I was just in the store in Waycross, Ga with my granddaughter. She picked up a pair of shoes that had a $6 clearance tag on it. The cashier called the manager, Jessica she took the shoes and said that she was going to check the correct price. I stood in the line explaining to the cashier that I expected to get the shoes for the price that was on it. The manager came back walked past the cashier and me stating that the correct price is $10. The cashier stated that she know I didn't do it but they didn't even want to sell me the shoes for the price that was listed. The manager didn't come back and explain it to me at all. I felt like she was disrespectful and unprofessional regarding this matter. I wouldn't advise any family or friends to shop at this store and expect be treated fairly when making a purchase. So disappointed.

I love TJ Maxx. They get all my money when I go there. Cool clothes, Decent electronics but they sometimes have natural crystals. Epic find. I love and hate you TJ Maxx. More love.

Likely the best outlet store we have in town. Where I usually go to buy work shirts, socks, boxers etc.Always have a pretty large assortment of non-clothes items as well.

Wonderful customer service at the jewelry counter. Miss Nancy H. will pull out anything and let you try it on and talk about where the jewelry came from. Very sweet lady. Was able to get a hunk of Selenite for $9.99! Plus they had really cute mugs.

I kinda made a mistake here - I am not sure of how to fix it but I have been to T J Maxx and I find very lovely and helpful people that are employees and the customers that I speak to are awesome also.T J Maxx has a lot of variety in their store from Jewelry to purses, shoes and hats, all kinds of clothes, housewares, bed coverings, books and toys.They have great prices also.I took the photo from the outside as rain was approaching and the rainbow appears to be landing on the building. And at night as I was leaving.

The first and only place I have been with my grandchildren which all the employees was so kind and helpful making my shopping enjoyable. My wild and spoiled grandchildren did not get us kicked out ..instead the employeesjust helped make my shopping enjoyable ..so enjoyable I spent 1200. On cloths. A big Thank you sent out to all the employees at TJ Maxx

Took a Christmas gift back that my mom was kind enough to get a gift receipt for. Got a gift card in exchange. Wandered around for maybe an hour before resigning to my fate. Not much here interests me, but that's just a personal opinion - it has a good selection of nice-looking clothes, some kitchen tools, etc.Very clean. Always love that in a store.

Went to return a hair straightener I bought a couple weeks prior, but when I got it home, it would not even power on. On both visits, while the store has a huge variety of items, you can find some good deals, but many of their items are overpriced. You just have to look. Every time I have been the checkout lines are ridiculously long and you have to stand in line and wait forever. Really??? However, the ones working there are extremely cordial and helpful as overworked as they seem to be.

Selection, selection, selection!!! This store was fully stocked on November 18, 2022. Checkout line was long but went very fast. Cashier was super friendly.

The day after Christmas I returned to the store to do a return. They had a return table at the front, the lady with white hair was the single most rudest person I have ever met. She was super rude to me and all the cashiers at the front! My cashier with curly hair was super helpful and respectful, the lady with white hair was super rude to her in front of me! Worst customer service ever. The cashier handled it very well and apologized for what was said to her.

I enjoy TJ Maxx and they have some great stuff I usually go in there and look for a little trinket type jewelry or good deals on fancy watches and that's actually what got me in there the other day unbelievably good prices on some stuff

TJMaxx, I Love You! This store in every city is a joy to shop at. The only thing that would make TJMaxx better is if I paid them 50.00 per month and that's all it ever cost for lifetime. Restrooms are to the left after entering the outdoor entrance, this for those of you who Really Need To Know.

It's a bit pricey for a bunch of non-name branded clothing, but the redeeming quality of this place is the variety.You can find designs and styles here that you cannot find anywhere else.One of my wife's favorite dresses came from here and we havent been able to find another like it since.The staff is okay, they say what they must for their paycheck and then go busy themselves quickly as possible.They seem to be quite evasive of customers, which I'm not a fan of. I believe clothing store associates should be more assisting and maybe offer recommendations.Summary- Good variety, a little pricey, okay'ish staff.

I don't have any complaints about the actual store, it was great, but the cashier was the single most pushiest I've ever seen one be about trying to get me to sign up for a store credit card. We live no where near a TJ Maxx and were only stopping in to check one out since it was on the way to where we were going, and she spent the entire transaction desperately trying to convince us to sign up for a credit card that we didn't need. I don't blame the cashier at all, I know this has to be a management thing, so I'd really advise management to try to tone down this desperation. It made the entire shopping experience really uncomfortable and awkward.
