I mostly come here for my buisness needs, and/or shipping out packages for ebay selling. Very fast staff and usually have good deals on gaming chairs and other items.

Usually, I have no issues at any Staples I go to. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for this location. Shopped their large area of clearance items and nothing was tagged with accurate and/or correct prices for items therefore I did not buy anything, if ya'll are trying to eliminate those items its not working very well. Also, when I was looking at the furniture along the back wall, it was clear there was some kind of damage from the ceiling, and there was debris all over the furniture and floor. I understand things happen, and maybe it's not fixed yet, but coming from a previous retail associate, I have some pride in your location.

Don't go here if you plan on buying anything. All this stores cares about is the print station and shipping. They might as well close the store and only offer printing. The two ladies rather help ppl with printing and make the shopper wait. They completely ignore the shoppers. Why not designate 1 person to cashier and 1 to the printing area.

I needed a print job with a quick turn around. The customer service I received and the print quality were hands down the best I have ever experienced. If you have any print needs, this is the place to go. I can’t express my gratitude enough for the print tech who helped me.

Just wanted to share... went to Staples to get help on purchasing a new computer and was helped by Cathy... She was so patient and so knowledgeable. She really took care of me, and I am thrilled with my new computer! I wasn't really sure what I wanted, but she figured that out for me, and set me up with the perfect computer for me. Great experience! So happy I went there! And so happy I found Cathy!

Customer service could have been better. I wasn't greeted nor was I asked if I needed any help and there were 2 employees within a 8-10ft radius and 2 more within 15-20ft. That might not seem like a big thing to some people, but I've done retail management for years and I believe customer service should always be priority. Your employees represent your company!!

The associate that handled my printing project was very friendly and helpful! She went above and beyond to assure my project was done perfectly and in a timely manner! I will not hesitate to use the print service again!

My husband and I were sadly faced with the passing of our son a month ago. We were in need of a 24X36 photo print of our son. We explained to James what we wanted and was so pleased with the outcome. James was friendly, knowledgeable, and made adjustments that gave our son's picture great clarity. We definitely recommend Staples' printing center in Waycross, Georgia; especially if James available.

was not good. one person came up to help me. told me just minute and sent some one else to help me. that person got a call from the asst mgr an told him/her he was helping a customer. in just a minute another person came up. he was told to finish my sale because the asst mgr wanted him. as much as i buy from staples i have never felt so un important as i did today.if i rate this store today it will be low. usually have good service

Called to make an order of 1 pk of carbon copy paper..4 times was hung up on 3 times and put on hold indefinitely the last time...Place in need of some sincere Customer Service skills plan to help Staples keep up with other competitors like Walmart and Sams....ridiculous service..

Came on a Saturday and waited in the parking lot for the store to open at 10. While waiting 11 cars pulled in and left. I thought of the business they lost. May consider store hour change. Great store. Everyone is very nice and helpful

Faxing 5 pages on an income return took 20 minutes and cost $16.58 . outrageous. Staples new fax machines are slow and costly. I won't be faxing there again . Their assistant Johnston was most helpful, helpful and polite.

Don't have much need to shop very often with stables but on occasion I will have something that I need that staples has and I make a purchase. The other day I needed a usb3.0 charger cord so I went online and purchased 2 for $14.00. the online purchase would not be delivered for approximately three weeks so I check it see if staples had one which they did. The one staples sold was $40.00 but I needed one to charge my device. After buying the $40.00 cord I was able to use it for three weeks before one of the contact pins feel out. After that cord would not charge the cord at all. I took the cord and the pin that fell out to staples and was told 14 day return policy. Pretty much said it is my probkem but they would be HAPPY to sale me another one. Staples can go pound sand I will never pend another dollar with them.
