Days and hours of service and phone number need to be updated. Phone number provided is inactive, and you cannot visit this "place of business" without an appointment. This information is not posted anywhere besides the gate of the "business." Therefore, you can drive for hours and still not be seen. If you can finally get in contact with the "owner," she is extremely rude and unprofessional. There have also been complaints of her continuously bringing bad or fraudulent checks to the local bank. If you have a "business" but are not DOING business, it's called a hobby. You need to retire.

My fault for thinking there was something decent in Watkinsville. 🤡 Especially quality koi. Days and hours of service and phone number need to be updated. Number is inactive. Came with friends an hour and a half out of our way. Gate was closed and locked. Then found the incorrect number is on Google. Called the number on the gate (completely different number). No answer. Thought I’d call again just to make sure. Phone rang a few times before someone picked up, but I was met with silence. “Hello, are you open today?” I asked. “I’m about to leave. Do you have an appointment?” (It was almost 2pm in the afternoon when their hours say they are open until 5). I politely explained that I came an hour and a half after seeing their hours online. The old lady then hung up. How unprofessional and busted you must be. I hope you get better.

Dear Carl and Vicki,I am still waiting for a confirmation that Carl will arrive on April 15, 2016 to correct the leak defects in the pond that Carl built for me. The leak has been ongoing for over a year now with repeated requests for correction by me. I am also waiting on confirmation on the delivery of my Koi tomorrow. I am trying this method of contact since all of my texts, emails and phone calls have been unanswered for several weeks. Please advise.thank you,gale

The Koi Store has the best koi in Georgia. Their system definitely works by keeping all the koi that they get in their facilities. Once a koi leaves the property, it cannot come back onto the property to grow out or something of the sort. The store can be a little pricey, but Carl is always willing to make out deals when buying in bulk.
