The rudeness of their pharmacist is going to get someone killed. I went in with a question about one of my refills. Instead of trying to help me figure out what the problem was, the pharmacist berated me and insisted all my prescriptions were filled (they weren't.) Even a minor effort to try to help would've revealed the mistake, but the pharmacist was more concerned with winning an argument than he was with my health.

First let me say I didn’t even want to give a one star but unfortunately it made me. I’m not a person the usually takes time to write negative reviews , complain, etc.. I too work with the public and know it’s not for the weak. However consider this a PSA/warning.. My mom had to pick my child up sick from school today and ended up with having to get a prescription filled and picked up..our go to pharmacy is Kroger, but unfortunately they were out of the certain medicine prescribed and told her to go CVS Pharmacy ..no big deal right? wrong! Upon arriving at the drive through she was met by the most, rude, vindictive, disrespectful, pharmacy tech? named AMBER… she yelled and screamed so much at my mom, my 13 year old, shaken up by what was happening to his Nana felt the need to record what was happening to send to me… I was without words. Speechless. I could not believe what I was seeing..I’ve never seen this kind of behavior from a grown woman. I notified the pharmacist and I was told to return Friday to speak with the manager My point of this review is please please please be cautious of this person and place because I cannot stand the thought of her acting this way to an elderly person, or someone very ill. This is place where you should be greeted with a smile not a yell!

My experience here was two fold:On one hand, my prescription was not held under my insurance company. However, the assistant Derek was kind enough to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy, even though he did not have to.I am giving a five star rating for that referral. - special thanks to the staff!

Visited this location while traveling; many establishments were closed to customers due to Corona; however, this CVS was opened so I stopped for a restroom break. The restroom(s) were foul to put it nicely. The pictures are from the ladies/employee restroom and it doesn't depict how nasty it truly is... #1 floor, #2 urine on toilet #3 dried urine on wall #4 dirty under wash bowl and #5 nasty trash can. And before you ask, Yes, the Management was informed before we left the premises.
