Store looked pretty clean and organized. However, I couldn’t find much for guy clothing. The wife spent $52, but then they tried to charge her for a bag. I have not hear of charging for bags… they also do not do the discounts for the tag colors.

There's a guy that always sells CDs that walks around harassing everyone including the employees. He just recently yelled at an employee for no reason whatsoever. Management won't do anything about him when reported. I'm not shopping here ever again. He's bad for business and needs to be removed from the premises.

A few years back I would drive right on past this GW. It was awful. Dirty, old musty clothes TOO MUCH MONEY. Well it's much better now clean, great items some with tags, BUT still too pricey. I use to be able to buy a lot now I have cut my spending in half if not more. I think it's outrageous to charge $4.99 for a T-shirt especially used. It's truly just outright greed. If I spend over $50 by golly give me a bag don't charge me for it. Goodwill has lost a lot more business than I think they realize the economy is killing us seniors and single moms. Give us a break GW PLEASE! At least do better with the senior discount. Old people deserve to have a break after working all their lives don't ya think? They are living on so much less and it's worse due to inflation.

Their managers are awful. Teach your people how to work in customer service. This is the most overpriced and horrible Goodwill by far. Teach the associates not to argue with the customers.

I love shopping at Goodwill, however recently their prices have gotten a little outside the box. They price things you can get at the dollar tree for $1.25 their price at GW is $1.99??? And tank tops for $4.99? Even Walmart is cheaper than that. They need the folks that are pricing to do a little research.Girls that work there are supper nice and friendly though. We get along great. I’m a regular. I just don’t spend as much as I use too, because you don’t get as much for your money anymore.

The store is vast and has many assorted goods. Things range from baby clothes to adult. Or house hold things that will suit your pallot. Yet there is one teacher or true honorable women and that is "Marie champagne" someone that put effort to see your future strong or shopping is crisp. If you have a massive ego or just unfit to see some flaws you have and can overcome them. Try the chicken coop next door lol.

The staff & management team of the Waycross Goodwill are the best!! This store always has great items to pick from, friendly staff, & is always neat! I can’t express how much I enjoy coming and shopping at this Goodwill. 10 out of 10 recommend hands down!!

Lots of commercial buyers in their getting the goods. And reselling them. The poor people don't have a chance. I personally saw people looking up value of items on their phones.

Today I was only dropping off some items for donation. They were very quick to help me.. beat me out of the truck even.. helped me with what I had and gave me a tax receipt all in under 5 minutes.. I didn't have time to shop there today but I love the deals they have on most everything.. if you're willing to dig a little bit for what your looking for I'm sure they will have it.. I found a couple pair of shorts for work that I didn't even know I had to have the last time I went.. so if you're looking for something, try them, I'm sure you will find it..

Shopped here for literal years, prices have drastically gone up (everything is donated so they make a profit even if they sell it at a fair and discounted price, which they no longer do) extremely disorganized, and the staff isn’t that friendly. I wasted close to $20 just in the last 2 weeks by purchasing something that was broken. There was no way to really test it out in the store and they expect you to make that gamble at an exspensive price. If you have donations to drop off I would highly recommend the salvation army or the magnolia house thrift store on Plant Ave. Been frequenting both of those locations and they have awesome stuff for thrift store prices, and FRIENDLY staff.

Everything was well organized and employees were very nice.How ever I do think some of the prices are to high. And really most all the merchandise is donated, and usually when I go I spend any where from 200.oo or more and use to make many trips but I think its terrible that we give free stuff and have to pay for a bag.a lot of your customers are going out of town..

I love to donate at goodwill! The employees there are so friendly to there customers! I definitely recommend them if your looking for places to donate stuff to! There open almost everyday! The stuff you donate to goodwill goes towards a good cause! The employees always try to help you out the best they can and you do not have to wait long to donate stuff at goodwill! The employees there are the best and i just want to thank them for all they have done for me!

This store always looks and smells dirty/musty, stuff is nowhere near organized, It's out in boxes in middle of isles. The people are nice that work there but in no way shape or form do they put forth effort to make the store appear nice.

Doesn't help load anymore. Expected my 70yrd grandmother to load the couch herself. This isn't about the staff or store, it's for the policy but GW in Brunswick, you can sign a waiver. Didn't offer that either

Not a great selection of items. Many items are not as organized as they were in past visits like: sizes are all mixed up together versus being in a specific area, garments are tangled together, jeans mixed in with pants and household goods are randomly scattered on shelves. Dressing rooms are open again, but have really big dust bunnies in them. Wish there were more of a selection of clothes & shoes that weren't so worn out or stretched.

We just got there and we hot rushed but it was good. A lot of cute shirts that my daughter loved. And I loved how there are a lot of toys there for my 10 year olds. I just love it...

The prices just went up! Meanwhile, the quality remains the same. They moved the mens clothes to where the womens were and vice versa to make the store look different but the quality of merchandise does not warrant a price increase. Bad enough they got rid of color tags for the week and $1 on Sundays. Sneakers cost $8.50 now. That's a lot of money! Some are dirty with soles coming off. They even stopped putting your purchased items in a bag. Now you have to carry everything out yourself like at SAMs club. Price increase not justified.

Usually there are no problems, but today I waited at least 5 minutes to check out and no sales associate anywhere! Had to go to the back stockroom where 4 workers were to get someone to check me out! There was a total of 5 customer's in the store and no employee anywhere!

I really enjoy going into Goodwill stores but they really do need to redo their pricing when I went in there their sheets Ed bath towels 2.99 really. You can get brand new ones for 2.99. Because the Goodwill in Waycross has been closed for some time they had a lot of stuff but I noticed on a lot of it that were charging like it was new.

Love this place...I always seem to lose time whenever I'm in there. I was blessed today finding a couple movies, a few CD's of my favorite bands & musicians & found the perfect Fossil purse that had my name written all over it too. 💯❤🤟

The selection was so good as far as finding adorable tops and very nice pants and jeans in my size was so much to choose from,,,, I almost lost my brain... lololol I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for quality 2nd hand clothing and more
