My biggest issue with this store is the fact that they always close early! I took a cab all the way here because they're supposed to be open til 9pm, yet here I am at 7:55pm and they're already closed!!! What is the point of having hours if you're not gonna abide by them??? I can promise you this....they lost a customer tonight! I'll be spending my money at Walmart from now on, at least their hours are dependable.

I needed all the ingredients for a banana pudding. I found everything I needed and many more items at a great price. Save-a-Lot is the grocery store to run in and out quickly with exceptional customer service.

The Vidalia store is clean and well stocked. Prices are good and I appreciate that they carry local Claxton Chickens.

I walked down the first aisle looking right then i turned to look left🤩🤸‍♀️😲~ La Unica Crackers!!!!!!! SAL had several Latin food products ~ snacks, spices, Mexican Cola, etc. And La Unica Crackers!! No more having to search countless places for good stuffz.

Will not shop here again, the manger is rude. Item had a price on it, and he wouldn't give it to me at that price, I've had other family that he done the same way. Save a lot was better when it was in Lyons. Will shop at another store even Walmart.

I shop here often, and even though the store lives up to its name, I really wish that there fruits, vegetables, and meats were a lot more fresh. I wanted to buy some strawberries 🍓 for my kids and I couldn't because every single pack I picked up to look at had, more than three molding berries in the pack. Sometimes the vegetables are just soft and not crisp like they should be. I hope this improves.

I have always felt good and comfortable going there. The store is owned by I think Arabic and they make everyone feel comfortable. I've recently became handicap due to a surgery, but they always have a handicap car for me. They are always a good place to shop, some prices are higher. But it's a nice place to shop.

It was my familys first time shopping here. Overall was a good experience. Wasn't too crowded, we got a deal on their frozen foods!! Just wish there was more of a variety of canned/boxed goods. Will definitely return!

I bought some of the JJ's pies from here and they were hard as a rock. Some of the steaks had started to brown as well. There are definitely other places to go shopping this is not one of them.

Very clean and the shelves are always stocked. They keep it pretty cool so if you're cold natured you might want to wear a light jacket. Love shopping here. The prices are great.

Save-A-Lot offers a great bargain for most items. They offer great deals in the can good section. It's super fantastic! ... However; the indoor apperarnces of some people are often obscured.

I am satisfied with your frozen food prices. I think the canned and boxed foods are around the same price as the other stores. The dairy prices are good, but the milk price should be lower than your competition. I will be shopping at Save a lot again. Sincerely, Joyce Youmans

The owner is a friendly guy. The cashier this morning didn't even speak when we spoke to her though. With all of that aside the prices are decent and the 5 for $20 deals are nice.

Last time I went in I bought Alot of sandwich meat ( homemade sub-sandwich night) i also bought some fresh cresant rolls.. I got home to find that the meat was slimy and smelly, and the rolls had mold on the bottom: (

Molded food!!!!! It stinks in there! I bought breakfast for my family and when we opened the stuff there was mold on the sausages, the milk is spoiled, and the grits has clunks of God knows what in it🤦🏾‍♀️🤢 Now I know why there was a sale on everything‼️ Becaause everything was molded and had gone bad🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️I will never shop here again‼️

Usually I am a huge fan of SaveAlots. I run a daycare of about 85 children, so it's nice to buy by the cases instead of individually. However, I was VERY disappointed with the service I received today. I usually shop at the one in Hinesville (which is always awesome!) But because I live in Reidsville, every now and then I go to the SaveAlot in Vidalia. I spend about $500-$600 a month at a SaveAlot, usually go 2x a month. I will not be going back to the one in Vidalia for a very long time. Usually I tell them how many I have of each product i have (which they can clearly see if they look), but this time they me made take out EVERY single HEAVY case and put in on the conveyer belt. So I ended up loading all the 36 bottles of 64 oz Apple juice and over 100 cans of fruit 4 times! And they were not any help.
