Best Lowes around this neck of the woods. All the entrances/exits are open, it's well stocked and has the kindest, most helpful employees. Im 60 and I was about to load five (not so light) bags of soil when an employee took over and loaded them for me! That's never happened in my Lowe's (Hinesville) before! Great store!

LOWES UNCOMMONLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!I’m writing this review to express my grievances with the poor customer service I experienced with Lowes and the delivery team. I purchased a refrigerator from Lowes as a gift for my parents to be delivered for their Christmas present. We were notified that the delivery was going to occur on December20, 2024 between the hours of 8:00am and noon. We received no notice that the delivery team would be running late. My parents were planning on leaving for the holiday shortly after the delivery and set up were completed. However, the drivers did not show up until 6:30pm that evening, which caused my parents to reschedule their holiday travel. Upon their arrival, the delivery team was very rude, lacked professionalism, and did not acknowledge or apologize for their very late arrival.Moreover, my parents received no advanced notice of what preparations had to be done prior to the delivery. Nevertheless, the delivery men demanded that my parents disconnect the water lines and remove all of the food from the refrigerator beingreplaced before they would replace and install the new one. Given that my parents are seniors, I intended for the delivery to be as pleasant, convenient and nonintrusive aspossible. I paid for and expected a professional, timely, and smooth delivery, not the boorish treatment my parents received. And to top it all off, when my parents had complied with their preparation demands, my parents discovered that the delivery men had departed unannounced, while leaving the new refrigerator outside in the carport! When another delivery team finally returned three days later and while removing the oldrefrigerator, the new team damaged the old refrigerator by completely tearing off its door. We considered the old refrigerator still to be of value and planned to repurpose itelsewhere in the home; Accordingly, we asked that Lowe’s compensate my parents for the damage. The company’s offer to reimburse my parents was so insultingly low thatthey refused it! Lastly, as the delivery team was installing the new refrigerator, they failed to attach the handle to the freezer component, rendering the freezer unusable until a door handlewas located. In order to resolve that problem, my mother had to make a 60-mile round trip to the closest Lowes store and my father had to attach the door handle himself. I am a loyal Lowe’s shopper and my business heavily utilizes Lowe’s stores as well. Ireached out to Lowe’s HQ, and to the local store where the order was placed. The lack of a meaningful response to this matter by Lowes is noteworthy. My husband and I went to Lowe’s10-30-23 at 1:30pm with a plan to purchase a washer and dryer. Once we found the pair we wanted, we waited patiently for the lady in that department as she helped a customer. After the customer left, we no longer saw the department representative. My husband went to another department to see if someone would be able to assist us. They informed him they would send someone over. After waiting for an additional ten minutes, we decided to ask the WONDERFUL Jessica in the kitchen cabinet department. Although the washer and dryer section was not her department, she gladly offered her help. She placed our order and she made sure we left 100% satisfied. HUGE kudos to Jessica who went above and beyond in customer service!

Bought a Frigidare dishwasher, 12/29/2023, it ran about a month. Frigidare sent a warranty person out, they have been back 3 times and still haven't fixed it once. Do not buy appliances from lowes, they do not accept responsibility for selling faulty equipment and won't help.

I bought a dishwasher and paid for the install. The installer saw the dishwasher at my house and wanted to charge me double. I talked to Lowes and they gave me my install money back and said I was on my own. I'm never buying anything else from them.

DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR A TAKE HOME RIGHT THEN APPLIANCE THEY KEEP NOTHING IN STOCK FOR SOMEONE THAT NEEDS IT, WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE A WEEK BEFORE I GET WHO CAN WAIT THAT LONG FOR SOMETHING THEY NEED DO BETTER LOWES. AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN APPLIANCES IS AWFUL ACT LIKE DONT WANNA HELP GOES MISSING WHEN YOU HAVE A QUESTION AND THEN TELLS ME THE ONE I WANT HAS TO BE ORDERED SO I ASKED NONE OF THESE ARE IN STOCK LADY SAID NO I HAVE THESE 3 AND I SAID SO YOU THEY DONT STOCK ANY OF THEM SHE SAID GOT THESE 3 SO WE HAVE SOMETHING, I WAS LIKE WOW LOWES CANT HELP NONE IN NEED OF SAMEDAY APPLIANCE. BUT LADY TELL ME ANOTHER STORE POSSIBLY HAD ONE. THIS REVIEW IS MAINLY FOR LOWES ITSELF.

Showed up at 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning with a long list of items which included some specialty fasteners. While on the aisle making my selections I was approached by staff to inform me that I must clear the aisle for a lift. I figure ok shouldn't take long. They set out to clear the entire top of the rack and pile everything in the floor. I asked how long this might take and the sales associate just grins and shrugged his shoulders. I asked to speak to a manager. None showed up. So I took my $800 list to another store..

I will probably never walk into or order from lowes again. I ordered a washer and dryer online because they said they would deliver it on the 16th. Since then it was rescheduled 3 times. I went to the store a week ago and was told everything was fine and it should be delivered on time, the lady even said she got it all together herself. Here we are 15 days after ordering back at the store because it was scheduled for a 3rd delivery today and was rescheduled!! So since the store had the item stocked to par the warehouse could not deliver my items to the store and the store could not deliver mine because they could not receive them because they had too many in stock. We had to cancel the online order and do another order through the store. However, the online order had a hold on my account for the $1400+ so my choices were pull another $1400 out of my ssa or wait until the bank released the hold again.

I needed help in the plumbing department, no sales associate was in that area. I went to another department and ask if they could ask for me some help. They git on their mic and said customer needs assistance in plumbing. I walked vack to plumbing and waited 40 minutes and still no one came. I went back to the other department and once again that associate announced that customer needed assistance in plumbing. I returned to plumbing aisle and waited another 30 minutes, still no one came to help. That is not a good customer service when you can not get anyone to assist you.

Customer service is terrible! Flooring the boy said i needed way to many boxes i said you sure? He said you think you need more? Here and put more in my cart. Went back for padding because when i bought the flooring the boy said i didnt need it. James came when i couldnt find the padding and found it i asked how much was it a roll and he did not know i had to scan it then i asked did it already have tape on it he looked and said no you have to buy it extra then i pointed and said isnt this tape? And he says yeah.... They need training!!!! And manners!!!!

Went to pick up a Kobalt table saw. Called ahead and spoke w assistant manager Jimmy. So professional and nice!!! Took maybe 5 minutes from walking in the door to complete transaction!! Thanks to the associates for being so helpful too!

Amy the head cashier was very helpful and Todd in lumber was outstanding. Mike the store manager was very helpful didn't realize I was talking to the store manager until all my problems had been alleviated, and that's when I realized who I was speaking too. This store 709 people are very professional. Larry in flooring is outstanding.

I always find great deals at this location. I found an item on clearance that was a special order item that had been marked clearance(a great deal) , but when I got to the check out the cashier said it was not supposed to be marked down because it was a special order item. The manager, Chuck, was very helpful and agreed that the item was clearly labeled clearance and they would honor that price.

The worst customer service. Made an online order with home delivery and waited two days. Ended up canceling order once it got dark on second day. I made an online purchase with store pickup. Received email it was ready shortly afterward. Went to pick up to then wait an hour and half to load it myself in the end due to the cashier could not get anyone to help. I have a wrist injury with a brace and only needed help...three of us customers ended up helping each other WHILE THE EMPLOYEES watched. We like using this Lowe's... mostly! They have nice products, but their prices are too high compared to their competitors, so we usually make the drive to the Dublin home depot when we have home projects.This Lowe's can also be a nightmare if you need a home service from an employee. We needed to re-key our locks about 8 months ago when we moved here and an associate told me that they would do it for free, even if we wanted to use the door knobs that were already at the house we just bought. So, I brought back five sets of door knobs and was told that they wouldn't rekey anything that I hadn't bought from them, as was their policy because I could potentially be trying to lock out my landlord... Uhm... Okay? I get it, but at the same time I was told a different thing by someone else the day before... We also looked into carpet towards the beginning of this year. Home depot will install carpet for free if you buy the carpet, but there is not a local Home Depot so we tried this Lowe's. The Lowe's associate told us that they do have an install charge, but they only charge pennies per square foot... So, we paid for someone to come and measure (which they require, to make sure they get the right measurements). Afterwards, Lowe's estimated a few thousand for the install before we had even chosen a carpet... We found someone else real quick, because we don't like dealing with retailers that can't get their stories straight.

I love this Lowe's! Everyone that works there is extremely friendly and helpful. We are in there so often that some of the associates know us by name, and remembering customers names will always make the customer feel like they came to the right place.

I went to Lowes for garden dirt. I was asked if I needed help? Yes, I replied; I wanted to get 4 bags of dirt and 2 of compost. The ladies loaded it on my cart, plus helped me out to my vehicle and loaded it for me. I was grateful they helped me.

Bad experience twice in a row now. Will not take another chance on three. IMPOSSIBLE to get knowledgeable help. Certainly WILL NOT find anyone eager to help. Sign of POOR management for sure. To many other places to patronize to have to deal within inconsideration and incompetence!!!!!! It's obvious some of these reviews are shadowed and BOGUS cause their customer service is HORRIBLE.

Last week I picked up paint supplies, no registers running, with 2 young ladies and 1 young man in the self checkout aisle laughing and joking, while customers looked at them and paid. As a veteran I started checkout, had to stop and get 1 ladie's attention to use her associate card so I could finish my purchase, then she went back talking, with no have a good day or thanks for your service. Wal-Mart is doing better than this now.

Hard to believe a large chain store has gone down hill with service, but they have . I ordered 10 items from this store starting a month ago. The fridge was supposed to be installed ,but was left in the garage with wrapping still on it. Call install area at this Lowe's to get someone on the phone and nothing .. No one picked up for followed up even thou I left a message for the guys you delivered the fridge. Then after 3 weeks later I paid through Lowes for a service to install 3 toilets . I order everything required per Lowes website . The installer came with the 3 toliets stated that a part was missing and would cost me another $400 on top of the $325 install fee to put the toliet into my 80 year old parents house. The installer had to call Lowes to get them to take the payment for the extra cost . No one at the local Lowes was able to find the invoice or take payment . I spent 8 hours on the phone . I spoke to on call Lowe's install line and directly to a manager that this Lowes. Again nothing was done . I have no toliets , a charge of $325 and the $1000 charge for the toliet , which the install took with him . This is awful and now I have to wait at least 6 more times on other items I purchased to be installed within the next 2 months including $4000 granite tops. This is the worst service I have ever had at Lowes. If you want an install of anything DON"T go through them , go hire someone outside of Lowes. This way you can control the item you paid for and cost. I am still waiting for my money and item I paid for on my new LOWE's card.
