Refused to sell me two small items using my debit card. He had no issues accepting my debit card the day before of a large order. How about that....The two items I was attempting to buy was items I didn't get enough of the day before. No repeat business from me anymore. Get with the 21st century and put customer satisfaction first

My fiance and I just created our wedding registry at Poss and we were thrilled with the selection! I grew up going to Poss and it was our town's go-to for everything from kitchen appliances and dishware to tools and paint. It has definitely been restored to it's former glory. Shelves are full with multiple options. Great quality products, reasonably priced, and helpful and knowledgeable staff. So glad to see this town staple continue to serve the people of of Washington.

This is your grandfather's hardware store! Nails in bins sold by the pound, unusual items in small quantities, things you can't find at the big box stores. The service is attentive, and employees know where everthing is! What a treat!
