I dont have pets of my own anymore, but this is a fantastic place to go if you do. One of my more notable visits was several years ago when I was dating this girl and we were looking at the kittens. As it so happens one of them was small enough to fit through the bars and escape. There weren't any visible employees so we just kinda sat there for awhile before anyone came to great us. Still a funny experience to this day.

I bought my dog and she’s a small poodle 2 1/2 pounds. I told her before that she was very small. They said that they could handle grooming her. Needless to say they called me. Tell me to bring her to the vet they cut her for to the vet. My vet bill was 400+ dollars, they said they would return my money because she did not get groomed instead of them returning all my money they gave me $285.17 I’m furious. I had to take care of this dog while her leg was cut and she had stitches and I get with reimbursed a fraction of what it cost me. I should’ve kept her home and just gave her a bad haircut I won’t be doing business there anymore. My experience sucked for me and for my dog.

I walked in here yesterday for a turtle light. There was so many puppies around with their owners shopping as I took 20 min to realized that my turtle light was sold out and I settled with a different type of light that will still make a good sub. I enjoyed seeing owners and their puppies. Everyone was so nice even the puppies. The store was super clean and it was easy to find everything I needed that day. The cashier was super nice, if anything she was too nice XD . I cant wait to go back ! I'm a little fast minded and may take longer in stores than a regular person so I do apologize in advance.

It's usually like a ghost town at this store. They have lots and lots of out of date product on their shelves. But instead of marking it down to a reasonable price they donate it to these so called charities or rescue centers. I know a couple people that go to where they give it away and they will leave there with a couple 100 lbs of dog food and not pay a dime for it. Where they could have just marked it down to a descent price for their regular customers.

I'm just going to start out by saying that I only intended to go into this store for cat litter and some cat food. Low and behold, we leave with the sweetest kitty. Their adoption process was simple, at the time they were doing $45 adoptions and all you need is the money and a photo ID. The prices at this location for food and litter is good, I will definitely be returning!

I've had my dogs groomed and friends dogs groomed a fee times here. The staff is ALWAYS amazing! Whenever I have a question the front staff or grooming staff is ALWAYS ready to answer questions. If they don't know they have multiple resources to ask and will get back to you about it. I'm always greated by a friendly smile and it's a Sense of home!

Started taking our dogs here for grooming just this year. Have always been able to get an appointment which is difficult with big dogs. Prices are reasonable and staff is very friendly and caring of my fur babies.

i have a long haired dachshund, he doesn’t get his entire body groomed, usually just paws, ears, around the butt, and necki paid $60 for them to basically trim his ears and toe-nails. not to mention the upcharge for filing his nails. i am so disappointed because the people are so sweet up there but for what i’m paying, i should be pleased when leaving not having to call somewhere else and get him regroomed

I went in and signed up for dog training. No one was there to talk to me about it, so I filled out info and no one ever called me. I then called the store and someone told me a manager would call me right back. Guess what? Still haven't received a call. They DO NOT CARE!

This store is so helpful and nice! I went in one day to buy my sweet lab a new collar and the lady even helped me adjust the collar to fit him before we even left. Then the next day I took him to visit the grooming area. The ladies there were amazing! My pup came home looking so handsome and smelled so good. I definitely recommend this place for all your sweet babies needs.

Cashier seemed to want $15 extra to take home and thought I wouldn’t notice. It always pays to be honest. Try that next time instead of stealing from me.She Scanned something before scanning my items and wouldn’t count out my change. She basically threw it in my hand hoping I wouldn’t notice how much she shorted me. This place is horrible.

I love visiting the kitties waiting on a new home. The pup bakery treats.... what I can't leave without, our dogs love them. Service varies.... Sometimes it's great, a few times I felt like no one was working. I'm sure it depends on who is working.

We made it to the store before it even opened this morning, when the girls pulled up an seen is they acted has if it upset them we where there already. When the store opens we go in to get dog food and the litter. Didn’t have the right dog food and was told to just get any of it in that brand it’s all the same. When I got to the checkout all 3 of the lady’s were fussing back and forth about hours and who does what! The girl checking us out had an attitude and the other lady at the 1st register did also. I will not be going back to this location at any point. I drive 45 minutes one way to get my supplies for my dogs every couple weeks for now on I will go to Brunswick.

The cashier was super helpful and I would mention her by name if I had remembered to note it, but I was a little stressed out at the time. My Boston terrier had just had her eye removed and I was holding her while the cashier helped fit her with an inflatable collar. She had to go into my wallet to pay for it since I could not manage that and holding Roxie, too. Thank you for making a stressful situation manageable!

Always like taking my dogs there, but not any more! I had a grooming appointment for my two dogs set for noon. I go there at 12:10...left work at 11:15 from industrial park in Waycross, drove to Blackshear to get the dogs and all the way out to Petsense... and she wouldn't take them because I was late. It was 12:20, but I had already been there for some time and no one answered me. Apparently she was on her cell phone and "working" in the back and she didn't see me. I usually go on weekends, so I have help getting the dogs in the car and everything, but she wasn't working Sunday, So I had to do it by myself during the week. She said she had another one coming in at 12:30...you can't get them done in 30 minutes?! Your going to take down the information and put them in a kennel until you get to them... I know I was a little late...but REALLY!!! Wasted two hours of my work day...and I had planned on bringing them more often. NEVER AGAIN.
