I was at the self checkout. The item scan twice I call for help. I was standing waiting the cashier was pulling items up on the shelves the line was getting long. I said I have been standing here forever. The cashier said I have other customers. One of the customer told her she has been waiting the longest. I left with the packages I was a little pist. So I call the next day to talked to management she wasn't any better than the night cashier. She said I looked at the camera I disagree. I told her you saw what you wanted to see. So I have never been back in the store I can spend my money. At other stores

My dr called in prescription. When I showed up hours later to pick it up they acted like they had no idea what prescription I was talking about. They finally said they found where my dr called it in but it would be an hour before I could pick it up. My husband came back 5 hours later, giving them ample time to fill the prescription because we have dealt with this CVS’s incompetence in the past and had no confidence it would be ready in an hour. After sitting in line for 20 minutes he was told to come back in 15 minutes and it would be ready. So he waited and got back in the line behind 3 other people. When his turn finally came 45 minutes later he was told the pharmacy was closed and they refused to give him the heart medication we desperately needed. This is complete incompetence. We have no way to get this medicine now and fear this could be life threatening. This pharmacy desperately needs new management. It obviously is not run appropriately. As I stated previously this is not the first issue we have in countered with this pharmacy. Another pharmacy is desperately needed in Washington Ga.Days later after taking this medicine we have found out that both medicines we got were miss labeled. One of the medicines was labeled to take twice as much as needed and the other medicine was only a half of the needed dosage. It says Gerard Pierre filled these prescriptions. He needs to be fired!!!

I would just like to say that I'm aware the pharmacy is overwhelmed with the influx of Covid. Now, to the issue at hand is something that has reoccured repeatedly. My doctor sent in electronic prescriptions. That was on Friday. I've been told (again) that they have to wait for the doctors approval on one medication that my child receives every month. Second, they said they haven'teven received my daughter's prescription, (so I've been told) yet I've already spoken with my children's doctor this morning and has been confirmed they were sent in on Friday. As I've stated previously in this review, I'm trying to be understanding, but my children need their medication's just as many others do. Also, each time that I've tried to call today to speak with a pharmacist, after you go through the entire process, and finally get to the "press 7 to speak with a pharmacist" routine, it hangs up after rerouting to connect. Please, try and do better. I know you're all decent people just trying to do your job.

I went to CVS because I wanted to check my CVS card, and see what kind of coupons I had. I walked up to the machine and put my information in. They then printed out shortly afterwards. I had a coupon for a free item up to $5. So I browsed the store to see what item I would like to get for the coupon. I ended up choosing a gel eyeliner. I walked up to the cash register, and the lady at the register was rude as soon as I walked up. It was like she didn't want to be bothered with the customers. I told her that I had a coupon that I would like to use for the purchase. She then asked me for the phone number I told her the number, and she basically said that I was talking to fast with an attitude. So I then proceeded to tell her the number again, and she still had an attitude. Luckily it was time for her shift to end, and another lady came in to finish the purchase. I totally understand if you are having a bad day, we all do but please don't take it out on an innocent customer just coming in to make a purchase.

My experience is always first class! The pharmacy is efficient, friendly, and discreet. They provide me with a free smile to take home upon each departure!!!! The rest of the staff is always as helpful as they can be, too!!!! I truly do love my Washington,GA CVS FAMILY!!!

Very slow and unorganized pharmacy. 3 hours on a Tuesday morning to feel a prescription is ridiculous. The drive thru clerk was nice but there is definitely some understaffing issues. I would give no stars if it were an option. I'm still waiting!!

My experience in CVS this morning was appalling..The elderly lady named Rachel was completely and utterly rude to me. I had my one month old with me (which I had a c-section with and am not allowed to carry anything over the weight of my child) so I grabbed a buggy and was going to get a humidifier to help with her at night. The box to the humidifier was bigger than I thought it would be but when I went to checkout instead of this lady offering to help me or offering to scan the box instead of making me pick it up, I tried getting the box out of the buggy with one hand an accidentally grazed my child's leg with it which didn't hurt her it just scared her. It didn't even leave a mark, a red spot or anything of that manner. This lady decides to turn her nose up at me and in a very rude tone says "no wonder your baby is crying with the way your abusing her." This was not me abusing my child this was me trying to get something for my child that she needs by myself while her father was at work. She was crying in the store before that due to the fact that I woke her up from her nap to come into the store. This lady after I finished checking out decides to follow me out of the store just to make sure she got her buggy back which I would've brought back in without her following me. Just because of this one lady I will not go back to this CVS ever again. I will go out of my way if I have to just to keep from going there again.

Extremely slow in filling prescription orders, keep telling me the same thing be ready by 5, they must be talking about 5 days, been waiting since Monday today is Thursday, I will be changing to Walgreen after this experience.

Terrible communication when it comes to your doctor and pharmacist. Everything seems troublesome and inconvenient. Medications have been filled inaccurately more than once. Inadequate inventory within pharmacy will force you to go out of town for your medicine.

The pharmacy sucks. Called and checked on prescription and was on hold for 30 minutes. Last visit I stayed in line for 20 minutes before someone came to help I was the 2nd person in line!!
