I'm specifically rating the in-person cafe, not the e-commerce products. The experience is fine, if you have the right expectations going in. This is essentially a shelter visitation space with a mini-mart fridge and coffee machine. For the $15 cover fee, you get to spend an hour with 6-10 cats in an elaborately decorated play space, and you can buy some refrigerated salads or drinks in a separate room if you want. I was satisfied with the "cat" part of the equation, but found the "cafe" side disappointing.That said, I'm glad this place exists because animals need homes, and they've already been quite successful at facilitating adoptions.

My cats adore these kickers! They like cat nip and they like kicker toys - put them together and it is true love! It’s a great size for them to grab on and bite one end while their back feet get some serious kicks in on the other end.
