If I could give them 0 stars I would !!! The lady was so rude with the big crunchy wig , when the orders was ready the kiosk took our name but instead she said here yall go . This is the worst experience, then trying to find a place to sit all tables was dirty !! Not to mention when I was walking back up the employees was taking about me because I wanted fresh fries !!!! Just disgusting and ghetto I hope they have a health inspection soon !! And they just sit over there on their phones , somebody came in looking for a door dash order didn’t get serviced at all

I went by to get my favorite comfort food, a chicken pot pie, and I was not disappointed. I was given the senior citizen discount, the staff person was quick and delightful, and my dinner was piping hot and perfect in every way. Sometimes, at some restaurants, there isn't enough chicken in them, but this pie was loaded with chicken, and I enjoyed every bite! My dog enjoyed licking the pan, too, so everybody was happy. I call that "a happy meal"! Dinner in under 5 minutes and under $10. Can't beat that!

we ordered bucket of chicken, additional strips, mashed potatoes, large green beans, macaroni, cole slaw for a total of $55. when we got home there were no strips, macaroni, green beanswe had asked if the whole order was there and were assured it was. what we were given would only have cost 19.99. even the chicken was wrong as it was regular, not extra crispy

If I could give a negative 5 I would.Waited 20 mins in parking bay for food. Specifically told them no pickles as I have am allergy. Got home and the burger was covered in pickles.Such a simple request is difficult to understand. If I would have bit into it then it would have been a disaster.Never again

Order my food at the drive thru ,went to the window to get my food, got home and looked in the box what do you know, there's no biscuit in the box, don't you know that ruined the whole meal ,do they even check the order, I don't think it's that hard to do,and I live 20 minutes away,bad business all I can say

All employees seemed stoned. I had to eat chicken that had broken bones and take bone slivers out of my mouth when I attempted to enjoy the dried out but somehow undercooked ¿KFC? chicken at home. The mashed potatoes were like cheap fake stuff. The gravy for it seemed like flavored water. The "cheese" on the macaroni tasted like an oil product. The employees didn't acknowledge me for 5 minutes. Then, a "lady" in an improperly worn covid mask (only one that I interacted with or mask wearer saw there) in the "restaurant" that I could barely understand because of her lack of annunciation and slurring "took" my order. She seemed to barely understand my order and was apparently stoned, overworked, or undertrained. This is my 8th visit to this location after I moved back here 3 years ago. 3 of those times I left before I was even greeted by any employee. It wasn't a full 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged me today. However, I heard the ¿employees? discussing plans for last night as I waited to be acknowledged as my Mom with leukemia in the car, disabled Aunt, and ophaned nephew at home waited for quality food. My Aunt worked at several real KFC stores before she became disabled and she has been disappointed with the service and quality from this location since she moved back also. Even the bathroom was double disappointing. YUM brands, PLEASE do something, even eliminate it as an option, even though this KFC is our only option locally. A KFC should never have a health rating of 90. All the people that I know around here have stopped going to this location.

I work close by so it makes sense to eat there right? Wrong, the food is always less than fresh, the people working in the kitchen seem to hate their jobs and how can you stand at the front counter cash register and take orders while cockroaches are crawling across the same counter you are serving food across? I thought it was my mind playing tricks on me so I went back a second time and nope they where running around all over that place! The health department needs to step in on this place before someone dies from eating their food.

Employees were in a great mood, considering how worn out they were. Great attitudes and work ethic all around, but they didn’t have the help they needed. Spent 50 minutes in store and 15 minutes on the way waiting for a 12 piece bucket.Once we got it, it was great. Think they forgot our gallon of tea, but I wasn’t even mad. At that point, I was glad to get some food.I hope those guys get some help.

Vidalia Ga KFCAwful serviceSpent $25.48Ordered 2 -$5.00 meals advertised of 1thigh and 1 leg. Ordered #5 which was 5 wing meal. I paid and while waiting I looked at receipt because I thought it was high. They had charged 6.00 instead of 5.00 for meals. Also rang up a 11.49 Chicken tender meal instead of wing meal. I asked them to correct the order and ticket. I was told they couldn’t do it but would give me some extra sides or extra wings. I had no choice but to choose an option. Choice extra wings. When got home, gave extra wings but not side for the wing meal. My Mt Dew had no soda only the carbonation taste/gas they use in the drink.All the employees could be heard fussing about how busy they had been and they only had 3 hours and so many minutes before they could shut the doors.

Ok,so we visited this awesome store on Sunday 04/16/23 around 7...ish. Our order?The Number 8? Delicious and affordable! As always! But that's not why I'm writing this review. Nope! Not this time! This review is solely centered and focused on that dear,sweet front end salesperson Miss Jabralah( I hope I spelled your name right sweetheart) You are sincerely and genuinely warm,pleasant, helpful, patient and very, very sweet. You set the tone and atmosphere and made our dining experience most memorable and enjoyable! Please give credit to where credit is due( as far as raises go specifically) to this young lady, she's apparently one of your top,stellar performers! Thank you "Jabralah" for all you do and have done for us today, your service will not go unnoticed. Blessings.

This was horrible. We pay over $45.00, and the food sucked. The biscuits were hard as a rock, they didn't give us any brown gravy, the chicken tasted old, and out was a waste of money. When I tried to call them to let them know how I felt I have called 10+ times and they won't pick up the phone.

After reading some of the poor reviews I’m thinking this place must be under new management because I came on here to brag over how great these ladies are! I just started coming through here a few months ago because I’m out here for clinicals for school. They are SO pleasant, my food is always fresh and hot, and the order is always correct.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 3 PC meal with potato wedges and a biscuit. I pulled up to the window. I had my dog with me and of course she has her head out the window begging for a treat. They told me to pull forward to wait for my order. But the lady saw my dog and offered a couple of pieces of popcorn chicken which me and my dog thought was really cool. After a 1 or 2 minute wait they brought my food. The chicken was fresh and hot. The potato wedges were freshly cooked and the biscuit tasted like it just came out of the oven. This was a perfect visit. Great service. Great food.

The young man working the register, Carlos Brown, was very polite and on point considering that I heard people that I assume to be managers talking to him like a dog. He handled the pressure well.Food is always good at KFC. This location is pretty decent, they just need management that knows how to lead.
