lord have mercy this place is trash!! i placed a mobile order and checked in to the stall like the app tells you to do. after sitting there for 20 minutes i push the button to confirm they have the order. the first thing the woman said was “drive thru only” so i went to the drive thru and waited and waited. nobody came to the window. i didn’t even see anybody in the building. i left without food and called corporate and they offered me a free drink lol. 😂 every single time i go there they are so so slow. i understand they’re probably short staffed but this is ridiculous. i am so mad.

Ordered on the app. Restaurant went ahead and cleared out my ticket and we waited on the food for another 20 minutes. Our food was cold and the cheese kn the burger was not even melted. Ordered a burger with bacon and there was no bacon on it.I emailed about it and asked for my money back. They offered a free drink. I spent 42.00 on this trash. Disgusted with Sonic.

Placed an online order and when we went to receive it we noticed something missing. Had not left the stall nor took a minute to check. Pressed the button to ask about it an was told the stall is closed and to use the drive thru. Which was wrapped around the building and by using the app we were trying to avoid that. And if anyone has ever been there this time of night knows that can take 30-45 minutes. Decided to just leave and see about a refund thru 1 800 number. I'm not one of those crazy people that would demand someone be fired over a hotdog but I will say that was poor service. Food was good tho.

May have been a one time thing, so don't base your decision on my review alone. Tried to place order at the car park. They requested we come through drive through. They were out of straws and left off an order of tattortots, but they smiled and gave it to us when mentioned. We were traveling so drove down the road to find a place to eat our order.

My son works a few blocks from this Sonic and has been walking to it on his break for several months to get drinks from the walk up window. The last two times he has done this he was completely ignored by the staff for 30 minutes the first time and 20 minutes the second. The first time he didn't get to order. The second time he called in an order and just walked down to pick it up after paying for it already. The drinks were on the counter inside and he was again ignored so he left empty handed. He said he won't be going back after giving a second chance. I don't blame him but I am writing this review in hopes that management will see it and look into this matter and fix it.

Ordered my food waited for 35 min then pressed the button they gave my food to drive through then waited another 15 min for my order to be incomplete waited another 15 min for my red slushy and small popcorn chicken they were not apologetic for their service or cold food manager didn't come to deliver food like they said they would terrible service

My friend and I sat at the stall for 20 minutes after ordering on the mobile app. We then clicked the red button and no one answered for 5 minutes so we went through the drive through and they told us to pull to the window rudely. We got up to the winder for our drinks and when we told her we had a mobile order she made a rude looking face and slammed the door. She then opened it again and asked what we had and we told her and she said “you left the stall??!” And then rolled her eyes and slammed the door again. As I was watching her make the drinks, she dipped her spoon into my milkshake tasted it, and then laughed with her coworker and handed us our drinks. I asked if she ate my milkshake and he denied it and slammed the door again.

Always a wonderful breakfast and their food is processed well. Their drinks have fallen short. Over half of the time the drinks taste weird.Due to shortage of staff, this location does not use their drive-up stalls. There are no signs at this location to alert customers of this.Service is hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone EXCELLENT who is ready to serve. Other times you may get someone who clearly doesn’t want you there.It is imperative for guests to be patient during times of staffing crisis. Though it is discouraging to feel as though you as a consumer are not wanted.Parking: Drive through only. This location does not use their stalls.

Not sure who was working this morning but her employment there needs to be reevaluated. She was extremely rude who I pulled up to place my order. All she said was “welcome to sonic” and then after exactly 6 seconds says “are you going to order?”Then I get to the window she rolled her eyes when she told me my total and then proceeded to literally throw my food and drink out the window before absolutely slamming the window shut.She was rude. She doesn’t deserve whatever you’re paying her to work there.

I waited 30 minutes in line and with no one behind me pulled up to the menu board. The cashier asked if I was ready to order. I told her let me look over the menu. After about 30 seconds she asked again. I again told her I was looking at the menu. She did this 4 more times in the span of 2 minutes. The last time she asked with an attitude. I ended up leaving without ordering. If someone tells you they need time to figure out what they want, they will let you know when they are ready to order. I have never had a problem with this before. I will no longer visit this establishment for this reason.

I don't mind the wait at times. It's the spending $21 on blasts in Vidalia sonic and over half the cup is just vanilla ice cream. If we wanted just vanilla I'd go to grocery store. I like supporting our local people who work but why bother wasting money to not get what we want. I know y'all can do better because there has been a couple times where the cup was full of goodies.

Well this morning I thought I would try this breakfast. I ordered a croissant with egg and ham, tater tots and a small cherry coke. The croissant was hard on the bottom. They claimed it was warm but none of it was warm. I didn’t order cheese but I got it. It was easy to take off because the sandwich was too cold to melt it. The tater tots were cold as well. The croissant was very small as well as the the small piece of ham and egg. The cherry coke was good. Needless to say I will not be having a $8.28 breakfast there again. Good luck if you try it, with any luck yours will be better.

My kids are obsessed with the food here so we order it often since moving to the south. They have good food and prices. The problem is that the order is almost never correct. Items are consistently missing. Drinks are frequently wrong. Service in general is poor.

My daughter treated her brother and myself to treats this evening. We had to wait over 30 mins for them to clean the machine then when we did get our blast we couldn't tell which was which because there wasn't any goodies just plan vanilla ice-cream. This is starting to be more common, we go to sonic because we use to get a lot of goodies and it was worth the price. We're starting to reconsider our decision and just go to Dairy Quern where we know we're getting our pennies worth.

I'm extremely disappointed. I came to this place through the drive thru and I was the only one in line cool. Placed my order and paided for my meal. Chicken sandwich and a dbl sonic burger with bacon. I get home and the burger was just bread and burger nothing else 🤬 no lettuce no pickle no mayo no nothing. Management and employees need to do better. I will not be back at this establishment.

Stopped for Blast, ice, Route 44 drink. Long line in drive thru. Okay to be expected. Employee who finally answered intercom was rude, rushing, and short. Tried adding item at intercom but could never get answer. So 20 minutes later get to window and explain I tried adding item. Rudly young lady states "We don't take add on at window." I tried explaining noone would answer me at intercom and her response was "I didn't take your order." But was wearing the headpiece. Ice half melted, Blast 3/4 cup, food cold. Not quality that Sonic usually as and definitely not the customer service. We to the side and pushed button to order add on and waited 20 minutes. So I got a bag of water.

Ordered a kids cheeseburger meal, to get home and there’s no patty on the burger. It’s bread, lettuce, and tomato. No meat. When we called to fix this they said we had to come all the way back out and provide proof of burger with no patty…..fine. Now the other food will get cold while my husband drives all the way back out there to get it fixed. No offer to discount or refund. No apology. Nothing. Don’t waste your time here it’s run by idiots. Oh and the tator tots were ice cold. And stale.
