pain also in my less. I am a chronic pain patient. The fact Walgreens did not warn us they were to do this ahead of time.

The pharmacy personnel needs to be fired. They hired new staff with the rudest "lead hitter" behind the register with such a mean, arrogant, rude attitude. She doesn't smile, doesn't make eye contact, and makes you sit down in a chair when she can't find your prescription. A Rx was called in on Saturday and it took 3 days to fill because nobody answered the phone on Saturday at all. Why? They had no pharmacist so they shut the pharmacy down leaving the phone system going in a loop keeping me on hold for over 45 minutes, then it hung up. I had to call the store manager to find out the pharmacy was closed down all day. If you have a serious illness, or need urgent medication filled, go elsewhere.

This location is always very clean and very quiet and for the most part all the associates were helpful for when I needed help.It's easy to find items at this location.They have carts and baskets in the front.They also have a sanitized station.As I'm writing this review I'll remembering all the times they were also very nice to me 🙂 ! Thank you.

They call me before time our medicine we need fill is out they order medication and then they call and let us know it's in.The staff is friendly with us and the Pharmacists are nice to us to been with them along time and will not change . Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Their very understaffed and their body language tells a lot about their attitude with us customers. It was so disturbing as a customer that’s not feeling well needed her meds and for us to pull up to the drive-thru window for service, to see an associate who had the attitude that she doesn’t want to work yet alone be there. We give our money for our purchase only to get our change back flying out of the window holder . I mean common sense should have told that associate. We both know she saw the wind blowing. Why didn’t she just put the change in the bag along with the medicine given to us. 🙄 I hope management meet with their employees about their work ethic, attitudes, and everything else about CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was a 1st time new customer for Walgreens. But after today. I’ll no longer go there for any service yet alone recommend anyone I know to go there. Get it together WALGREENS. You all was huge DISAPPOINTMENT😞

They have an odd selection, at higher than average prices.When shopping, you can see employees following you at a distance to make sure you're not stealing.I'm an honest customer and do not appreciate being watched like a criminal. When I would try to make conversation with them or ask where an item was, they are generally unhelpful or impolite and ignore me.I have literally no care to go here.

Short fat woman working behind the counter at the pharmacy right now with glasses & dark hair is one of the rudest nastiest people who’s ever worked there. She made me & my husband stop getting our prescriptions filled there. You all need to fire here ASAP

Understaffed, poorly managed. No one at front counter after waiting 15mins. Staff had very bad attitude and was too lazy to walk from the photo department to the front counter. Literally 30 feet away. I realize you have limited options in Waycross but I would avoid this one.

Can't call and talk to someone. Go to store and stand in line for 30 minutes just to ask a question. They have one person working the desk and the drive through.What a joke this place is. Go to cvs the wait is much shorter.
