The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a handicap accessible room. It was perfect. The shower was totally open, nothing to hv to climb over to get in. The toilet was a tall one, easy on the knees.The reason i didn't give 5 stars is bcs the walls are so thin I could hear everything in the room next to me. Kinda a bummer. Otherwise I'd say it was a decent stay.

Easy access along my route, clean, well-lit parking, room darkening blinds, off road far enough to be quiet, courteous staff—just what I needed.Safety: As stated above, the parking was close to my room and well lit, no shady characters loitering. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

Drunken and/or drugged guests on front veranda and parking lot were very loud and carried on until the wee hours of morning. I was not only unable to sleep but felt threaten and worried about safety of both my car and myself. Although this was going on near the main office, management did nothing to either stop the disturbance or call the police. I would NEVER stay at this motel again.

The bed and pillows were amazing! I called front desk for a couple extra pillows and I had them within 10 minutes. The shower was also amazing! These are my main points of interest for a hotel stay!Also, was surprised they offered smoking rooms! I don't smoke but my boyfriend does so he was super happy about this.

We enjoyed the absolutely fantastic stay with the Quality Vidalia! The standout feature of the experience was undoubtedly the wonderful staff, especially Stephanie with Cindy, who went above and beyond to make the stay ideal.The delicious breakfast spread offered with the dining area should be the delightful start to every tour with the beautiful Vidalia. I couldn't get enough of the Bigelow's organic green tea we enjoy here, I may have eaten to many waffles—the breakfast added the refreshing touch with the comfort we all should enjoy. The rooms were equipped with the clean cold fridge, the convenient coffee makers, the clean quality microwaves, with the efficient climate control making the stay incredibly convenient with us.The impressive attention of the detail of the room amenities left nothing wanting. The ironing board with the hair dryer came in handy, but the great hot shower of the ultra-clean bathroom helped me feel rejuvenated after the long day of exploring. The arrangement of the room was thoughtfully designed with the comfort the priority, with the well-placed desk with the ergonomic chair making it easy to catch up with the work of the plan with the itinerary.The presence of the USB charging ports of the bedside tables with the additional charging ports under the flat-screen TV certainly are the thoughtful touch making the charging of the devices the breeze. The super comfortable KING SIZED BED, the dream to sleep on, ensuring the waking up refreshed, we're ready to take on the day.Overall, the stay at with the Quality Inn Vidalia exceeded all we had heard. The combination with the attentive staff, the delectable breakfast options, the well-equipped rooms with the impeccable cleanliness made the experience unforgettable. We can not wait to return to relive the comfort with the hospitality the Quality Inn with Vidalia has to offer.

Let me start out by saying the staff is very friendly and accommodating. This is an owner problem, not a staff problem. The rooms are infested with roaches. We had to kill more than a few. The rooms look fantastic but they need to cleanup the roach problem. We had to sleep with the lights on so the roaches wouldn’t come out. We were very uncomfortable. The staff tried to make it right, but there wasn’t much for them to do.

Thought everything was good here, friendly staff, room seemed clean, quiet place, reasonable prices. Then I woke up in the early morning hours to use the bathroom and to my disgust-ROACHES! Roaches in my clothes, roaches on the counters, roaches on the floor. I freaked out. We spent the early morning shaking all of our stuff out and packing up. We left in the dark with little sleep for hours of driving. The management did nothing.

A very nice hotel indeed! The rooms are clean, modern, comfortable, there are mini fridges in the rooms, microwaves, floor length mirrors, desks set up with rolling desk chairs, the rooms are well lit, very up-to-date, and well situated and plenty of space in each one. The upper level has suites that include a foyer, bedroom, and bathroom complete with Jacuzzi tubs and walk in shower and toilet. There's a pool (although it is not in order at the time of this reviewing), a gym area, a meeting area /Business center, parking lot is spacious and clean. The only reason it doesn't get five out of five stars from me, is that the pool is currently non-functioning. The only thing else that is left to be desired would be room service. There's a continental breakfast also. All together I give it four out of five stars!

Staff was friendly but room was dirty. Didn't notice until I was cleaning for our depature...dead roaches behind the night stand and bed with "sevens dust" sprinkled. We had our dog. That was not OK. It is a very noisy location with a car was right in front with very loud dryers. We had our do not disturb sign up and had 3 knocks from house keeping wondering if we were gone yet. The 1st one was at 8amWe will not be returning

Our room was supposed to be non smoking but definitely smelled like cigarettes. 🤢 Beds were well used with divots, but not terribly uncomfortable. I'd definitely stay somewhere else next time.

If I could give a 0 I would. I got there and it wasn't no where what it looked like on the website. We were going to give it a shot because I've already paid for the room, however we got into the room and there were bugs in the bathroom floor and in the bed room floor. It smelt like weed and there were a lot of cussing and yelling going on. Me and my young daughter didn't feel safe. We went to the front lobby, and told them we decided not to stay and all that she said was your good to go. No (is there a problem, what can I do nothing) I was speechless. I called today to speak to a manager to see if I could get my money back well that was a waste. It's my fault I didn't tell them what was going (not that fact that the front lobby person didn't try to asking or make anything better) and it was through a third party. I said okay well you have lost my business. So I hope this helps either better the cleaning service or the customer service side of this hotel.

I will start off on a good note. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was good they have lots to choose from. The pool was clean and clear no hot tub if your looking. The gym was okay they have a few weights, a treadmil, & an Elliptical. Now we didn't feel too safe. Was a sketchy area as far as random people just hanging around your cars. you can hear the people in the rooms next to you. The car wash infront of the hotel plays very loud music to where you can't hear the tv in your room. We didn't get much sleep for the thin walls hearing people in the rooms next to us. I wouldnt stay here agian.

Ok well the girl behind the desk was polite and nice. My only complaint was that the room actually smelled like mildew a strong odor. And for 120 bucks I could have went to the Marriott down the street. I mean it was okay besides the smell coming from the ac unit... but not for 120. They definitely should lower the price. ALOT.
