This is a great pitstop, coming right off the highway. Clean, good service, gift store, and plenty of food options. They have a subway and a chicken place to eat here for one stop meet all needs. Spacious areas to walk your dog with a dog park. Truckstop showers they got it all. The employees are good people. I highly recommend it for an off the highway and back on experience.

**SHOWERS**I've been driving for 3+ years now, and this is the 1st time I've ever seen bugs in a truck stop shower. I was worried the entire time about bugs getting in my bag and clothes. Guys, please use this facility with caution. I've never had to rush a shower like this one before. (Shower #3).Again, this is not on the hourly employee who was doing her best all on her own.. so it appeared at the time anyway. This falls on management and everyone above them. This was fn disgusting.

9/2021 stopped here just to take a break. Diesel side was packed which was expected. Store looks good. Staff was nice and polite. Restroom looks good. The young lady in Chester’s was a sweetheart. My day was kinda bad, but she made me laugh about the food. So over all I had a great experience. No complaints. Store was also clean and neat. Everyone was busy working. Great Job to the team there. Hopefully I’ll get another chance to come visit.

Showers have no hot water. They think a light warmness to make it barely cold is acceptable. It isn't. I notified the staff(Steven) that it had no hot water, and they do not care. They switched the shower back to available right after I told him. Just changed the towels. He did not clean the shower before the next driver. Nasty attitude and place. Don't fuel or shower here. Some of these stores need to understand the meaning of a customer.

Justin was awesome in the shop but the female that did our oil change yesterday really needs to pay attention we get home and notice oil has blown back under the truck we look at it in the daylight today and you could turn the oil filter by hand. Pay attention to what you are doing this could have caused serious issues and expensive repairs that loves would have been responsible for. Smoke breaks and changing your oil covered shirt can wait until you are finished with the truck you’re working on

If I could give it zero stars I would , staff were extremely rude . The guy with only one earring watched us the whole time with a scowl, whispering under his breath and we all know why . it’s crazy to serve a country where you’ll get treated like a criminal in a place that claims to be a “safe” place to stop while traveling cross country 🤷🏾‍♀️. I also watched the subway staff (an older lady)talk under her breath and have a visible attitude with a family that had a special needs child with them , lady if you didn’t want to be in customer service choose a different profession so you don’t have to service people. Maybe it was just today but this morning staff SUCKEDDDDD. I hope those workers have a terrible year ♥️

I pulled in Love’s Waco, Ga, my tire was flat. Two gentlemen came to my rescue. They changed my tire and I was on my way in 15 minutes flat. I really appreciated their service it couldn’t have been any better. Thanks guys..

A nice Love’s travel center here in Waco, GAThey have a clean fuel island and a clean parking lot for about 50 trucks. The restrooms are very clean and the showers are too. They have fast food Subway and Chester’s Chicken too. The coffee is always fresh and the inside is very clean too

We were pulling a 35’ travel trailer and there was no place to park. We wanted to eat at Subway. Getting into the gas pumps was a nightmare. Thanks to a kind driver, we managed to get away from the pumps.DO NOT STOP THERE, IF YOU ARE PULLING A RV!!

Bought a 2 Hancock steer tires for $1500. After 3 months the passenger side started chunking out in the middle tread. Took me two more months to get back to this location. Total 5 months with the tires on. They tell me that it is a manufacturing issue and they can't do nothing about it.Had to go to TA and buy 2 more steers $1700.Price of everything going up and you can't even count these people to warranty bad tires.Even the TA said they would have refunded for that damage because it was clearly in middle of tire not worn on sides and was in good shape.Never going to loves again. Not the only incident. Got an oil change from one location and the filter fell out with all my oil draining out. That shop refused to warranty the oil change.BEWARE SUBSTANDARD SERVICE!!!!!

Big shoutout to the mechanic Ryan.He clearly has way more common sense than the workers at the Freightliner in Atlanta who was foolish enough not to fully tighten the clamps after installing a new coolant reservoir. Thank you very much.

Conveniently located close to the expressway but be careful to not get confused at the round about at the exit from expressway! A little smaller than most Love's Travel Stops but very similar store.

Today at this Love's, people are not seeming to be using the fuel aisle for which it was intended - notice fuel nozzles are hung up and trucks are sitting taking up valuable space - I don't know about these squatters but some of us actually work for a living and have deliveries to make! ☝️🤡

When I am on the road, I am pretty loyal to Love's. They have very clean bathrooms, and usually decent food options. I'm thrilled they have added a new feature, dog parks! Not all Love's have them, but I travel with my dog so I definitely appreciate the stops that consider my co-pilot.

Competitive gas prices, two restaurants inside, easy accessible from both Interstate 20 and Highway 78. Plenty of parking for cars, trucks, and eighteen wheelers also. Large variety of merchandise for truckers, electronics, food, drinks, clothing, books, and so much more.

Very clean. Felt very safe stopping here. On our 15 hour trip we made all our stops at loves. They have really good quality prepared food and we also stopped at one with a subway, which was well prepared and hit the spot.

Absolutely awesome General Manager (Yolanda J.) and Assistant Manager (Danielle B.). Friendly, very helpful beyond words after the passing of my husband in his truck. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was courteous and friendly. My husband stopped here frequently because of the staff, fuel prices, and the quietness (compared to other locations). He never had a bad word to say about the facilities except maybe the trash cans occasionally needed to be emptied. Thank you Yolanda!!

Not friendly face at all at the fuel desk. Lady was acting like i did a mistake coming here, she didn't even talk to me and just threw the key at the desk. And no clean places, shower was filthy. Sink had **** stains on it and towels were just thrown on that filthy sink (i always bring my own towel so i was covered). Floor in the shower latterly had trash on it. All pics are attached.

The store is clean and parking is easy, but this is a perfect example of price gouging. TWO good items cost almost $16. I have seen the same subway sandwich at other locations for $6.25, and the chicken sandwich had NOTHING on it. Their other items are similar $$. Severely overpriced, only did it because of the points program. Unfortunately, there aren’t any other options in this area.

Got one of the last parking spots this Saturday evening. Went right to bed got up at 3:30 took a nice hot shower the shower could have been a little cleaner but it wasn't so bad hot water. The young ladies working inside are absolutely wonderful sweet kind and talkative thank you bye the way. Store is very clean we are very grateful for that keep the good work up
