Went in to drop off a new prescription. I don't use this pharmacy as my primary, the pharmacy I use doesn't carry a medication that my doctor just prescribed. I was told to take it to CVS. Upon reaching the counter and giving my information. The man that I assume is the manager or head pharmacist had a lot of negative comments about my prescription and seemed irritated with me for being there. His assistant seemed like she had no clue what was going on. I stood off to the side quietly waiting. After a few minutes the man turned and popped off at me in a rude way and told me to leave and come back later. This will be my last visit to ANY CVS. No wonder the place is mostly single star reviews. The only reason this pharmacy is still open is because it is part of a big name store chain.

This pharmacy creates chaos on a recurring basis. Their staff tells you one thing. You drive 45 minutes one way to pick up your prescription and they tell you that you have already picked up your 90-day prescription (which was factually incorrect). Then you tell the pharmacy tech that no the doctor’s order was for 90 days but the CVS pharmacist said they are not required to fill the doctor’s 90-day order. So the pharmacist stated that they would only fill the 30 day prescription, but when we went to pick it up they say the order has expired (today). However, two hours before (today) when I attempted to pickup the medication they told me the prescription would be ready today at 2PM (today). So at 2PM (today) I went in to pick it up the prescription and was told by the pharmacy that the prescription has expired as of today. The bottom line is If they (CVS pharmacy) would have done what the pharmacy said they would do last Thursday when my wife requested the refill I wouldn’t be writing this review. Incompetence reigns supreme at this CVS. I would avoid this pharmacy unless it is the absolute last resort.

Recent visits with this location. Pharmacist was short with responding to questions. The rep that spoke with me on the phone was short and slammed the phone after we were finished communicating. Poor customer service.

I would like to be acknowledged upon entering and leaving the store. Several associates up front and stocking. But no one ever acknowledged or offered assistance.

I shop there about once a week. I see the same people and they recognize me. I needed to pay and found out that my Care Pass had expired, Candy, the cashier and her supervisor walked me through the updating of my Care Pass and made sure that I got the bonus for signing back up and then used my coupon that I had received. All the people there are friendly and helpful. Its a great place to shop and great personnel to take care of my needs.

I visited the Pharmacy Department in this location the Pharmacist was very rude to me and his employee that was assisting me as well. I was having problems with my daughter's health care insurance card he screamed and hollered a cross from his work station at me and young lady that was assisting me that wasn't there problem and that it was my problem and that she needs to help other customers and that I can figure that out myself what is going on with it! He is always very unprofessional and very disrespectful to customers and his employees.

If possible would give a negative score. Woman in pharmacy was a complete jerk when I simply voiced my concerns about CVS not being able to fill a script, which was totally their fault. Have been a loyal CVS customer for over 20 years, that ends TODAY! Hello Walgreens here we come.

If I could give a lower rating I would. The only person in the pharmacy that is even somewhat helpful is the male pharmacist. The only reason I use CVS is because of the insurance I receive from work. I have been in many times and the female pharmacist and several of the techs are eating, and usually do not swallow before talking. I have called to ask a question and they have picked up and hung up without speaking several times in a row , and as I write this I'm on my 3 call after waiting for at least 5 min. and then trying again.My parents tried them got fed up with the poor customer service and have changed pharmacies. After having their prescriptions transferred CVS is still trying to fill them best we can tell they have been trying to fill them before the other pharmacy so then the insurance company will not pay for them at their new pharmacy.I usually don't do reviews but this place is HORRENDOUS. I work in customer service and have most of my life and I can tell you at most places this service would not stand.

Worst customer service ever. Worst pharmacy staff. I had my doctor call in a prescription and I was quoted a total, I asked if that was with my insurance and she said I’d have to go up there with my insurance information. She didn’t want to take the time to help. I asked to speak with someone else. The pharmacist gets on the phone and basically curses me out and hangs up on me. I will never step foot in CVS ever again. Poor customer service .

This specific CVS-pharmacy has complicated multiple prescriptions. Some which I've had to wait an entire month to refill due to their incompetence with their program. I'm assuming it's the program that's causing the issue. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that it is not solely their incompetence alone but partly their programming. Either way I had better luck with my previous CVS in Kingsland, ga.

Very Poor customer service. We received a text that our prescription was ready. We drive two hours for appointments in Waycross. We went to CVS to get the prescription that was needed for the appointment so the medication can be inserted. First they told us that the medicine was incorrect. Um, it's generic, duh!!! They told us to come back in 2 hours. We explained we couldn't do that. They didn't care. We will never go to the pharmacy again. I feel bad for the residents of Waycross with this CVS. I hope they get enough complaints that they make changes. I am a very patient person who expects errors in life but they are beyond errors. This is horrible service!!!! Incompetence!!!

Generally I receive great service at this CVS location. Drive Thru Pharmacy service is OK, but it's hit or miss for the customer service depending on who you get at the window. Inside I have always had a good experience. Overall, I will continue to shop here, and I will recommend it to others.

My wife goes there, and she has nothing but good things to say about them! They are kind and courteous, and as soon as you walk in, you will here, "Welcome to CVS" and as you leave, "Have a great day." If she has any question's about her medication, "Such as interaction's, and they are always take the time out to make sure she has refills, and it never takes her long. I would recommend it to others as well! Sometimes the drive thru is a little full, but it does move fast....

I just moved here and Jennifer was the first person I spoke to. You can see it was a busy day but Jennifer still took care of me answer all my questions. Came back had small issue with my transfer of meds but was quickly resolved. I wasn't having a good day but Jennifer still helped me through it and left with meds. There also was a young lady at the register in the front who was helpful with getting my app to work thanks

Bert Branch the Pharmacist is incompetent needs to lose his license. I have had 3 problems getting a prescription for my father for a simple medication. They claimed they did not get the fax from the doctor. My dad ended up with a serious infection due to the delay caused by the Pharmacy. I have been a CVS customer for 30 years+

Very very imprefessional,my wife has stage 4 lung cancer.her oncologist is Dr jha here in Waycross GA. A lady by the name of abbie told us to take our business back to Walgreens because they didn't want to fill her percriptions. My wife was diagnosed in January and only gave 6 months to live..Her last PET scan showed the chemo had started working. Thank God,but for some pharmacy to say take your business somewhere else because we don't want to feel your percriptions is crazy. And yes I called the main office and they was on the page with me. The district manager will be calling us asap. Please beware of CVS.......

Most digusting cvs store I have ever been into. Trash in the floor, displays were a mess. The bathroom took the cake though. I literally purchased sanitizing wipes just to go to the bathroom. Shouldn’t part of a pharmacy/ health store be concerned with cleanliness?

All of my prescriptions were sent over at 1:52 p.m. today got a text message saying that they were ready went there they said to come back in about 20 minutes came back 2 hours later which is now are a little bit ago they said that it was not done yet and I said but I was told to hours or go to come back in 20 minutes then someone proceeded to try to tell me they had just got the prescriptions sorry but my text messages and my CVS apps as different so I leave no sooner than I'm gone no more than 5 minutes I get a text messages telling me that my prescriptions are ready it's been like this for 2 years with no change

Have high blood pressure issues 4 25 I bought a cvs brand monitor it was throwing out erroneous readings to the point I was dressed all night for a 911 trip to the ER because of the high readings (which were bogus numbers on the reader. Tried several times on different people and still the numbers were over high causing some one with high blood to have HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. Upon taking the machine back waycross store manager would not give cash back b/c of no receipt she animated that she could only give CVS bucks. But CVS did not have other brands that would do the same thing $55 CVS bucks when all I needed was a blood pressure monitor. I needed to get one somewhere else.Manager was no help whatsoever. CVS corporate customer service in Rhode island was great and I was able to drive back to the store and get my refund it's just bad when you have to jump thru hoops to make things right .
