Had the worst possible experience we could have had bringing our puppy there to get her nails clipped. We have drove by and stopped to ask if they could cut our dogs nails. The lady was extremely passive aggressive and extremely rude when we did bring in our puppy, she started pulling the dog and yanking the leg in attempt of cutting the dogs nails. That is one good way to ensure that the puppy will hate getting her nails clipped in the future. If you want your puppy to be treated good, do not bring your dog there.

"I had a terrible experience at the pet store. The lady who was attending to my puppy was very old and treated my pet with anger and rudeness. When I entered the store, I noticed that another dog was crying and the lady was being mean to it too. I have never been here so it is nothing about their experience or skills but I called just to ask if they were hiring and they were so rude about it. They asked if I had any skills in grooming so I told them, “no, not really” and then they just hung up. I understand not being able to get hired if I don’t have the experience in this type of field but I just thought this was incredibly rude of them.

We use to take our dog here a lot I’ve even recommended this place to friends. But the past two times I’ve called them they have been very rude. I called them about grooming my dog over a year ago and they said it’s been a while since we’ve seen her and They didn’t have any available appointments right now which was fine. We moved away and just moved back recently and was wanting to get our dog groomed. The woman that answer the phone said she doesn’t remember my dog and then asked me what breed my dog was I told her and she said she’s too old to groom big dogs anymore my dog isn't even big she’s mixed with Chihuahua. She put me on hold to try to find my dogs card and then came back and said it must have been over a year since you brung your dog so we can’t see her and hung up. Very rude and unprofessional. Will not recommend to anyone.

I just realized today that I have known Bill and Jane at Gentle Paws for almost 20 years. They are big-hearted, committed people, who run a compassionate business. Their prices are fair, and they work very hard to take care of animals first, people second. I work in dog rescue, and they always take care of my fosters. If you want a particular product, and they don't have it in stock, they will definitely order it, if possible. I highly recommend Gentle Paws.

They do a great job, they are professional and are the sweetest people . I have taken both of my Yorkies and they always look great. When I lost my Jack Jack they sent me chimes with the sweetest note and it meant so much to me ! I’ve went to another groomer and they did okay but the cut was uneven . I only went due tot the fact that gentle paws is in such high demand !! Now I make appointments ahead of time !!

My name is Bentley. I am a 4 legged wiener dog. I saw my dads phone laying around and decided to leave a 5 star review for my favorite other humans, Bill and Jane. They take real good care of me when my parents are traveling. Whenever I arrive, which is too often sometimes, they roll out the red carpet for me upon my arrival. I love this place!PS I also love Lauren and Brittney who work there as well. They give me kisses and never complain about my bad breath like my dad does!See you soon! ❤️🐶
