I had to complete a shop and deliver order for door dash .. an a gentlemen in the store was so helpful.. walked me though to get all the items lifting the heavy stuff for me ... thanks tractor supply for your great customer service

The staff is actually fantastic I lost my money and asked them to review the tapes and they went above and beyond to help me find it the management is fantastic and we ended up finding the money, they have the best pet products in Vidalia my cat and dog have sensitive stomachs and their products are the only ones that doesn't make them throw up, they always ask if I need help when I go in even if it's just carrying the item for me

Very unprofessional! Allows employees to disrespect you to the point that put theirs hands in your face!!!! Nothing done to said employee. Happen for a second time & the managers are trying to laugh it off!!! All of which is on camera!!! But nothing done to miss Kimberly Jones Howard! Robert Sullivan, the store manager def needs to get a handle on employees. The key holders & assistant manager as well. Highly recommend not shopping there!!! Def will be doing business elsewhere from now on out.

Safer to order online and pickup that way you get the correct price. Last two times I've been charged more than tag and no discount when on sale with signs. Best option is to go to another tsc.

Ask for help on finding needles and penicillin for cattle. They did not point they walked me to it. Very professional in my opinion. I hate it when someone says over that way but they took the extra step.

Tractor Supply store was great as usual. Found everything I needed and at a excellent price. Cashier was very helpful and friendly, also social distancing was posted as I entered store really liked seeing that. Cashier was also wearing her mask as was I. Would recommend this location to friends and anyone else who has farming needs.

Can't ever seem to get hold of a store employee when you need help.They do not believe in customer service.That's why I wish we could have a Rural King here in Georgia. You get customer service no matter what. There's people everywhere trying to help you there.They are very informed about the products that they carry there. Along with being very reasonable in their prices.

Always able to find what I'm looking for in a clean store. They have a great selection of quality men's and women's clothing and boots both work and play. They have real pet supplies not cookie cutter selections. My only fault is with me not them I never have enough money to get everything I like.

Went in yesterday to buy some chicks and ducks. No one offered any help even though several employees walked past me several times each. I asked for some help and waited for 30 minutes for help and the same thing. Employees walked by but didn't offer any help. I also had a talk with the manager last week and he was rude. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with this store. Usually the employees are friendly and helpful, Not this time. They was only 4 or 5 customers in the store at the time. I will try again this weekend and see what happens....smh

Called ahead of time to make sure exact product seeking was available including size and quantity needed. Spent ten minutes on the phone. It was confirmed product was in house and I drove 40 minutes one way of course when I arrived not only was the product not available but they didn’t have the size either. Then person I spoke to over the phone tried to say he told me that it wasn’t available. Basically called a liar. I wouldn’t drive 40 minutes with the whole family if I were told anything other than, yes,, it was in stock

I go to every tractor supply that I pass . This one has a older female manager that has a terrible attitude always. The last trip that I made there she was not working and the men's bathroom had stopped up so feces and tissue we're in and all over the tolet and believe it or not the urinal also. It didn't even have paper towels. All of the other workers there are very nice.

I called the previous day to see if propane tanks could be filled and was told a certified person would be there the next day. After driving 20 minutes to get there during lunch, I was told the fire marshal hadn’t even certified the facility yet. It would have been nice to have been told this information when I called! Thumbs down for me!

I used to go get propane. Seens now there is always something wrong. I tried 3 different times. The first time there were girls working.. she said out of propane. The second time I was told it is raining and is dangerous to fill in the rain. So I went to a competitor. The third time, I was told we are out for tonight. It is 6:27 p.m. if they truly are ok but I think they just do not want to do it.. i hope that is the case. I usually like shopping there but if they cannot help me with the propato shop when I get proplane even though they are a little higher!have bad luck.

Told my husband to leave after asking for help finding a specific tire tube. The rude lazy female associate kept telling him WHERE the tubes were but would NOT assist him with reading the numbers. ( couldn't see well enough) He said ago you going to help me or what? Again she points to him where they are. The "boy " there couldn't/wouldn't help him either. Husband got frustrated yup day the least.....was told to leave. We won't go back. No worries!This is the EXACT reason so many people order on line. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE

I purchased a riding lawn mower and a "4 wheeled" weeder earlier this summer. Both are Cub Cadets and I'm very satisfied with the purchases. Can't say enough about the courteous service I've received over the years from Management and all Associates. Although my home town has recently opened up a Tractor Supply store, I still go to this store in Vidalia! You've been my store for many,many years, I can't imagine going anywhere else!! Thanks Vidalia Tractor Supply!!

Only supplier in the area for a specific brand of dog food. Been into the Establishment multiple times and I have never received good customer service. Additional customer service training should be scheduled for employees ASAP.
