I went through the drive through which moved at a fast past. The cashier was kind and knowledgeable about their product. I bought 2 wedding cookies also but they didn't even make it to picture taking.. the donuts and cookies were delicious!!!

They are by far the best place to get donuts in all of Waycross, with a lot of glazed donuts they leave a waxy feeling in your mouth after eating them,But not here they're the best glazed donuts ever and the jelly donuts are really good too they make cakes and cookies also but I haven't tried any of those but if their anywhere near as good as the donut I'm sure they're great

They have the best cakes, as well as other sweets. Their Italian Cream Cake is irresistible. And they have awesome cheese straws. They are so fresh. You can get strawberry cake, pound cake, sour cream pound cake, red velvet cake, and several more, either whole or half. And fruit cake bars, cookies, fudge, and complete trays of food to serve larger crowds. They are awesome.

If y'all have not tried this place, you definitely should! Ordered a cake Monday afternoon to have ready by early Tuesday morning, and it was supposed to be a friends theme. I was super disappointed when they didnt do imaging on the cake, but the decorator already knew exactly how to handle it. It turned out even more perfect than I couldve imagined. 😊

Tried this establishment for some breakfast pastries. They were out of a lot of items (cinnamon bun, peach tart). However, they had a drive thru that was quick and good service. The pastries were pretty good.

Donuts are good however I did a online order for 10 donuts total. But I had only received 6 which is my fault but did purchase for 10 donuts. I had made it quite precise online order. Not sure how this can be corrected since I travel from alma.

Sweets are very good, creme filled donuts are amazing. The only drawback is the staff is very unfriendly. We have been to this shop multiple times, and it's the same every time. If we ask any questions it appears to irritate whomever is helping us at the counter. I just know before going in there that the staff isn't going to be helpful or friendly, but the strawberry cake is so worth it.

Always buy 1 to 2 dozen when I'm there as I sold my home in BLACKSHEAR last yr and I still have family in the area. If I had to have a complaint I would say they never have the apple filled donuts when I go there. I go at 6:30 a.m. cause I drive back home to the Tampa Bay area and I get them in the morning before I leave.

All I hear is how great the doughnuts are, yet every time I go here to try them they are out. Every... Single... Time. Three times in the past week, hours before closing. Don't get me wrong they must be great but I'll never know.

Wonderful as always and the only fuss I have is I drove all the way from Brantey County at 5:45am only to find when I ordered the first thing and there weren't any, then my second request (nope didn't get that one either. Then finally I settled "Oh my goodness! Jesus help them please!" I wanted a chocolate cream filled donut or a " dark chocolate covered donut so bad the miles I decided to drive never once thinking that those request would be on the regular list of donuts they were suppose to have don't in the mornings. So imagine my surprise, shortly turning into dis belief, then sadness!! God, I've thought about this ever since Friday and it's almost Monday. Nothing to be said we just do what we are told and that is why I never said a thing to them, but they can report this to them in hopes of adding or changing our products from customer customers suggestions. That would sound like music for these eyes.All in good fun but seriously to whomever holds the high and reveared decision making power. Please please please put some chocolate cream into some light and delicious flaky pastry!!!!!!!! Or start making new Orleans Benets with hot fudge dipping sauce or some Chocolate Canoli's, and there I'll stop!!!!!!I love you guys and think a joint business, y'all would be total perfection

idk about you but the place seems to be going downhill. Past 3 times ive been theres i was greeted with a mono-tone and a depressing smile that i dont want to see.Same ole Basic cakes yay whats the point of a bakery is you only make the same thing!On a positive note there sweets stay slapping👍👍💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

Got there late in day about 4 i think. The caramel donuts I wanted and even fruit filled ones were available i was happy and the donuts were delicious. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars the placed had a VERY STRONG SMELL of BLEACH. I'm for keeping things clean and sanitized which would have been better to do this after closing.

This is sad to say but the once delicious items we loved to pick up are now less than good. I bought three different kinds of cookies and they were all out of the same batter. It seemed salt was added in stead of sugar. We loved the chocolate donuts and now I would not recommend them. Cheep icing not chocolate glaze. The regular donuts have very little glaze, on the top. We already have one place here that sells frozen, thawed donuts. I was so disappointed when Holt's started shipping in. Short cuts are not the way to go. Also you need to answer your phone correctly and be prepared to answer customer questions.

I love they're donuts, glazed, maple pecan, chocolate, and lemon filled, raspberry filled; I also love their giant cream horns!!! However, I asked for half a dozen peanut butter rice crispy treats, I was given a whole dozen, and charged for two dozen; so pay attention to your order, what you get, and what you pay for. They did refund me one of the dozen.

Fantastic sweets!! You can buy anything from a donut to a whole cake. They have wonderful cookies and cream horns. I haven't eaten anything from here that wasn't great. My all time favorite is the cream filled long john donuts. If you haven't tried them, you don't know what you are missing.

UPDATE: I emailed the owner on Monday , when I finally got a response he asked for my number which I provided. I didn’t get a call back until Thursday. So after I explained everything that happened. He said that he would have fully refunded my money on Monday but since I posted my review of my experience on Sunday he wouldn’t do it now and would only refund the part I paid for the specialty cake flavors since I didn’t get those. He also said my family lied about the delivery driver being told how to fix it over the phone. That’s one of the things they were most upset about, my parents were understanding up to that point and when that was said my dad basically told them they had 3 hours to get a new one there. So just for future reference don’t post a bad review about your experience because he will refuse to return money... not sure how that’s legal but it is what it is..........I got married on June 12, 2021 and had Holts make my wedding cake. I’m sad to say it was disastrous! My cake arrived in a regular delivery van with no refrigeration. The icing was melted and the cake falling down into itself. After my family saw it the only offer to make it right was for the woman on the phone to talk the delivery driver through how to fix my cake. This was unacceptable as he had no experience in cake decorating what so ever. They did bring a replacement cake which was carried on a tray in the rain and arrived as I was walking through the door for my ceremony. The replacement cake wasn’t even the flavors that I ordered. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Not only was my cake ruined and I didn’t get the flavors I ordered, my ceremony was disturbed by the delivery of the cake. I’m calling this morning as I would like a refund for the cost of the cake.

Went in Saturday afternoon, wasn't a big variety as I generally see . Tried a few pastries never had and they were delicious. I decided give them another chance after last time I went I was skipped 3 times while standing at counter ready to order. I mention this because it happened once again. I will go through the drive thru if I decide to return. I have 5 stars because quality of the sweets.

The delightful piece of heaven called the "chess square" could probably keep this place in business alone. Irresistibly soft and just a touch gooey, these bars are what dreams are made of. The blueberry filled donut was also delicious- the donut itself was so light and the filling had actual blueberry chunks in it. Couldn't even wait for my coffee to brew before enhaling these treats. I've sampled many sweet shops across the country, and this one easily fits into my top 3. The service was exceptional, the selection was great, and the smells were very inviting. The only downside is how far away it is from where I currently live (maybe that's an upside? Keeps me from eating too many donuts!). Highly recommend, and will definitely be back.
