I’m probably the least peaky when it comes to my dog Burn’s haircut, but he’s a kind-of-long-haired super mutt so there’s not really a textbook cut for him. I wish i could remember the name of the lady that cut his hair, but i gave some vague guidelines that i was looking for and put my trust in her and it was perfect. I could tell it was professionally done because he kept a thick and shiny coat. Also the last few times he’s gotten a haircut at other places he’s come out with skin rashes, were two weeks out and nothing to show. I will not be taking Burn elsewhere for haircuts, id give the experience a 10 out of 5 stars.

We could not be more pleased with our experience at Woof Gang! Haley does an incredible job grooming our two dogs! She takes the time to ask questions and get to know her clients, both animal and human, to ensure everyone leaves happy. Our two dogs always look and smell wonderful when leaving, but equally important is that I know Haley and the entire staff at Woof Gang truly are LOVING on our precious fur babies when we are gone. They go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to service. They’ve helped me load the two dogs into my vehicle, let them run around and enjoy the bakery for a few minutes while I was on my way to pick them up, and even remember to ask about things going on in our personal life since the last visit. It’s truly a top notch experience! We’ve had a previous groomer horror story that ended in a vet visit with stitches. We are extremely hesitant to try any new places, but I’m so glad we did. I highly recommend Woof Gang! We look forward to our visit every 7 weeks!

We have had a wonderful experience each time we have used Woofgang for our two dogs. We have a senior dog, and then we also have a one-year-old who we still consider a puppy! Today was especially great. We were warmly greeted by Bonnie and she spent time getting to know our family and our dogs and their individual needs. You could see her genuine love for dogs and what she does. That is so rare to find anymore and I really enjoyed chatting with her. She went above and beyond to offer great customer service.

Thoroughly impressed!! The place is so welcoming, from the warm greeting for you and your pet to the absolutely fabulous design of the location. Truly a pet lovers paradise with all they have to offer from toys to nutritious treats. Groomer was just spot on! Couldn’t have been more pleased with overall experience!

Wonderful experience! Winnie will not let anyone touch her paws, but she happily let the technicians at Woof Gang tend to her grooming needs! We’ll be using them for all our ‘beauty’ needs!

We had trouble with previous groomers but the way that the greeters and groomers have taken care my dog has been awesome! They understand it can be intimidating for dogs and make sure to take their time! Thank you Woof Gang!

I loved the atmosphere of the place. All of the staff were very friendly, but did I not love the cut. I have a border collie and the way his hair was cut made his mane look really weird. I had to ask for his leg hair to be cut again. It was originally ragged and uneven and still super long. I went back in a second time to have the hair on his paws trimmed because they too were still super long. His nails were still long and I could still hear them tapping when he walked. I did not notice a difference in hair in his private area. and his butt hair was completely cut and also looked ragged. He was also leaving hair EVERYWHERE after the wash. I would assume that with him getting washed and having his coat blown out, there would not be as much loose hair, but it was literally everywhere. Worse than before he got washed.I am very sad that this experience happened. I was really excited about the atmosphere of the place and the reviews that I read. I am not sure if I just caught the groomer on a bad day, but I will not be going back. The wash/cut I received was NOT worth $90. I would value what we get for $25.

We had the best experience here! Bonnie is a friendly and diligent groomer who is extremely passionate about caring for your pup. My dog Ginny typically sports a sad face when it comes to getting bathed, but with Bonnie she came out of her appointment with nothing but smiles. 5 stars for sure for this place!

We absolutely love Woof Gang Watkinsville for nail trims for our Vizsla mix! They're always so professional and kind! Our girl is an anxious pup, but they're super patient with her. They also have the best treats!

Our Shih Tzus are 4 & 5 respectively. One is afraid of her own shadow plus doesn’t like to travel. We live rural, so with a 40 min drive, been very hesitant on taking them to be groomed. My anxiety lifted the moment I walked in the door. The women were warm and welcoming and my dogs went to them immediately. The shop was extremely clean and adorably decorated. They have cute little bakery items where I picked up some goodie’s for my girls and they also have plenty of pet supplies if needed.When I picked my dogs up, they were wagging their tails happy. Not panting or stressed at all. Above all else, their haircuts were perfect. Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming in Watkinsville….5 stars!

My 12 year old poodle had a great groom! She looks awesome! They were so friendly and you can just tell they love all the dogs! I was jealous that all their lovely treats were made for dogs bc they looked so yummy! The sign was just super cute too walking up to the store!!

Haley has done such a great job with our ShiTzu. Our dog typically has a lot of anxiety when we leave her for grooming at other places, but has done so much better with Woof Gang and Haley! She’s typically done within 1-2 hours, also. Past groomers have kept her for on site for 3 and 4 hours.

Luna loved her Spa Day! My girl grows her coat so fast and was our first time visiting for a full grooming! Woof Gang is the new go to spot for all things dogs. It’s in a perfect up and coming location that is dog friendly. Their bakery is of course our pups favorite part but he loves heading to see Haley and Robert at the sPaw! Will recommend to all of our friends!!!
