UPDATE on 1/27/2024- Not sure why on a Saturday around 10:30 am, the ladies restroom has no hand soap, no hand sanitizer and dispensers are in this kind of shape. No, I didn’t let staff know because 1-they are scarce and 2- restrooms should never be like this. There were NO registers open except customer service and self check out at the front. I’m disappointed since I’ve been loyal to Lowe’s for over 30 years.Previous review from March, 2023-Smaller store, not as much selection as bigger Lowe’s stores. Store associates are sparse here and not as eager to help as other locations.

Chris in the kitchen area is an awesome dude. He made me feel welcome and comfortable with my purchase of a Samsung fridge. 1st fridge I've ever bought new and at 55 years old. Super guy deserves a BIG FAT raise.

I've used this Lowe's on and off for 16 years and never had a bad experience. Most recently I've had need to go in quite a few times due to updating my home and making repairs. I've always found the people here to be friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go out of their way to provide you with a positive service.

Would not price match their own on line pricing. Searched for a replacement water filter, showed pricing and that it was in stock. Got to the store and pricing was higher. Spoke with the assistant manager and he would not honor the online pricing from Lowe's own website, with the Waycross store selected.

I just want to bring to recognition an employee at the Waycross location in hopes of him being rewarded and recognized! A young man named Lloyd provided me exceptional customer service! The most kind, patient and helpful person ever. We came in with little knowledge on the project we wanted to tackle but ran into Lloyd (who stopped what he was doing to help) and left with more knowledge, a smile and peace about what we are trying to accomplish! Lloyd walked us through the things we needed to start a raised bed garden and showed us some things we may need in the long run too! He was thoughtful about our finances and was very strategic on helping us build our vision. Due to his kindness, understanding and knowledge that he shared we left feeling extremely blessed to have crossed his path. If you run into Lloyd please show him some extra love and respect, just like he did with us! He surely deserves it. And at check out a lady named Rebecca showed the same kind of friendliness and patience. Very grateful for the smiles and help these two employees offered. This seriously was the best Lowe’s experience I’ve ever had. We need more Lloyds and Rebecca’s in the world! I pray this review finds them and that their employer feels just as blessed to have them on their team! God bless you both and thank you!

Friday evening and no registers open only self checkout and when I asked about why this is I was verbally assaulted by the supervisor absolutely unexceptional service the worst people I've ever seen in customer service everyone of the employees standing around while one little old lady is trying to help 20 people in self checkout and they say there all on lunch and it's corporate policy to close all registers the date is may 10 2024 at around 7pm someone really should look at the tapes and hiw your employees treat your customers

Lowes is a joke and rude. I'm done with them. I'll buy at a higher place to keep from going back. Lowes is high anyway but it's RUDE when an employee is helping me a some short so called SUPERVISOR tells him to help somebody else. I said he was helping me and he said I'll help you and I said no you want . He said I didnt know he was helping you. I said you didn't ask but it's ok I left my buggy with stuff in it. The same SUPERVISOR was just talking about a female employee on how she was trying to get him fired. I wonder why. You IDIOT. 1/06/24 15:20 hrs

It's difficult to navigate this store, isles blocked with stock, reseting sections while store is open. Now you must do self checkout. That is ridiculous for a large home improvement store. Not the expected customer service here. We have had multiple issues getting help. Out of items on a regular basis. Very disappointed. Ace doesn't have the selection and prices but they know how to treat their customers.I will pay extra for that level of customer service.

Always fun shopping at Lowe's but they seemed understaffed. No one ever asked if we needed any help or if we found everything OK. The young lady at the exit of Gardening center was awesome.

Currently on hold with Lowe’s Corporate Customer service for the third time. 25 minutes and counting. Invested in a complete kitchen renovation, but still without complete appliance package 2 weeks after order. No customer service from store. Have had plumber and carpenter on stand-by as we were told (after many calls) to store and corporate customer service that we would have delivery today.Nope- crickets… Posting a Google review in the hope that someone will respond and assist.

My husband went to Lowe's to get something for his bathroom shower head and ended up in the garden section outside. I was on my way home from Walmart but ended up doing a u-turn to go to Lowe's because the husband was looking at fruit trees and roses. We ended up with 3 coral roses, 2 GORGEOUS yellow roses, and 5 fruit trees. I've been looking for yellow roses for years, so I was pretty excited about finding these - the only problem was they were way over my head on a movable shelf. The employee I got to help me was very nice but barely able to get a couple of the roses down for me to look at. So handy to have a tall husband! Anyway, the prices were great and we ended going back the next day for more. Definitely recommend!

Lowe's is lacking when it comes to customer service. Only has self check out. We purchased a gift card here, and needed to activate it, but there was nobody assisting at any of the self check out stations, so we were instructed by a floor associate to go to the customer service desk. This Lowe's really needs to do better. So sad!

Had to stop in and pick up some C clamps for the camper shell we purchased this weekend. Store was very clean and the team was very helpful finding our items so we could get in and out quickly and back on the road.

I ordered online, and picked up everything the next day. Everyone in this store is very helpful.They do have a good deal on poinsettias right now. A large pot for $5, which is larger than Walmart's for the same price.They also have live Xmas trees inside the garden shop, along with other holiday plants like potted Rosemary & potted Norfolk Island Pines.I posted a photo of the Rosemary. It came in the pot labeled Herbs. Cute as can be in the kitchen!

Great job at getting people through the line. Just stand there and ignore them and watch them Walk out. I'm impressed with the lack of knowledge employees have with not knowing what and where needed material is located. My hat's off to all staff in charge of training employees about the store. If you are ever in need of floor manager,? Please give me a call. I assure you we will fix your issues or hire a whole new Crew.

Unfortunately our Lowes has always left something to be desired. The staff is hit and miss as to whether you can get someone to help you. Typical box store choices when it comes to what you can get. But IMO it seems Lowes goes for the lower end things when it comes to what they carry. Home Depot always seems to carry the more expensive brands in most categories. Also we have purchased two large items to be delivered here and they were both not delivered on time. One of them I had to go to the store and they told me there was no record of the item coming in. Yet no one called to tell me, emailed etc. I only knew because it didn’t come on the day scheduled to arrive and I had to go down there, order it again and wait another 2 weeks for it. Honestly I wish we had better choices.

I was in your Lowe’s in Waycross Ga, I was having a hard time locating what I needed when a guy named Joel appeared and was very helpful and when you didn’t carry the color I needed he went online and told me where I could find it. Joel has very good customer service and I just want to say thank you and let you know you have people like him working for you. I was buying things for the Zaxbys in front of you for repairs and thanks to him for all his help for I know little about repairing anything. Great job and very happy customer.

Customer service was the worst I've ever experienced at a Loews store, first there was no one in the department, then when I did find someone, they didn't have a clue about that department! When I went to check out, there was no one to run a register! There was an employee (lol) back against the wall on her cell phone!! That tried to ignore me. I was having trouble with bar code and she acted like she was doing me a favor to help! I asked to speak to a manager, she said they would just tell me the same thing. By this time, all my husband and I just wanted to get out of the store pay off my card and never go back! I don't usually voice my feelings but I'm disappointed 😥

This place is getting bad as Wal-Mart! Staff are rude when asking a general question and only 1 cash register open and 12 people in line. Not a manager in sight to be bothered!
