Update: response from owner: just came back today to give it another shot, ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. I watched them microwave my sandwich TWICE along with the fries. The chicken was burnt and dry so I sent it back. The lady cook was BIG MAD and said some nasty things about me up at the counter. It’s not a big restaurant and voices are carried far. She in a display of anger used her hands to bend the chicken in half and say it was fine and wanted it served back to me. Attitude much? They REMICROWAVED the fries again, but the manager on today had them remake the fries so it wouldn’t be reheated 4-5 times. They rely on that microwave, and for a place that should be serving fresh made food, and as a person who doesn’t own a microwave because I do not like them, it’s annoying to have my food prepared in a microwave when it should be properly fried. French fries and fried chicken shouldn’t be microwaved. Oh also, when the new sandwich came out, the cook had decided to be petty and spiteful by serving me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of the regular one I ordered. It was fine though, I enjoy spicy food, it’s just not what I ordered and could tell the malicious intent behind her actions. Glad I didn’t have any food allergies over her actions. She’s a liability if she does cause someone harm by purposely serving something to the wrong person.Everything cooked sits on the counter, gets stuck in the microwave once or twice before it’s served. Grill is not managed that well when you have to microwave “fresh” cooked eggs, pancakes, bacon, grits, and anything else ordered/served. My pancakes were rubbery and I asked to have them redone, cook was mad, still stuck it in the microwave after cooking it, guess to be petty.

The place looked very clean. The work crew was very polite and greeted me soon as I walked through the door the waitress was quick to get my drinks and take my order. The cook did a great job food was made quickly and done right. His plates where clean and food looked great. The waitress did a great job of making sure I had what I need. You can tell the manager Tasha Herrick is doing a incredible job of running the place I highly recommend yal to come eat at the huddle house in vidila ga

Thanksgiving day.... hmmm. Extremely busy, but the service team/cooks were trying their best to keep up, but it was very hectic. ..busy is an understatement. The food was fantastic after a long wait. Servers were a bit overwhelmed, and it was showing. The Manager was MIA as she stayed mostly seated and uninterested in helping team, but rather sitting at a table chit chatting with the exception of a quick breeze thru the line. Her addition would have made a huge difference in service. Overall not too bad.Parking: Nice close proximity parking. Well marked!Wheelchair accessibility: Well marked, ramp next to side walk was well appreciated for me.

Not the place to go if you’re hungry. Last couples of time we have had to wait over a hour to receive our food, no matter how busy or lack of. Waitress rarely came to table. A door dash driver kept refilling our cups. Do Not Recommend bad service.

Food was not cooked all the way and the cook never washed her hands or changed gloves while cooking and handling all the food and the waitress was slow we sat there 5 mins before we got waited on. We will not be back or recommend it to anyone else

Yuck. Where to start?? First walked in, a child (10 yrs or so old) takes our drink order. His bigger brother cleans out table off (maybe 14 yrs old) with a dirty rag. Then the boys and a 3rd sibling was rolling silverware and touching all over them. Not washing their hands. The older child took napkins off the tables and reset other tables with them. Finally get the turkey bacon ranch sandwiches we ordered and the Lettuce was brown, the ranch was so watered down it was pouring out of the sandwiches, no flavor to it. The turkey had been more processed then the American cheese that came on it. The menu clearly stated Swiss. One of the waitresses was over hanging out and entertaining a bunch of kids and babies, another waitress looked like she just got done pulling the transmission on a old farm truck. Needless to say, we will never be back due to this.

If I could leave a zero * review I would the cook didn't change his gloves after cracking open eggs or after handling raw bacon. Not to mention the restaurant was filthy. 0 Stars if I could, horrible restaurant.

Service and food were both excellent. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Me and a couple ladies meet her every Tuesday and we enjoy it and look forward to it!

There is no zero rating, or that's what I would give. We waited over 30 mins for a burnt triple hamburger and burnt sausage patties. Only four patrons in the building. Need a new cook for this shift.
