I loved it. The help wasn't very knowledgeable on its products, but they were very helpful. They are mostly kids but at least they have jobs. Selection was really good and neat

Had to stop by to get pvc pipe and fittings for broken water pipe. Staff stayed below closing time to offer suggestions and find parts. Anthony then agreed to come by my house and assist with repair since he was getting off for the day. He was so kind and helpful and would not accept payment for assistance. He was a blessing and I appreciate the staff waiting on me to ask questions, etc. You definitely have my business. Thank you staff, especially Anthony. Your kindness will not go unnoticed. Great customer service!

These guys are the best. I shopped across town at the big warehouse and nobody would help me. I was ready to spend 400.00 that day on material to build a deck. So after a few employees passed me and didn’t help because it wasn’t there department , I drove over to Lee hardware and never had to get out of my truck to load. They did it all and I even saved 44.00 by shopping there. Lee hard ware is the best and that’s where I’ll be shopping for all my building supply’s.

Who stocks the plumbing isle? When you’re the only major stop for supplies on this side of town.. wouldn’t it be ideal to keep things in stock for maximum profits? I can think of 50 times in the last month I’ve had to leave your store and go to Lowe’s. Think I’m exaggerating? I’ll show the receipts. The person in charge of the plumbing isle orders 500 45.s cpvc.. but no couplings? 45’s in pressure pipe are not used that often. So to order that many and then skip a fitting that’s highly used is beyond me..just one example of your failed plumbing isle.

😡😡😡Went to the store a few weeks ago was really impress with the young men customer service skills he was very courteous and helpful with cutting my keys and getting pipe fixtures I returned a few weeks later saying the experience would be the same the young gentleman wasn't there had a bad vibe once I noticed anyways I waited my turn told the lady Marcia the year make model and want a chip key made she was helpful and encouraging said the job would be easy to program the key to the car I went ho.e it didn't work the sent a associates over to assess the situation to bo prevail the associates told me to come to the shop and he'll take care of it it didn't go as smooth and easy as he says he told me lie to only find out they didn't have the key he then told me he couldn't refund me and it and it was alley lost of money I'm very disappointed in his attitude he was r as helpful I even asked if he would give me any kind of compensation T least $38.09 back he told me nnoooooo I'm very upset it😡😡😡I lost almost $80.00 dollars on put of stock key and sales associate who didn't care I'll try my hardest not to shop here especially if I don't see the same associate from The first experience 😡😡

Don’t recommend shopping here customer service is terrible and the staff is very rude. Had to give it a one star, but they don’t deserve that at all. I went in yesterday to pick up a few things for my patio, and one of the staff members was rude and disrespectful when leaving the store he told me not to come back. Never had I been asked not to come back to any business and spend my money again. I really appreciate the other staff member for sticking up for me, and told him hey you can’t talk to a customer like that he just look at me and said I really do mean it though all I could do is walk off. My feelings are truly hurt cause I am a women diving into for the first time some diy projects so I still have a lot to learn, but I thought that’s what the staff is there for assisting the customers with excellent service I guest not this company.

Went into Lee hardware this afternoon looking to buy a piece of pipe to use for my closet rod. Young girl that was a cashier ask what I need and I told her. She said go to aisle 5 and I'll send someone to help u. Store was not busy because it was late afternoon. Me and my niece stood on aisle 5 for 15 to 20 minutes with no help. Walked out the door without a did u find what u were looking for or have a good afternoon.

Excellent service and knowledge sales group. Everyone knows their stuff & are very willing to help you from planning to coming up with material list to even giving contrasting ideas & suggestions. Prices are spot on along with quality materials. If you have a defective piece of material or many ,no worries, The staff takes care of the issue & your back on your way to completing your task. Selection of tools, hardware, lumber, you name it, they have it. You will be glad you gave them your business because they stand with you from start to finish & make certain that you are satisfied. Great place for any task you have to conquer.

Overall service was beyond helpful a bit to helpful if I may add couldn't walk down an aisle and look without an employee asking if I needed anything it was like every 5 to 10 secs my husband and I felt like the entire store was watching us shop it's was weird

Best Prices on lumber around that I've found. Jake Golup and Chris always have smile and willing to help when I go in. The young black male in the lumber yard is a very hard and dedicated worker , I've been there several times and he out works the rest to me. Not a shot at the other guys they are all hard workers . Appreciate you guys. Makes shopping in public enjoyable , the retail giants should take notes.

They used to be one of several small hometown hardware stores, personally acquainted with all their customers and related to many of them. When the "big boys" moved in, the folks at this business refused to roll over and die. They are now a big player capable of addressing all your building needs, from hobbyist DIY'er to homebuilder to commercial. And they give a special service with a proper attitude that makes you feel appreciated and respected and makes you want to come back when the next hardware need arises.
