We are a family of 7 so when we go out to eat service means a lot! DQ has always been on point for us! The food is hot, they always mark our bags so we know we got it all and if on occasion they miss a milk shake flavor, they replace it and ask if we would like the wrong one on the house. Love me some DQ in Waycross ❤️ Price is reasonable, phenomenal service, great atmosphere, what more do I need 😀

4 of us from out of town went for some ice cream tonight and the service was great. We were even talking amongst ourselves about the table needing to be wiped and were looking to kae care if it ourselves. and Cliff came overand apologized and wiped the table. They were very busy and he still noticed what was needed. The girls in the back preparing all the desserts were working their buts off but were still getting them out timely. Cliff even acknowledged us leaving saying thanks and goodbye.

Just ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard, ordered and charged for extra cheesecake pieces and there was literally ONE piece in it, I am not making this up, there was ONE whole piece and a few tiny crumbs of another one or two, that’s it. It seems like every time I ask for and pay for extra cheesecake pieces in them there are less than what would come in there had I not paid for extra. I don’t get it. It seems like it’s done purposefully at this point. I rarely even go here for that reason. And no I’m not a rude customer, I’m not like that to begin with but I’d certainly never be rude to anyone making my food. I just don’t get it.

This place cares a lot about the way they handle your food. They care a lot about doordashers as well. I love how management communicates with his team . Service is only slow when the business is busy which is expected. Other than that this is a great establishment to grab a tasty bite to eat Cold or hot.

When I visit I get the same things so it's always very hot and fresh. The fish sandwich is awesome but beware it very hot and I don't mean spicy. I drank strawberry malt's as far back as I can remember and for me that's a very long time ago. DQ is always worth it fresh and good as always. Stop in and get yourself some of the goodness. Very clean and handicap accessible even the restrooms are clean. Enjoy the goodtimes because you will have a good time.
