Harbor Freight can sometimes live up (down 🤔?) to their reputation. You will undoubtedly find some items that are absolute garbage. You will also find plenty of items that are 95% as good as more expensive brands, while being 50% of the cost. I don't need a tool that I can pass down to the grandkids, they're kind of a tool most of the time already. I just need something that will work & that won't require a payment plan.

I don't remember if I've used this particular Harbor freight in the past, but I am extremely pleased with it. Compared with several outlets that I've been into recently, it is much brighter and cleaner, and frankly better organized.

Very clean and organized, items are priced very well with on line coupons and some in flyers. I also purchased a DA Polisher and it works very well, like anything we all purchase you will find something about the product that you don't like. Overall I think it was $$$ well spent.

Be careful when you talk to the staff about returns and sale prices and stuff like that because what you're told on the phone or explain to will probably change when you get to the register. I called and went up there to explain the situation about a return and they told me to come on up and it will be okay. Even when I got there they took the item and said go ahead and get what you want to replace it so I did and then when I got to the register all of a sudden the rules changed and they if you don't want to get embarrassed or look like you've done something wrong don't deal wuth HARBOR FREIGHT

I drove from Savannah to this harbor freight Waycross and was going to get a cherry picker. There was two people that was working . A guy name Corey that was in there said he was not able to move or lift the box. That I should come back in the morning to get. No way . I will never be back to this location.

Love this place. A variety of tools and handy dandy useful gadgets that anyone from a young girl to an old man may need. Fairly inexpensive and always helpful when needed. Awesome coupons also. Online it says they have much more then they do but the staff is usually very knowledgeable about what they have in stock

I needed a very large socket and I called over to the store and the person over the phone took her time to look up part and walk to find it in the store to see if it had what I needed before we drove 45 minutes to get the wrong kit. Always great to visit my "big boy toy store!" Usually good quality items (though not always, so it pays to do one's homework and check the reviews on harborfreight.com), and at petty amazing prices. I had a question during this visit about what kind of nails to use for a certain application. The employee immediately did some research and came back pronto with an answer. Always helpful and friendly.Addendum: awesome as always. 25% off coupon, 30% off (items $10 or less), etc. Just really quality items at great prices!Update (6/22): for the last couple of years I've been a Inside Track Club (ITC) member, and it's EASILY paid for itself many times over! The next time, for instance, they have a 30% off sale, it'll no doubt be for <$10 for non-ITC and <$20 for ITC. I plan to buy 4 or 5 casters for a stump grinder dolly build, and that itself will save me $6 per caster ($19.99 price), so it all (eventually) adds up to WAY more than the membership cost. It would be a waste for some folks, but for me it's TOTALLY worth it.

Although not known for name brand tools, there's still some good stuff if you know what to look for. Prices are not tgat great but it really depends on what you're buying. This store was neat and organized and the Staff was friendly. I got a great deal on a bench grinder and stand.

Always love going here. The tools are affordable and believe it or not they're actually durable. And I'm sorry you can't beat Pittsburgh no hassle lifetime guarantee. They ask no questions you break one of theirs they replace it. Even Craftsman can't do it that good oh, they want to hassle you and tell you you broke it doing this or that. Harbor Freight just says okay here you go and hand you a new one

do you know always find a great deal on tools at Harbor Freight the only thing I can say that would keep getting a 5-star rating be a you don't get much help from the employees you have to kind of Chase one down to find something if it's not right and open but other than that is a get some good deals on some tools I would recommend it anyway
