I love this store. Everyone is so nice. I think I went in on a day when Kyle was having a rough day when I left my last review. But he’s super smart and a cool dude. I also love that lady with braids who is at the register most evenings. Love this store.

I have been a faithful patron for 6 years. I went in there and witnessed a elderly customer that was waiting to be waited on and the young girl was very rude and loudly , the lady was so upset and embarrassed she left. I have seen this happening from this girl several times. Her name tag is Taylor. People will leave and go across to parkers because she is cussing and fussing while waiting on them. I hate to change my patronage because of this bad apple. Managers need to know what is happening at this store. Friendly's customers are going to Parkers why put up with bad unfriendly attitudes at a place that's suppose to be friendly .

worst experience I've ever had from a gas station I bought 2 sodas a few days ago and when I came in today I was charged again for them, apparently the cashier told me the transaction never went through and she had to charge me or it would get taken from her paycheck. Me being easy going I payed the extra 4$ to then check the transaction actually did go through! as I was charged for it in my bank account! after coming in and showing it to her I get told that still ! that it never went through but she can offer a refund. I was so disturbed that I even called my bank to verify her lies and of course it was a lie. I will Always ask for a receipt due to this experience. A review from someone who has been coming here as a regular for years and will now boycott this so called "friendly express"

Always check what they’re charging you for! W/o so much as a word (or apology) the lady rung me up for a fountain drink AND a slushy - because she THOUGHT she heard me get a slush, dump it and get a soft drink instead..(???) how offensive! I wanted to tell her to pull the damn camera footage based on her reluctance to remove the extra charge. Some ppl have no business in customer service. I know people make mistakes, but decent people OWN theirs. Smh..she could’ve just asked. - Very unprofessional!
