I didn't find what I wanted. I am usually a Dollar Tree fan. However, I went in the Waycross Dollar Tree looking for wet dog food and white rice. Neither were in stock. I am attaching a photo of the dog food aisle. It's empty.

They are in desperate need of good help and great leadership. I wish I still had to courage to manage. I can have that store organized in shipped up in no time. Those that are there is definitely doing their part and still providing great customer service.

Today's experience was great. The store was very well stocked. It had plenty of items for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas as far as seasonal goes. And a lot of good uncommon items a lot of people don't have because they afford them elsewhere. The store was clean. The employees were stocking to keep an abundance of items. Employees were friendly. I enjoyed it so much that I left and returned later for some more items.

Was 3rd in line when they we're ringing up a lady. She had a buggy full and took a long time to ring up. The lady ended up not having enoughoney and had to put a few things back but cashier told her she had to be rang up all over again. The line was very long by now. All that was not a problem. The problem was, when the Manager came out from the office, she opened a second line. She let people from the back of the line that just got in line be first in her line. The woman in front of me only had 1 item and we've literally had been waiting to be check out now at this point over 15mins when the Manager opened her line.The girl and i walked out. Terrible management

I don't like the name anymore because nothing is a dollar anymore. I think they should change the name to Dollar More, Dollar Plus, Dollarish. Anything but dollar tree because money don't grow on trees. And you can go to Walmart, Dollar general, Family dollar and get the same stuff but of better quality for a little more.

Great variety, but you have to be quick to get seasonal items. Dollar tree is my shop therapy store of choice. Always a fun place to take the kids and be able to say yes when they ask for something. Friendly staff at this location.

Always friendly, usually pretty well stocked. Sometimes out of things, and sometimes for a while. Not the fault of our local folks, I guess, as I think they get what the higher-ups send them. Some things are too cheap to last long, so we've got to use common sense and be wise consumers. If we are, it's a good place to shop!

How can any rate dollar tree with less than 4 stars, I want to give a shout out to the lady working the cash register by her self while customer wrap completely around the store waiting to check out. Way to hold it together and never let anyone steal your smile.

The store shouldn’t be being mopped with cleaners that take customer breath away when they are trying to shop, I had to finally just get out of there, also all the product floats all over store , no buggy was available either as they were being used for the used boxes, store is a mess

I'm an overall fan of Dollar Tree, but the one in Waycross was lacking. I stopped in to buy some snacks and some candy and they were out of many of the items that I normally like to purchase. They did not have any pork rinds, and several types of candies that I normally like to purchase such as the peanut butter logs, and chick o sticks. There was a lot of empty space on the shelves and wasn't sure if this was the result of management not ordering sufficient quantities or corporate simply not thinking this is a busy enough store to keep stocked. The ladies working were friendly and tried to help me find what I was looking for but you can't find what you don't have.

There were lots of people in the store no mask and the cashiers didn’t have them on either. I questioned one of them and she said it is required but not mandatory, I really don’t see the difference. If it is required for me to enter t he e store wouldn’t you think t he at makes it mandatory if I want to get in.

Nice,clean store. Wide variety of merchandise. Staff is helpful and very friendly. Good place to quickly run in, grab what you want and get out. Lots of good holiday supplies and party supplies: cheap!!!

Love it people just have no respect for the Dollar Trees they let their kids go in there and demolish it like they in a toy store to play in not shop and in the grown folks do it too come on y'all we can do better we ain't got to mess up the Dollar Tree stores take the items and just junk it all over the store we don't have to do that but have a blessed day

I love shopping at Dollar Tree,I shop at different Dollar Tree stores and enjoy my shopping experience. But I don't know what is going on at the Waycross,Ga. store,there are a lot of empty shelves,the other Dollar Tree stores are fully stocked, but not the Waycross store. All the other Dollar Tree stores get five stars. Dollar Tree stores are my favorite shopping store.

This place is so filthy!! You literally have to dig through stuff to even find anything. Nothing is in its place anymore!! Not sure what happened to the management here!! But its obvious whoever was over the store is no longer there!! I love Dollar Tree, but will never come to this location again!!!!

It looked like they were out of stock of everything. They need more help in there to help him stop the place up. But overall I still go back for more cuz that's a convenient place to get stuff at.

This store is the bomb. You can go here and get anything you need for a dollar you can't beat that. I always go here first then go wherever else I need to go. Great store.

Love the Dollar Try stores. Great way to stretch your dollar. Just be sure to know average cost of things in your area. They aren't always the cheapest.

They have a littlw bit of everything you might need. From storage to batteries, phone accesories, food, bread, frozen and dishes and cleaning supplies. And no hidden extra prices over a dollar. A real dollar store.
