Dollar General Market on Knight Avenue have gained a loyal shopper! There is always a nice sincere smiling face to greet you when you walk in, and to tell you to have a nice day. The produce and dairy is always fresh and nicely displayed. I try to buy as many groceries on my shopping list as possible here. Not only my groceries but all my pet food, cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc. And the prices are amazing! Every time i check out, the friendly cashiers always remind me of any coupons they have going on at that time. I never leave that store without saving great money! Just like the other day when i checked out Dara told me about a five dollar coupon they had going on, that's 5 dollars i could put towards something else. Thanks Dara! David The store manager is always smiling, very hands on and willing to help to make sure you have the best shopping experience available. Shawn and Richard that work there are always very nice and helpful with anything i may have a question about. You just can't find that kind of Quality in stores anymore. Thank you Dollar General Market and all the wonderful staff there! I look forward to shopping with you for a long time! 😉

I love the digital coupons and the manager named Miss Bonnie. She goes above and beyond to ensure you get charged the correct price. She also makes sure you have all of your bags .She always has a smile and very friendly regardless of her day. I'd drive an extra mile just for this type of service

Very very long lines, they only had 2 registers open. There was around 12 customers with carts packed full waiting in both lines and They had a lot of employees just standing around...they had boxes everywhere and some shelves was almost empty! I most likely won't be going back again! But the prices are good and the people was nice.

I really like shopping here when I don't need any meats. The grocery prices are very reasonable, and there are several different choices to pick from. The store is always clean, and the employees are very nice. I highly recommend trying this place out.

They really need to hire some help they don't have stuff on shelves! And one employee told me the reason they have problems hiring if anyone has a record they won't hire! I feel that is so wrong everyone should be given a second change! Sometimes because their given that chance they can made the best employees! Sad to say it but everyone is on probation here and if they don't pay they go back to jail yours and mine taxes are playing for this foolish!!

Need to "HIRE" more HELP!!! in every area of the store. The employees that are already working there are OVER STRESSED!! The check out line is as bad as the check out lines in Wal-mart. The store is a horrible mess to much stuff around not organized. Shelves empty on some items. When looking for an item, in the store you can't ask no one for help finding the item because the one or two employees working their cash register, is so busy trying to check people out they can't leave their post. Please Dollar General Market, please bring your store back up to par, and hire some workers with decent pay so that you can keep them!!!

I will not give you a bad star review because of the actions of your staff, but you need to know how distasteful their actions were. I am not registered as a Democrat or Republican, I think politics has iys place and its not dancing and celebrating while running through the store waving a phone in the air saying we won we won. 1. You caters to both side as customers. I know the African American man behind me in the line got upset. Me I was in disbelief because I feel this should be part of the customer service training. I remember the date as being the day the news media said Mr Biden was President elect and the person doing this was a stout white female with a kinda shaved head. Thanks

It was packed. And they only had one register open. We had to stand in line for almost 15 minutes. You're better off going to Walmart at least they have self checkouts. If it was possible to give less than 1 star I would.

It is so many needy families in this date and time and to be able to go to the store and get some of the things you want may not get all the things that you want but I know it's a lot of people that's going without and that's really in need of this I send this message for too many that have so much pride that they have worked all day life here and how do not receive anyting not enough to carry them through but they know there is a Dollar General market near them if they can't get there someone will carry them I thank you all for your kindness that you are showing and put it in our area that we can get to and that have the things that we need and at a reasonable price this I thank you Norma

I shop for a lot of elderly and I use their accounts to get what they need. Got 9 sets of sugar and flour before xmas using dig coupons..manager said I can't get that many. There has to be enough for other people .he knows I use coupons so the quote " other people "are ones without coupons .He showed that they hv right to limit. So I bought 4 sets .left .waited 10 min went back in to get other 5 sets .He wouldn't sell..i informed that since I left and came back then I'm a new customer .he said I still couldn't unreal .its their own coupon. Course I called corp. Been a week and no one has returned call .this isn't first time its happened at this store. Most employees are same way at this store .Never shopping there again .

This store has gone down hill. Used to love shopping here but it has gotten very dirty and they rarely have what I need. The service is less than helpful.

I shop there every time I need groceries. I'm raising 2 grandkids and I try to save money that's why I shop at the Dollar General Market. But I wish they would please keep the product I buy every time I buy my grocerys. I like Hungry Jack mash potatoes, Smithfield Spiral Ham, Sour Cream you were out of that. And big bags of Sugar other then that It was a good shopping day at my home town Dollar General Market thank you.

This place clearly lacks good management. I have had so many bad experiences and if it wasn't for the convenience of it being close to home I would not shop here. Many of the staff speak to you in passing and ask if you need any assistance( mostly the men and a few of the ladies) but don't expect that from thre manager because it won't happen.

Worst store ever in Waycross. No shopping carts in store. Ask an employee about getting carts and was told it wasn't his problem. Will not waist my time trying to shop there again. Very, very poor management.

Very long lines at the Dollar General Market in Waycross, Ga. There were only 2 cash registers open with several people in lines with carts full. I stood in line to check out for 30mins.
