I love going to big lotsa lot of things change but that’s what’s expected in that kind of a store where they take those that are closing down or whatever it maybe, bring it in, give you a better price on it, and it is still the same quality stuff.The help is always on their game. cashiers are working, people on the floor are helpful, things are organized, things are out on the floor, so it is super good store and I appreciate what they do to make it work.

I go here often, prices are the low prices as expected, staff is awesome along with the condition of the store! I just wish they get their candle inventory right! Nonetheless no complaints!

Haven't set foot in a big lots in at least 15 years... I remember stores full of "stuff", stock boxes piled up in the aisles, no real organization...HOWEVER, I FOUND THE TOTAL OPPOSITE TODAY!This store is clean, organized and welcoming! Made me want to take my time and shop!Staff was friendly and helpful!Prices are fair.NO COMPLAINTS, ONLY A CONGRATULATION FOR BRINGING BIG LOTS TO ANOTHER LEVEL!

Short staffed as usual, but the cashier came at an actual RUN as soon as he saw us waiting to check out, and that was after only a moment or two wait. He was so polite and friendly!!

Pretty good selection of toys and decent selection of Christmas items ready for Black Friday. I did confirm they do not sell children’s books, only a few coloring or activity books. Not sure if it’s this location only or Big Lots as a corporation.

Great store! My concern is that they used to have a big curtain selection. Now everytime I come into the curtain section it's always a low stock or "no stock." It's been this way for months now.

The people who work here are usually friendly and helpful. We don't typically buy too much here because Big Lots has gotten more expensive and this area has other options that are more affordable.

Lots to choose from. Great prices. Was just in Big Lots again today. And again the staff at registers a young black man and a 40's white lady were so helpful and pleasant. Love shopping there not just for the low prices and quality merchandise but the nice staff.

If you're looking for Christmas Gifts or anytime gifts Big Lots is the store with low prices always someone to help you and they are happy to. Wheelchair accessible and always front door parking. 🤓 Love it 🤗

Came in to buy another memory from mattress to replace my RV mattress because it's only option that you can kind of cut down the size paid $420 for queen size 10 inch mattress so real happy with it and the guy was really great it was at the end of the night he came and got it for us pulled it out learned it up and everything been very happy with it and it was on sale

Nice store. Although Big Lots in general is not the same as it used to be. Not sure if they have any of the closeout/overstock/mismarked stuff they carried before. Now pretty much a small department type store with good prices, but none of the "one time only" deals.

I love big lots you can get some amazing things that no other store in town carries. The variety of food products is one of the main reasons I stop here. Now they have a great selection of indoor furniture and outdoor furniture.

Big Lots has always been a good business here in Waycross.Good prices and good quality items. I have a desk I bought there nearly 10 years ago and I still use it today. 80 bucks for a large, multishelf desk that has lasted a decade.You can't get much better than that.The staff is okay, theyre very "in the background" and that's fine by me. I don't like having people hound me while I shop. But I am glad they are available and I can find someone if I need help.Checkout is usually quite slow, as sometimes there are customers who argue over prices and other such things. But that isn't entirely their fault. Sometimes stickers get mis-placed, etc. Or sometimes it's a customer wanting a cheaper price.Good prices, quality items, and a diverse selection can be found there.

Listen, you don't go to Big Lots for things like immaculately organized shelves or spotless floors. It's better than a Dollar General, but worse than a Target. This one is no different. It's really really okay.

The poor counterI'm people are walking around with the uniform but they weren't helping so I just left and it was almost hard to get out because of the way they've got it you really cannot leave once you get in there because of the dividers they've got but you don't really want to bring your kids if you don't want to buy them candy because you go through three dividers that are full of candy and things for them to make money off of

Big Lots used to be my favorite place to go for bargains. The only thing I would go there for now is a new mattress (maybe), which I don't need right now. I found that their prices for the things I wanted to buy weren't very competitive anymore and the quality for clothing didn't match Wal-Mart's. My new bargain yippee place is Ollie's on Memorial Drive; it consistently has good prices on an interesting selection of stuff. I even bought a twin mattress there several years ago for less than $200. It's held up well and is very comfortable. I honestly can't say the same thing about two of the Serta queen sets I bought at Big Lots.

Waited more than a month for a recliner. After finally getting it I promptly returned it. Chair arms were very loose and someone had tried to staple pieces of 1X4's for support under arms. Will not purchase anything from Big Lots again. Bought same recliner from another vender and no 1X4's or patch job.Buyer Beware !!!
