I purchased a vape from this establishment about a year and a half ago. The first couple of weeks it worked great. Then it started leaking. My daughter also bought one just like mine and hers leaked also. I took mine back to see if they could figure out why It was leaking. Of course it wouldn’t leak when he looked at it. Once I got it back home a day later is started leaking again.They wouldn’t replace it and I was very unhappy about that. I’ll not be doing business here again!

I have been dealing with chronic pain for 10 years. This is the only place that carries anything strong enough to help at all.I would recommend this store to anyone who is dealing with pain and not able to get pain meds from doctor.The atmosphere is like a welcoming family.Thanks for the help,

I previously had this place rated as a 2 star but after going there a few more times I've come to enjoy the place and the owner that I deal with each time so just for his caring and friendliness I'm giving the rating I am because it is hard to find either one of those traits now a days.

I LOVE SOUTHERN FOG VAPES! The owner (and staff) knows how to treat customers and they can answer questions without making newbies feel stupid so don't be afraid to ask them anything. They will not try to upsell you and their prices might seem steep but compared to other vape shops their prices are similar and are even cheaper on certain items. I've been a couple dollars short on vape juice and they told me not to worry about it which is very very rare nowadays! That great customer service is why they have so many repeat and regular customers! If you want to quit smoking Southern Fog will gladly help you and you will most likely succeed!

The cashier seemed very knowledgeable on the products they were carrying. You may have to call a couple of times if you want to communicate over phone but i do not think their phone calls directly into the store.

Never have anything in stock hardly. In 4 months time they never got the battery in I needed... didn’t have a tank for me to buy when mine broke due to stock issues.. didn’t have my vape juice in stock so I tried other vape juices that were less than average in taste and ended up throwing away $50 worth of vape juice because it was that bad.. also Wanted to buy an additional vape and guess what? Not in stock. so moreover they need a wider variety of juices as well as more stock in everything literally.Now for the PROS: the pros of this shop compared to vaping easy in douglas is that if you end up buying a defective device like I did then the owner will replace it free of charge and you don’t have to call the manufacturer and wait forever to get a new one. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. And the hours are super convenient compared to other vape shops.

They are always helpful if you don't know what you need. They have great knowledge of their products and are always very friendly. If they don't have what you need they will always special order it for you if you want them to.

Still the best vape shop in southern Georgia. They have a excellent staff who are always there and ready to help. They also carry a wide range of products and if they don't have what you're looking for they can usually get it for you in a few days.

Just moved to waycross area from Douglas GA. I used to go to vaping easy in douglas but switched to southern smog in waycross and it’s a million times better.. the atmosphere is great.. the owner is super friendly and knowledgeable... a girl named Ashley helped me and she was great as well! Prices are good and The hours are great so I never have to worry about running out of anything because they are open every single day during reasonable /reliable hours compared to the vape shop in douglas. Altogether 5 star experience!

Friendly enough - the shop is a little bit on the dark side in regard to lighting and a little more expensive than what I'm used to. They were just about cleaned out of stock when I visited. Wish they had more 0 nicotine juices.

Prices an quality of a higher end vape shop but with more of a laid back feel to it. It's not a get in a get out type store. It's more of a place where customers are encouraged to hang out a bit which can help you meet more people.

The owners & staff here are AWESOME, "real people", not all fake or snobby, and they are pleasant and very knowledgeable and helpful. If you are in need of anything VAPE related, then this is where you need to go. You can shoot a game of pool or lounge on the sofa while your there. It has a cozy, laid-back feel, like your right at home! I definitely recommend SOUTHERN FOG VAPES
