Good job with the grooming of my 14 year old Aussie. However, I've noticed that of late, smiles from the employees are very rare - it would've been 4 stars if i would've seen at least 1 smile, but, sadly zero! Boo!

We had family photos scheduled, so we took our dog to get trimmed and groomed for the occasion. They completely messed up my dog, we asked for a small trim and they needed up cutting his hair so short, nearly skin. To make things worse they left his tail and head alone, they completely messed up our dog. My wife was so distraught because we had planned these photos for some time. Absolutely terrible! We wasted $128. 🤬

Great place to shop and bring your fur baby to be groomed. Excellent customer service. It would be 5 stars, but there’s a smell in there lately that wasn’t always there. It made me want to get what I need and run versus strolling and buying extra.

I enjoy PetSmart for the convenience and being able to purchase stuff close to home when I need it now and don't want to wait for delivery I have had delivery from PetSmart recently I guess they used doordash and I was quite happy with the service that I received. I'm a little sad that sometimes things that I'm looking for they lack availability of other than that I think the prices are quite comparable with those I find elsewhere

I purchased two plecos. I firmly asked "Do you quarantine your fish?" The young lady responded "yes." I have raised my fish for about a year without a single problem. I induced the plecos, only them, not the water into my 36 gal tank. I now have three dead fish, the plecos and my 4 in leopard cichlid. My beautiful 4 in, and 3 in Jack Dempseys are also sick. My 4 in Convict is probably not far behind. I called and the manager told me that they get fish on Thursdays and the fish are sold immediately. I've raised fish since I was 9 so I do know what I'm doing. I was warned not to purchase fish from Pet Smart (Warner Robins) and learned the hard way. This was not cool at all Pet Smart.

Talk about EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE she wasn't even on the clock yet she greeted me as I entered, she assisted me about and beyond the call of duty (by escorting me to the merchandise and she was so knowledgeable on the product and it's uses to the Teee #omg & the cashier he was tall dark handsome with locs OUTSTANDINGyou go #petsmartThanks again

Not happy at all! My poor pup is now terrified of going into the store and I couldn’t figure out why. This is the second time I’ve taken her to the grooming section for a claw clipping and this time, a bath and ear cleaning. They stated it was going to be an hour to an hour and a half depending on how she dried off, her ears cleaned and get her claws grinded since she grows them out fast. They were literally done in 30-45 minutes and called me to come pick her up. I was shocked because that was hardly any time and felt uneasy about it as I can’t even clean her and dry her off that fast at home. I got there and she was ready to leave ASAP, was tugging so hard that I almost couldn’t get her harness and leash back on her before she ran. Mind you, she’s a happy and loving dog who will take any attention if she can, but she was overly anxious and I knew she wasn’t comfortable. I paid and left. The next day, I am walking her as usual and when I got home, I noticed blood on the floor. I had no clue what was going on so I examined her mouth for bleeding and then as soon as I look down, blood is everywhere on this poor baby. She flinched when touching the paw and was covered in it on her chest and belly which I had thought I hurt her with the harness but she must’ve folded her paw under. If you look, you can clearly see the quick as though they didn’t carefully examine her or want to tell me they knicked her. She is no longer being brought there for those services and it’ll probably take a couple store visits for her to feel comfortable walking in now.I apologize for the long review but someone has to be warned as I was not and now I’ve got an anxious fur baby who doesn’t feel happy to go to PetSmart. 😕

My son and I decided to adopted our kitten from this store as well as all of his supplies. I'm from upstate NY and I've been to many Petsmart stores BUTTTTT.....This store is EXTREMELY BUSY!!! Ive never seen a pet store as busy, EVER. However, all of the staff were super friendly and the store was clean and well stocked. I'm glad that there was a line of families there to adopt all of these kittens. I also need to give accolades to the pet rescue group who are doing a great job.

Awesome experience. Tight on money but my furbaby needed flea prevention. Found what I needed online and went to PetSmart. The price was different at the store; $54 compared to $29 online. They matched the online price! Bless them!

The staff was wonderful they suggested items to try for my pets itching and licking. So far my pets not licking as much she's still itching in figure out will take a couple of days to get in here system. Thanks PetSmart. I'll be back I love the lay out of the store..

I went into PetSmart this evening and the Fish Department was very awesome compared to two months ago the new setup is very very well built new tanks with decorations and crystal clear water and I recommend y'all stopping by if y'all in Warner Robins near PetSmart and check it out I was 100% happy when I saw it like that and the young lady that helped me and got my fish for me was very helpful and beautiful and friendly I seen her in there in the past many times and she was very friendly and helpful every time I wish I had got her name so next time I go in I will find out and repost it on here y'all have a blessed day and thank you PetSmart for yours fish upgrade

This store is very nice, clean, and easy to navigate. However, there were dirty litter boxes sitting out on the floor in a closed off area, but the smell was strong and no one was tending to them. The cashier also didn't really have much knowledge for me. He didn't know they even sold what I was looking for, and tried to tell me that a flea medication worked differently than how it actually did instead of doing his own research or read the box. He was very helpful though otherwise.

It's a pet store. What's not to like. Always have the treats I like my dog and cats. The toys they have there are cute and I want to get them all even if they don't play with them.
