We brought our cat in who was vomiting and lethargic. He was diagnosed with renal failure, was stabilized and is now home feeling much better and we have a clear plan on how to manage his disease. Thankful to Dr. Rambo and all staff. Chet received better care than any of our previous vets.

Dr.Vaughn and Dr. Martindale are amazing! They took the time to figure out what was wrong with my fur baby and answered all the questions and concerns I had. The front office ladies are very friendly and helpful. It’s a forty minute drive for me but it is so worth it!

Everyone in the practice was very nice. They fit us into the schedule when my cat was having problems and made me feel at ease with their knowledge and compassion.Update: have been going here for 1-1/2 years and love this place. Our two dogs and our cat have boarded there and come home with no stress or issues. Highly recommend for vet care and boarding.

Dr.Vaughn is truly an angel on earth!! I thank my Lord above for sending that person that recommended wilkes County animal, and even contuied giving me a gentle nudge to go on and call regardless of what the situation looked like(being closed on Sunday). With her help and the Holy Spirit I couldn't have went wrong. Dr. Vaughn saved my baby!!

My mom’s dachshund was hit by a truck the day after Thanksgiving. Many vets were closed, and we are not established patients at this vet, but they fit us right in and told me to bring him right away to be seen. The girls up front were so kind and helpful. Our pup is still under Dr. Martindale’s care, and I cannot say enough great things about our experience at this place so far. They have been clear about our options and what to expect. I thought there was no chance for my mom’s pup and thought he was taking his last breath, but they are doing everything to treat him and help bring him back after the traumatic event and continue to keep us updated along the way. Thank you Dr. Martindale and team for being so kind, compassionate, and caring through this difficult time!

This vet office is clean, spacious and the techs are very knowledgeable. The staff is always pleasant and willing to help and they all love to love on animals so your pets are left in nurturing hands! We moved to Lincolnton almost two years ago and after the loss of my cat a few months ago we won't go anywhere else. The vet met us at 11 pm for an emergency visit, and although my baby didn't make it, at least they showed up to give her a fighting chance. The whole office showed so much compassion and even sent me a memorial paw print of her toe beans. It meant the world to me. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Veterinarians&staff here put your pets care their top priority,guarantee & also will take the time to teach you on the matter! They have never let us down when one of our pets/livestock were in need! They have preformed two emergency procedures on our furry family members, very honest upfront & trustworthy! I would recommend to any pet owner large or small, hands down worth the drive! I just can not say enough about this fabulous clinic with the best staff you could dream of!!

The only thing I didn’t like was the vet never came and spoke with us. It was quick in and out but my dog may not be human but that is still my child and I just wish the vet would have taken the time to come speak with us. But over all the front desk customer service was great. Not expensive, and I will most definitely will be keeping them as our vet

I was so impressed with the service provided that I will be moving both of my dogs' care over to WCVS. Dr. McNair did a consultation on my soon to be 9 year old lab. Dr. McNair and his team will be performing surgery on her knee (TPLO) in a little less than three weeks. Don't waste your time or money going to a Blue Pearl clinic, go see WCVS first. It is well worth the drive!Fast forward two weeks after my dog's surgery. She just had her staples taken out. Her surgery went well and she is on the road to making a full recovery. My family is amazed at how well she is doing. I can't say enough about the care Dr. McNair and the staff provided to our girl, Scarlett. Thank you!

The best emergency vet experiences I have ever had. I live out of town but we were camping near by and my pet needed to be seen quickly. I would definitely recommend this vet for your pets needs they are quick, affordable, helpful and everyone there was very nice.

I had a pet emergency while visiting family. Everyone was helpful and friendly and took my pet the same day. Both the veterinarian and assistant were knowledgeable and kind. I had concerns the next day and they saw my pet again. I recommend this veterinary clinic.

We are so pleased with the Vet services and boarding services. All of the Vets and staff do a wonderful job and are very caring. Our dog can’t wait to get out of the car and run inside every time he sees where we are- sometimes I think he is their dog and he just visits us!
