I go to this McDonald’s a lot especially close to when they close because I also work in a restaurant and often forget to make myself some food before going home. Friday nighy 02/16/32 I made a Mobile order 20 mins before they closed pulled up to the speaker 8 mins before close but no one ever said anything. 8 mins I waited, nothing, until they turn the screen off. I pulled up to the window to be like hey you forgot me she just yelled we’re closed through the window and shook her head. When I explained that I had a mobile order and that I was waiting at the speaker for 8 mins she didn’t care didn’t even apologize for the “mistake”. To me all this was extremely unprofessional and I will never be back. The time I got a raw quarter pounder should’ve been the last time I went there

I do not know what has happened to the McDonald's here in Washington, Ga...look at these side by side photos. The one on the left is the moche I just ordered and it had no sugar or chocolate. Sent it back to correct and they added sugar but it is still white!!! The pic on the right is what McDonald's advertising shows their mocha to look like. I have had them in the past and we all know that a mocha is chocolate. This is only one of many horrible experiences I have had and known others to have had with them!!

Normally I love this location and stop there frequently. This time there was hair all over the restroom sink, the soap dispenser wasn't working and no soap anywhere, and slippery floors at the register. Brought to manager's attention and he became aggressively defensive before I could mention the soap with excuses that they were trying to get it fixed. I was polite about it because it isn't the normal situation there. He decided to dismiss me with "have a good day" when I asked where the employees washed their hands (I observed one walk from the bathroom to the register and not go to wash in the employee area). Decided not to eat there after all. Hoping this was an off day for everyone.

Dropped in today to get some McDoubles & when I made it home with them I noticed something wrong.. The burgers had a NASTY smell and even worse taste. Only ate one. The smell was like someone wiped their butt with the burgers it was awful. I don’t even have words to describe the awful taste. Had to throw away 4 burgers! Only thing that was good was my drink.

Ordered on the app. Got a double quarter pounder delux and fries. Received a single drowned in mayo and gross fries. Undercooked fries but saturated with oil, so their frier was off temp. Plus, they pulled me to the side and had to wait for gross and wrong food. Nit a credit to the brand.Drive-thru girl was pleasant, at least.

Wrong order, then they won't answer the phone. I ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets and got someone's fish without tartar sauce and a burnt bun. I had to ask for sauce when I checked the bag should have known then it was wrong.

Went through drive thru while traveling, and got a crispy chicken. The piece of chicken didn't cover half the bun, but was very thick. Was going to cut the thickness in half to cover the bun, but the chicken was not thoroughly cooked. Whole sandwich went in the garbage. If I wasn't already running behind in my travels, I would have went back, but it honestly just wasn't worth wasting my time over. Lesson learned, and won't make the same mistake twice.

This was my worst visit so far. The order was completely wrong even though the cashier read it back correct. We sat in the overflow parking for 10 plus minutes before going inside. Once inside the management failed to get order correct again. 20 minutes later we were on our way home to find out there were no straws and the order was still wrong. We had hamburgers lacking the deluxe options (onions pickles.. etc.) Management was nice enough to give us some apple pies, or were they, no but they were good. They were outdated old strawberry creme something.

The manager would not refund my money after I told her several times that I wanted my money back. They neglected to fill my order properly. I have been a customer for years. I could not believe how combative and aggressive the manager was when they were in the wrong. They forgot our drink we already had to wait on the curb. She refused to give me my refund. She also likes to me.
