I recently had a dog neutered at this clinic. Let me say, there customer service is horrible! They didn't call to remind us of our appointment (which is fine but usually common courtesy) and when I tried calling them to verify drop off time, I had to call over and over again because the line was always busy. After the surgery, we were told we would receive a phone call giving us a status update and if we could pick up our dog that day. They never called and I was forced to call them over and over again to get that update. The next morning I sent my husband to pick up our dog and they wouldn't accept my credit card. He had to go and withdraw cash which made him "late" for pickup and they charged us an additional 20 dollars!! What a joke don't use this place.
