Took my 13 year old long haired German shepherd in for bath and nail trim. She’s kind of anxious at groomers, so, we did it on 2 separate days. She looks beautiful and because she had time to rest in between visits, she fared really good. The staff was excellent with her and she seemed very comfortable with the experience. I am so happy with Posh Paws!

Kristy is the absolute best. We have the most precious malti poo, Daisy Mae. Kristy reached out to me after the terrible review my wife left for the (Groom Room, Perry, Georgia) before I go any further, I’d like to point out that my wife, (Emma) and I were both criminally tresspased from the groom room, because of how they shaved my poor pup, burned, cut, and damn near beat her. Her last appointment was April 12th. She never recovered. My wife and I dealt with our girl pottying on herself, barking and growling on us. So we put off getting groomed until today. Kristy is a God send. Our sweet Daisy hasn’t been groomed since April 12th. Because the (Groom Room) cut, burned, and clipped her in places she shouldn’t have been. Kristy made up for all of it, and our sweet girl had the best experience she’s ever had at a groomer!!!! Thank you so much Kristy!! See you next month!!

I took my dog to get groomed today and I got him back with the worst haircut I have ever seen. I asked for a shorter cut and his outline trim lined up. I went to pick up my dog and she took his whole top coat off. The first thing I asked was he shaved because he has a double coat and cannot be shaved. The lady said no but he looks like he was shaved. Regardless if my dog was shaved or not though he was cut down to his undercoat. I left and cried in the car because now he has the possibility for sunburn, excess hair fall out, and his coat growing back wrong. I will never use their services again. This is the before he was groomed and the after. I’m just so upset.

I hate to admit it, but today was our first experience with Beth and her amazing team of groomers. They were so professional, courteous and quick. It only took 2 hours for 2 dogs, versus the 4-6 it used to take for just one. I didn’t have to worry about them being in a crate all day with no water or a chance to use the bathroom. One of my babies is a handful, so I was worried I was going to get a call to come pick him up - without being groomed. This was not the case today! They both look awesome and I am so happy with our experience 💙💙 Thank You Posh Paws 💙💙

My dog was in desperate need of a full grooming and I knew she would need to be completely shaved due to matting. When I saw her I could tell instantly how much better she felt! They do a fantastic job with the grooming and their mobile unit makes it so convenient. Our issue is with their scheduling system that allows them to overbook. Multiple times we were scheduled but when we call to confirm they have no record of our appointment. Sometimes this was the day of the appointment. We even had screenshots of the appointments we booked.Please cancel our “scheduled” appointments that were booked through June 2024.

My favorite grooming spot. Everyone at Posh Paws has been consistently professional and kind. My dogs actually come home clean AND dry, unlike at some bigger chain-store groomers. Good add-on services, good online scheduling, good location, good staff. Most of all, they remember my dogs! If they notice something wrong or something improved with my pets, they simply let me know. I value their input.

I was charged $75 for partial growing service that included a shampoo and blowout. My dog had only been groomed once before and for some reason she panics there so I was able to find a groomer that is more patient. I feel this is a salon only for dogs that are calm. Not all dogs are calm especially if they are new to grooming.

Shenzi & Banzai visited Posh Paws today and we had our favorite groomer Britany get them all spiffy! She's amazing, and I have never had not one single complaint towards her, how she treats my babies nor how she grooms them. Aussies have to be groomed a certain way and she nails it every time. We will always remain loyal to her ❤ Posh Paws was very lively and the staff was friendly. We had no problems booking or getting them in, and the pups were groomed perfect in great timing! First time I left the salon my dog was covered in flea dirt for days afterwards. He is on medication for fleas so luckily they died when they would bite him, but not before leaving their feces on him. After being assured multiple times it couldn’t have been them and it was it was a fluke I took him back against my better judgment.I’m currently sitting at the vet about to pay my $300 bill and leave because I took him back 3 days ago for a full wash, nail trim, deshed, and trim only for him to contract a skin infection covering half of his body.I see the good reviews and trusted that this place was the right choice for my dog. I’m glad other people get what they feel is a 5 star service, I however am far from happy. This has cost me money, time, and considerable discomfort to my animal. He’s never once had any health issues related to his skin/fleas/or mites. They are 2/2 with issues both times I’ve went. I would not recommend you chance bringing your animal here.I included one photo of a lesion he contracted after his grooming. He’s got about 20 more covering his body now.

I used to take my dog to get a trim and bath there until I was told my dog had yellow discharge and that she might have yeast infection. The young lady refunded my money and I took my dog to the ER. Nothing was wrong with my dog and I decided to not go back.

I use the Mobile Posh Paws normally, but wanted to get in for a sooner date. I called PP on Watson, and they got me in quick. They are always wonderful with our 3 dogs. We have 2 goldendoodles and a yorkie, and they are excellent with all of them. They know how to cut doodles perfectly. Most people don’t do well with that type of breed. Beth and her crew are awesome! Go see them. 🐩

Today was our first visit from posh paws on the go but it will definitely not be our last. They are absolutely wonderful and did such a fantastic job grooming our dog Maxxi, he has never looked as good as he did when they got through taking care of him! Wonderful place. The staff was so kind and courteous. I have a big dog (lab/pit mix) and a small dog (chihuahua/terrier mix). The small dog refused to let you trim her nails. She would fight and squirm and you couldn't do it safely. They were able to trim her nails. Both dogs were all smiles and smelled amazing! They even gave them the little bandanas to wear. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere to take your dogs and you cherish your pets as much as I do!

First time here and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was super friendly, smiling, and informative. The shop was clean and the layout was nice. I appreciate being greeted by all the guest puppies and being able to see them The pricing was reasonable especially for the quality of grooming. I have been doing at-home grooming for several years and my puppy was so beautiful!🐩I definitely recommend them and I will be a returning, loyal customer. Thank you Posh!

I was so happy to find a local groomer that was actually accepting new clients, so I made the appointment and took our 4 month old shih tzu puppy in to get trimmed up for the summer. My first impression of the salon was not the best as the salon smelled like urine had when we came in. I looked over into one of the grooming cubicles and saw a dog running around with pee all over the floor. Pee happens so I didn’t think too much of it. We get up to the counter to check in and the young girl explained they wouldn’t do a full trim today because they wanted to get him used to the grooming process. Not awesome as I really wanted to get some of the length off so he wouldn’t be so hot but I figured they’re the professionals, just go with it…Less than an hour and $45 later our poor puppy came out looking hysterical! They bathed him, trimmed most of his nails, the hair around his paws, belly and face. His facial hair was cut so short, we barely recognized our pup. The hair on his face was uneven and there were long hairs still covering half of his nose. Pretty disappointed with the service and although I’ve heard and read great reviews about the place we won’t be going back. He was super soft and smelled good but always does after a bath- for the price, I should have just done it myself.

Took both of my fur babies here and not only did they love it they both looked great. My Lhasa like many dogs, has bad anxiety when ever I take her to get groomed but she didn't shake or act out at all when I took her here. I will definitely be bringing them back and will be updating this review when I see that she doesn't shake again after seeing where we are. Thank you for the wonderful customer service as well!!

The ladies here are amazing ! Posh paws has great pricing and friendly staff. I generally take my pup in for nail trimmings (he doesn’t really let anyone else do it) and recently took my Doberman here for a bath and nail trimming. The staff took great care of him and treated his dry skin. He came home clean, shiny, and happy as ever. ! They are patient and loving with the animals they care for and complete their services quickly and timely. I don't take my dog anywhere else
