And Gavin S was very polite and helpful also ! These are the people that deserve a raise ! Thank you guys for letting us know there are still good hard working people left !!

I purchased an electric lawn mower and it worked except it would move at all. I took it back to either in hopes of someone figuring it out or out right returning it. The store Manager Chris helped me trouble shoot real quick and figured it out. I am very pleased to have that kind of customer service with something above and beyond what is expected.

We bought a Maytag microwave from Home Depot in 2018 and it stopped working December of 2023. It was intermittently working so I waited to use my 10 year warranty on it. Finally it stopped working beginning of this month so I called the Maytag customer service and asked for a service. They asked for a model number and a serial number. I was able to locate the model number but couldn’t find the serial number on the appliance. I asked them to try to find my device based on the model number, they refused. I saw a serial number on the receipt and gave it to them, they said it doesn’t work. They were supposed to provide me a free service due to the warranty but since I could not find the serial number on the appliance they said I would be charged over a $100 just to get it checked out. It was because of their error in providing a correct serial number, I had to spend over $500 to get a new microwave. They didn’t take any responsibility for it and I believe Home Depot is responsible for this negligence. They should’ve made sure everything was present when they sold the microwave. They probably gave me a floor model or open box item without my knowledge.

My microwaves Fuse blew, and I went in to buy a replacement. Within a matter of seconds an employee by the name of Candle, who works in the electrical department, was able to take my old fuse, find the proper replacements, walk me thru which one I needed and how to properly identify it, I made my purchase, and my microwave works now. 100% happy to drop her name here and say it was a quick easy and an informed experience.

She is friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the items in her department. I couldn't have asked for a better associate to assist me with such a major purchase. Thank you!

We ordered a new washer and dryer, which the female manager was amazing when purchasing the item and I would give her 5 stars.However, the delivery of the item- not so much. They dropped off the item and told us we were all set. We started using the dryer and the first load we realized it was leaking too much air from the dryer duct, and the room was getting extremely hot. When we looked further we realized that they had tried clamping the duct on about 1.5 inches of dryer hood, which as you can guess was not secure and did not hold.Instead of letting us know, the dryer duct ended up falling off during the first dryer load. We tried to get them back out but it would take over 2 weeks, so we had to do it ourselves. Not to mention the hour long phone call and constant redirects on the phone to even get someone set up to come back out AND to tell me we have to wait two weeks for a product they didn’t install right?We ended up having to repurchase a SECOND a dryer duct (they made us buy one at purchase as well, which they installed) and fix it ourselves. Note we did try using the dryer duct they initially brought and was already installed but it did not work, so we were forced to buy a new one and not to mention the time to reconnect it all.Wouldn’t be so frustrated if we hadn’t just gotten the item delivered but make sure you’re paying attention to the delivery people and how they’re connecting your stuff so you don’t get stuck buying something and having to buy it again AND fix their mistakes!

I was picking up some metal edging for my home,so i didn't request help from an associate. I was there on a Sunday and didn't see the normal amount of employers, so I was fine loading the materials by myself. When I went to pay I was told to go to the other end of the store,which was a long walk with all the metal edging and incidental parts for instillation. The young man who rang up my order was very pleasant and accommodating. However, not once did anyone ask me if I needed a hand loading my vehicle,not that I needed help,but I am a 75 year old man. I have been a Home Depot customer since the late 80's and will continue to be.

I love this store. Today I purchased a new refrigerator. The original price was 3,400. They had it on sale plus other discounts, and i paid only 2,300 with 5 years warranty.

Our refrigerator was delivered, but was not hooked up to the water line, or leveled, or unpacked. They said they could not hook it up to a copper water line, but a friend bought something that enabled him to hook it up. Doesn't Home Depot sell anything that would enable customers to hook up a refrigerator to a copper water line?Then they left the front door wide open without telling us they were leaving. Every time they came in or went out, they left the door open, even when it was not necessary.They called just 20 minutes before they came, and would not give extra time to unload the refrigerator. We had been told we would have 4 hours between the call and the arrival.

Haven't had a problem with the store now thier delivery service was pretty disappointing. Ya I signed off without looking, my mistake. They left trash, I asked them to take the washer to the curb. They said "not a problem". Then they left a lot of water on my laminate floors. Pictures are hard to show that there was a lot of water in the laundry room, but here are all the photos for anyone who cares to see how they handle your house and purchased items. I can take care of it, and did in like 5 minutes (all it takes to keep a good name), but elderly and disabled people might not go behind grown men so quickly.

I just moved to Warner Robins and have had to make many trips to this Home Depot for blinds, a grill, tools, bug spray, and flash lights! Every time I visit this location the associates are so helpful and friendly. They helped me load up my grill after giving me a great deal on a floor model. This will be my go to place for all my needs while living here.

I just literally walked out of Home Depot in Warner Robins On Waston Blvd. My mom and I met the most beautiful woman there and her name is Pam and she had the most warming wonderful personality. I’m sure she has touched many customers because her beautiful spirit and great customer service is undeniable!!! I give her the praise and everyone that works with the public should take notes on how to have this same energy!!! Home Depot please consider awarding this woman and again her name is Pam ❤️❤️!! Good prices for items bought. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because a manager treated me like I was trying to con him out of something when I wanted to return a defective chainsaw a couple years back. This was my first time coming back to this store since then (I've been giving my business to Lowe's but they were closed for Easter). The employees were so friendly and helpful I've decided to give them another chance. We'll see if management redeems itself in the future.

The product is good but the service is going down. Could not get anyone to help with some large pool umbrellas. Ended up getting them carrying them out by myself. The only registers open were self service. It was a sad place to shop.

5 STARS and more if I could to Kathrina!, she served the perfect 5 STAR EMPLOYEE top notch, high quality customer service! She deserves a raise or a management position! I walked in and wanted to buy a Cub Cadet riding lawn mower. I wasn't exactly sure which department to head to, so I took a stab at the Lawn and Garden area. Upon making my way there from inside the store, I came across Kathrina doing her work, and I asked her who should I see about buying a tractor. She said that would be me, she walked me to the back to see the one I wanted, explained that she might be able to get me the free financing for 12 months and we headed back the register, she placed the order and answered every question I had. She had the complete knowledge to do her job. She called customer service for the credit card to get me the free financing and boom! Thank you! Would have had a nice experience if I wasn't harassed and followed in the store. Since when is it ok for an employee to do that? I went to get some items for my house and an employee there who at first seemed nice and helpful, even though I didnt ask for or require any help...turned out to be some sort of weird creep following me all over the store. This weirdo literally followed me at almost every aisle I went to. Then comes up to me saying, "Are u from here?", "You're so beautiful ", etc, etc. He was beyond revolting, so I left without purchasing anything. Please train your employees better!
