I came like I always do went to get a car this car seat was apparently miss labeled and instead of assisting me Coach Anthony who says he is a nighttime coach at Walmart says he is also not necessarily have to have a name tag on him because his name tag is attached to his keys and that he had to give his keys to another associate so therefore he doesn't have to have his name tag on him. Told me that the item was $139 and that it doesn't matter that it was listed differently that he was not honoring it. He was very rude and disrespectful in my opinion. And he didn't even ask if we were going to pay the full price for it he had an associate snatch it out of the cart like we were trying to steal it I feel very disrespected. If this is a Walmart coach that is really sad because I don't want to deal with that is coached by this individual.There were multiple employees with no name badges and you couldn't even tell they worked for Walmart cuz they weren't wearing their vests at all you didn't know they worked for Walmart until they started working on stuff.

Visited today (5-11-19) to pick up some house hold items and groceries.Store was well stocked, and clean. It is well lit. Staff was helpful and sped up the shopping process. I did not see any sketchy characters lurking about.I would certainly go there again if the opportunity arises. Visited again today, (7-7-19 ) and picked up some Vidalia onions.

Depending on which manager's working. Depends on the service you're getting the store. However every employee that I've ever asked for help or ask for anything was has been very polite and help me out to the best of her ability. Even welcoming me over to help me try to find the item I'm looking for. And that I can appreciate

I love this service! Your employees bring out my orders are very nice, efficient & friendly.Your pickers on the others need a“Come to Jesus” meeting. Opened products with items missing, crushed cans, bad produce, and milk crushed in milk containers is 100% not acceptable! About 8 out of 10 times I order zero % organic milk I am given a Carton with the top crushed in. You don’t/won’t put this out for sell on your shelf!That is the Only reason you, Walmart are receiving a 4 star rather than. 5 star rating. Check out the photo below. This is Not acceptable!

Nonexistent service. They had 0 cash registers open at one point today and tried to force an elderly lady who only pays in cash to use self-checkout, which they frequently only have set up for cards. In addition to this incident, they still have several ongoing problems. It's rare to see an employee yet they have had several instances of shoplifting, including one where someone shot a firearm in the parking lot in March 2023. They also had a couple of employees arrested for Felony Theft in February 2023. Don't waste your time here. Better Walmarts can be found in Hazlehurst, Swainsboro, and Baxley.

Like Walmart for having most everything that I need. Absolutely hate the self checkout. Have to load my cart then unload it to self scan everything then have to load cart again. Then have to show my receipt on the way out. Feel like an unpaid employee 🤬

I never like going here. There are never any employees at the register, which causes the lines to be really long at the self checkout. (BTW self checkout actually charges you an extra 5% for "convience"). Most of the time employees will avoid you to make sure they don't have to help.

More cashier's, better stocked, prices are coming down all over the store, especially in groceries.The meat prices are still high, but can goods and other staple products are lower. Worth a visit to stock up on pantry items.Purchase your meat from another store.

Still waiting after an hour in the parking for my pick up called the number 17 times no answer no one in store can help or give answers I could have shopped for the items and been gone already in the hour I've waited so what's the point in pickup!!!!

This store needs to go back to being 24 hour. Or at least stay open later than 11. There’s no where to get anything in this town when your child wakes up sick in the night. It’s not like you need employees to be there. You already make us check ourselves out.

I did not receive my cucumbers in my order. The app won’t let me get my money back. The chat won’t let me either. I have to call. Waited on hold for over 40 minutes for them to hang up on me. Now it’s 20 plus more minutes! I’m a Wal Mart plus member where they say they value me, but I feel anything but valued. Every time I purchase a delivery order, I have issues. Twice my order couldn’t be delivered. Every single time, items are missing! Most every time, TONS of items are substituted. But Wal Mart just doesn’t care. Corporate greed! If possible, shop elsewhere. I would pay higher prices than have to deal with their awful customer service over and over and over again. I’ve spent thousands with them, but not anymore!

It's the only place we have to go that you can buy anything you could think of, therefore I'm sure staying stocked is nearly impossible as well as staying sanitised. I appreciate all the Wal-Mart workers and their efforts are dualy noted. May God bless you and your family during the covid and take the extra precautions; wash hands, 6ft apart, wear mask and gloves if necessary...

All of the milk shelves are extremely moldy. That’s disgusting. With the lack of cashiers these days you would think you have a spare set of hands to clean.

Worse Walmart I've visited. The Auto mechanics won't fix your vehicle properly and when you mention that your vehicle wasn't service properly they would rather fight you than correct the problem and when you mention it to the management they will not take any action or correction measures! Please go somewhere else 💯 Especially, if you are a person of color, the ppl of color would be the ones that will treat you the worst. Slave mentality is still live and well here in Vidalia.

Ja'Quan I hope you see this! I meant what I said today at the register. You have the patience of a Saint. NOT many people your age or even my age for that matter would have handle the situation the way you did. I watched the whole interaction...not only did you ring up and bag her items but you placed them in her buggy as well, and when her card got declined, you handled the situation with a smile on your face. Some in line left but I didn't. I wasn't in a hurry. The little lady placed a call and had her money on her card shortly thereafter. Cudos to you young man. We all need to learn your secret. I just want you to know that whomever is raising you, they're doing a phenomenal job! Also, if Wal-Mart doesn't see the good employee you are, just know that I see you and you've given me hope in the kids of the world today. Thank you for AN AMAZING JOB!!

I love visiting Walmarts in small towns. Their staffs are so much more willing to help you than in the bigger cities. And their shelves are better stocked. It would seem small town America still has work ethic. And still knows that helping the customer is part of their jobs.

This location is filled with workers who hate you. Most of them have condescending attitudes towards shoppers trying to ask for help. After two times of being dismissed and snapped at by two employees, we finally found a pleasant employee that willingly answered our questions and pointed us in the right direction.It’s very obvious that Walmart is not holding the same morals of customer service that they used to. There is a difference between being assertive and firm; vs being rude and disrespectful to your customers.
