Ordered instacart, although The Instacart driver should have been paying more closer attention, 3 packs of Simple Truth Organic™ 90% Lean Grass Fed Ground Beef expired 12/31/2023,2 cartons Land O' Lakes® Fat Free Half & Half expired 12/24/2023, 3 boxes of Butterball All Natural Quarter-Pound Frozen White Turkey Burger Patties expired.......get this, 04/20/2023!!!!! This is the normal at this store. They put expired food on the shelves. Half my order was expired dairy and meat. The manager should be FIRED!!!

I never really came to a kroger store until I started working at this location and it was an alright experience. I like the remodel but I still normally go to walmart for most my needs, and if they don't have it, I'll come here. Not a bad place to shop but definitely not my #1 choice to work at.

I always enjoy going here! Most of the time it's clean and it's very easy to find every single item. If there is an item that I'm unsure about the staff has always been very friendly and helpful to me.I refuse to get the app for the store because I prefer human contact. I appreciate their hard work and effort to making our shopping experience the best experience in Waycross.Update: Bag boy didn't comprehend that I ain't want him touching my food because I was training my 13 year old son to help his mother. The bag boy was rude, it made no sense.

Most of the times we’ve been here it’s been pretty good and we’ve just gone to get our things and leave. However, there is one employee there that seems to have a racial opinion about us. Very judgy and unprofessional. If you judge customers AT LEAST keep it to yourself. Besides that, I’ve gotten a caramel apple from the bakery area that was on sale and the expiration date seemed good. When I got home I opened the apple and saw the bottom of the apple was very moldy. It would’ve been unnoticeable by customers because the bottom stickers was covering the moldy part of the apple. I obviously threw it away and thought maybe it was just a mistake by employees to not check if it was still good to sale. However, I recently bought a warheads treat from their little candy section. It seemed once again, good by the expiration date. But when I got home I took the bag outside the box but it had a dead maggot in the bag. These 2 things are big health risks. So what I ask is to please start checking the stuff you guys sell and be sure they’re actually safe to consume. Do better.

I am requesting you please build a Kroger store in Monticello Fl with pharmacy and a fifth third bank like all your Ohio stores we had a Winn Dixie hear and Aldiss bought them out and the only pharmacy we have now is cvs need I say more I have always loved your stores in Georgia and Ohio please please consider bringing your stores to Fl Thank you Debora Cochran

One of the worst supermarkets I have been to. Most of the employees really don’t care. Bugs always around the produce. Has a gas smell between the deli and produce. The store manager is clueless and needs to spin the wheel and buy a vowel.If Publix is a 10, krogers is a 2, and that’s being nice.

Would not recommend if you're using order pickup. Did not give me all of my items and then refused to bring them to me. Asked me to go get the items and bring them to customer service to have them bagged. It kinda defeats using grocery pick up if I have to go get my items. Use Walmart instead.

Online grocery ordering is a joke. Customer service is horrible. I place a pick up order and was missing $78 worth of product. That I paid for. Now I'm waiting on a refund. Which can take up to 45 days. Also my order was paid in full and they charged my credit card extra $8 for no reason. When reaching out to customer service, they were rude and not helpful. Told me I could just return the food order. So you want me to return a $468 grocery order. I will not be returning. I will go back to Walmart, at least they take care of you and know how to operate a business.

This Kroger is the best . Anytime I need something , and they don’t have it in the store. They order it for me . And then they follow up with a courtesy call when my merchandise comes in. It’s so nice to know if I need a lot of one thing , all I have to do is call them and it gets ordered. Means so much to have a customer oriented grocery store where the managers really take pride in their store and their customer service . Thank you so much Kroger !

Very clean and popular with the people. Very wide isles. Great variety of products. Courteous and professional support staff that can provide much help. They speak with you and ask if you need assistance. The only thing I would recommend is to have better service for the disabled. Many of the carts have not been fully charged and will fail in the midst of shopping. Will return again soon.

Warning - please steer clear of the bogus delivery service offered through Kroger. I pay an annual subscription fee in exchange for the ability to order groceries for delivery. They promised Order Number: 1231196473514197402 would be delivered between 8pm & 9pm this evening. I've now waited up for the order until after 10pm. "Live chat" searched for a representative for 15 minutes before terminating my conversation and the phone lines are closed.I just received an email stating they forgave me for canceling my order. I absolutely did not cancel the order, I was counting on it to feed my family.Do yourself a favor and avoid this service, lest you get ripped off as well.

Had .20 cent gas credit..it pulled up .03 cents credit..employee states its not her problem, to go inside. I even showed her my receipt..The gas credit is a scam imo and the employee gave zero Fs.

I went to Kroger to buy snow crab legs. They were advised for be about 49 dollars and I was charged much more than that. I asked for help at the self checkout register and the person manning the area was absolutely no help. I get better help at Walmart of ALL PLACES, that's pathetic.

I stopped to get some gas today at this Kroger in Waycross Ga. And the Fuel employee gave me a Kroger discount. My gas was $2.94 or $2.95 I believe. I enjoyed paying this cost for every penny helps. 12/13/2021

Shopping was ok, but the cashier was very rude and hateful. Her nail cut into my apples and when i told her i didn't want them because, she double charged me on my bananas. Went back in to get my refund and Diego was just as snotty as Deborah R. " cashier" was. I have never been treated so badly. I don't understand the good reviews if this is how they treat customers.

Once again, I feel like I'm repeating myself, but here goes. My first experience with Kroger was about 30 years ago. It was a very pleasurable experience, I was thrilled to have access to a reliable, reasonably-priced grocery store, and I was shocked when it closed. The manager had become a personal friend of mine and he was an excellent manager. When he transferred away, the store changed and somehow fell apart. I've moved, too, and I am SO happy to have another Kroger nearby. There are closer grocery stores, but everything about Kroger draws me to it. The store is clean, well laid out, easy to negotiate, well-managed, and most often well-stocked. Best of all, the price of the groceries is competitive if not better than the "competition ". And the fuel points are a big plus for me. Kroger doesn't know I exist. They probably couldn't care less and would never miss me if I never returned, but I like Kroger, I would miss them if they left town, it is where I intend to buy my groceries even if I never get a word of thanks from them.
