Bought flooring planks yesterday. Customer service was good when we purchased them. But we go to the house an realized they was not what we wanted. So went to take them back, They gave us a very hard time returning them. Maybe if your policy is 30 days return with no hard time guaranteed with a receipt, Then you may want to explain that policy to the employee's. Definitely with it was a $900 purchase. They finally took it back but they could have left the rudeness at home! Would have left one star if the customer service wasn't good when we buying.

I have reservations on good stuff. But it’s definitely cheap. Priced an item on the Walmart app while standing in front of the same exact item at Ollie’s it was the same price. Identical item. I Purchased a pair of thermal coveralls gave to my son he said the zipper broke on first wear. Told him to take it back but he said he would wear anyway since it’s for work

Visited this particular Ollie's in Georgia. Compared to the Jacksonville stores this one was very very clean and well stocked. Found everything I was looking for and more.

Ollie's is always a great place to shop. I found a keepsake book for my grandchildren on this trip. I bought 5 of them, one for each grand.. I love this place and always find something great when I go.

I went in Ollie’s specifically hunting for an inexpensive rug. I found the rug and so much more!!!! I actually purchased two rugs!!! I found a cute Blues Clues kitchen made of wood for only $19.99. I even found stuff for my Christmas shoebox mission.

Only the second or third time I've been to this store, but they have a HUGE selection of books and many, many other things. They carry name brand items at great prices. Lots of items for the kitchen and cooking, a big variety of rugs, carpeting, and vinyl plank flooring at low prices. I will definitely go back. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Pleasant shopping experience and the store wasn't crowded around 7:30 p.m. They close at 9 p.m.

Excellent place! I love all the unique and affordable things I find all the time. It has stayed far more cleaner than when it first opened. I love their amazing sales in things that are already cheap! And it really is good stuff! The staff is very friendly especially the cute sales supervisor named Richard. My favorite store in waycross for miscellaneous purchases.

I cannot recommend this place enough!Great prices on most items, and the variety is huge. The staff is always friendly at checkout.The item quality is usually pretty good, but be leery of the appliances. Had a hot plate and a toaster die very recent after purchase. Everything else has been great.I appreciate the great experience.

Great deals.they always seem to have something interesting that no one else in town carries. Personally my favorite is the fishing gear they seem to get lures no one else in our area carries. I got a great deal on some lucky craft lures which they seem to keep in stock.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted by an Employee, I requested the location of my product, and I was checked out within a few minutes, I was given additional product information and viewed it. Continued Success to Ollie's, (e.g., Employees providing Exceptional and Professional Services, and product availability); yes, I will Continue Shopping at Ollie's. Of course, I am Highly Recommending this Business!

Initial review 2019: I love Ollie's! I shop there all the time for things they usually have & new things that look interesting. I buy all my jeans there & my husband just bought me the perfect lavendar splotch pot/pan set for Christmas. The prices are great & the staff is always pleasant. They also have an Ollie's card savings program which allows you to accumulate points for 10% & 15% discount cards. Highly recommend! 2021 review: still shopping often there, but it's been a while since they had a good selection of jeans. They did start carrying 20 pound bags of reasonably priced clumping cat litter again, which is good. I have 5 cats, so I stock up on litter every time I go in. My pot/pan set still looks brand new. One thing Ollie's carries that you might not think of is a good selection of bibles. I bought a large print one for myself and several others as gifts. They would make a nice Christmas present.

This place is awesome! So many different things and great prices. Was able to get a ton of things for Christmas for the kids and didn't spend nearly what I would have for the same items if I'd gone to Walmart or Target. I will definitely be back!!
