This One 9/Pilot was clean and well maintained, everything is stocked up.🛎️ Store staff was very professional and friendly which is always nice.🍔 Food selections are the usual PFJ fare roller grill and sandwiches, there's also a McDonald's inside for an alternative.🚻 The restroom was clean and well maintained.🚿 The showers are clean with lots of hot water and decent water pressure.🅿️ The truck parking lot is a good size with lots of room to maneuver.

The staff here are just the greatest! Everyone we encountered was so nice from the fuel desk to the showers! Oh, and the showers are clean and have great water pressure! These two truckers appreciate you all very much!

Stopped at McDonald's and staff very friendly and great service. Gas was $3.09, which isn't too bad. This facility has a separate car and truck entrance.

Nice bathrooms & store. Have the normal “on the go” foods & snacks & also a Mcdonalds inside. All the store personnel were real nice too! Husband is a truck driver so we stop a lot of places, this is the first time stopping in a “one9” travel center (formerly ‘Pilots’) & made a good 1st impression on us😉

This is what i paid the scale money for. I am fully loaded and you guys can see whats wrong. Worst staff i saw in my life. Didnt even allow me to reweigh. I called Cat scales and they are doing the refund. You are here because of drivers treat them right. Worst experience in all these years.

Pump 4 is slower than a turtle. I check the oil and fluids on my van before the pump reached 5 gallons. If you in a hurry it would be quicker to siphon some gas from a car in the parking lot, and cheaper thanks to the current administration. If they cops stop you tell them Biden said it’s ok.

Nice and clean and amazing people and I think this is best ONE truck stop I’ve ever seen, shower great pressure and clean and also there’s half mile away dentist if u want fix ur teeth which I did while resting my 34 and they were super amazing people without appointment

If you pull forward at the pumps you'll block other drivers from getting out.Restrooms are not taken care of very well.Employees more worried about next smoke break than customer service.

While this is good for big trucks in the back, if you use gas, the front pumps would be difficult for a travel trailer. We parked with the trucks in the back to go into the McDonald's.

Coffee maker sputters and takes 5min to fill a cup probably cause noone cleans it. Didnt even fill cup all the way up.

Don't bother stopping here. First of all the McDonald's isn't open. I went to pump gas at about 10 cents higher than other places along i-75. It took me 5 minutes to pump 2 gallons. 2 gallons was enough to get me down the road so I stoped. I then went in to use the restroom and as soon as I walked in the door the lady behind the counter said our restrooms are broken. There's a plumbing issue. I told her I was going to have a plumbing issue cuz I have a pipe that's about to burst. She told me to go to the store down the road. How does a place that does business like this expect to stay in business? I should have gone elsewhere and just skipped this place. I would advise you to skip it also based on what happened to me. How can a truck stop not have a working bathroom?

Super friendly staff. Greeted as soon as I walked in and directed to the bathrooms immediately. I am a small business owner and service means a lot. This stop on our way through Georgia was a very pleasant one! Oh yeah!! And they had clean facilities.

Almost $4.00 for fountain drink refills in our own cups. Ridiculous! Truckers should not have to pay that price or at least only 99cents. Won't be back! Loves truck stops gives free refills and McDonald's gives free most of the time. Truckers are not rich and they keep America stocked.

We don’t usually stop at pilot/one9 but this time no TA’s in the area. But absolutely glad it was the employee “ONIE” went above and beyond to make sure we had a very pleasant visit from shower’s to food and fuel! Because of him this will be marked in our GPS from now on will be our primary stop when delivering in this area!

This location use to be Pilot now its One9 its still affiliated with Pilot just a name change some items are higher priced Diesel is Cheaper, but no discount its good small store nice and clean, people are nice behind the counter. Overall I like to stop here its easy in and out.

I'm glad the employees have time to play like they're in middle school at 7am while all of the coffee is out and most of the creamer and the store is a mess. Receipt paper out at the pumps. Just kill a few hours and go home having done as little as humanly possible.

When I load out of Vienna this is my go to place. It's clean people are friendly (surprising for a pilot/flying j owned location. The lot is clean & parking generally isn't an issue. Fuel & scales are easy to access. Trucks need to go to the entrance past the building. They have a small dirt overflow lot for trucks that you can access from the side road close to the gas islands.

This location has gotten better but the night manager needs to understand that the music she plays is not supposed to be personalized for her. The music being play make you wanna slice your wrist. Strictly girly music. Very depressing music.

I don't think I've ever left a review of a gas station before but the staff here were just so nice and professional that I had too. I've driven across the entire US more than a dozen times and the staff I interacted with here today are the Platinum standard. Idk what they're being paid but up it.

We used to stop in Cordele on our way to Chattanooga, but this place is way better. Nice staff, competitive pricing, and not congested.. our new "halfway" stop!!!

The credit card I used got hacked from this location in Vienna GA. Had a $151 charge on it, and several ‘$1.00’ charges from multiple cities before I even got to my hotel an hour later! Never again! 😡

I stopped to get fuel and take a shower. All was ok friendly staff, no wait for shower but it was noontime. Fuel prices are near what the QT in Macon has But at least you get a shower here guess it’s all in the price
