So, my first experience at Goodwill in Vidalia was awesome! We just moved into a new home and stopped in for a quick look..well it was our lucky day! Found a beautiful mirror. Price tag on back, from Kirklands was originally $199, then marked down to $99...my Price? $9!!!Heck yeah!

Nice store, friendly employee's, clean and organized, everything was easy to find, dressing rooms were large enough to actually turn around in and had body length mirrors....good prices...only thing that made the experience less than great was that it felt like they had the heat on "cremate" in there and I was literally sweating by the time I left! Other than that, it was one of the best Goodwill stores that I've ever been to!

Prices are way to high! I see stuff that you can buy new cheaper. It's a shame that people donate used items to help people and you price it so high. I will no longer donate here any longer. Salvation Army puts y'all to shame and they help a lot more people. And on top of the high prices you make your supports buy bags. Shame on you!

There’s a lady who works here unsure of her name but she is one of the rudest people I have ever seen work at a job like this. I had my kids with me and they were looking at the toys and she’s proceeds to come over the intercom and tell everyone to make sure their children are not running through the store and yelling.. my kids were the only children in the store and they weren’t yelling or running around and to come one the intercom and be completely disrespectful was uncalled for if you can’t work in a place like this you need to find something else so one should feel unwelcome because you have a bad attitude.Would not recommend this store! Go to the one in claxton or statesboro

Terrible experience, they refused to let me try on anything hours before the store closed I was going to buy these shoes they had set in the glass by the register they wouldn’t let me put them in my cart and said they would keep them up at the register for me to buy and sold them to someone else. The employee would not stop glaring at me the whole time i was there and was extremely rude, and charged me for my daughters shirt that she had on when we came in and accused me of stealing, it was embarrassing and quite appalling. I donate so much and never again will I.

The Goodwill in this town is just okay for selection. The locals know the truck comes on Tuesday so they time out their trips to get the new stuff. Staff has always been friendly. Prices are generally too high but... it's a Goodwill. Better selection than the local Red Cross.

I really think this place is over price. Shirts for $4.99 and used. Its really over price. And the jeans for $6 way over price. Only deals you can find if it's Sunday for 50 cent deals. Sometimes you can find some deals. What I'm not understanding this place don't help the need like burn out and homeless people. That really upsetting. Where does this money go. I guess it's none of my business since I don't own it. Salvation army does help I know for sure. And donated clothes. I have seen employees go through the stuff outside and seen them putting in their cars & but I guess that how they roll. First come first serve. This store was really cheap back in the day. Sooner later the jeans be $10 and shirts be $6. Before I pay that. Or the $6 or the $4. I will go to Wal-Mart or rue21 get my stuff brand-new. They nice in the store but I just don't agree on the prices. And how returns are. If something don't work. They should refund your money. Not store credit. It was donated to them. It not like they losing money. Some of the clothes I bought from there. Smell like pee. And when I got home. I try to wash it. But it was so stain. I had to throw them away. But that's my only complaint.

We made our selections and proceeded to the checkout but no-one was there. Other customers got in line behind us and also waited. My husband walked throughout the store and even went in the back of the store but could not find any employees. We finally decided to leave and that was when we found the employees. All four of them were outside going through clothes that had been dropped off at the donation drop off. The store was totally unattended.

I was immediately told when I walked in that I had to wear a mask, even though I have been vaccinated and that their were rules about it. There is also a Constitution that says I have my freedom not to wear one. No where else in Toombs County or the Southeast has such ridiculous guidelines. I work all over Southeast Georgia and no one has mandated mask like Goodwill.

I cannot leave a good review after my experience this week. I bought a stack of CDs and when a got home a few of the were missing from the cases, I tried to take the cases with the missing discs back with the receipt and I was told by the manager Jennifer that I will not be getting a refund or store credit. So basically I got ripped off.

Their prices are getting as high as regular dept. stores. Its suppose to be somewhere to get bargains to help people. Everything is donated to them.

Sometimes they have more sometimes less. I found some extra silverware I was needing and you cant argue the prices. Always enjoy a good find.

Employees are rude. They touch every item in yhe atore but won't bag the items you purchase. I won't be shopping in their goodwill anymore. Manager is very rude as well

The prices are too high. I quit donating cause they mark everything too high. They always want you to round your money up. Anything that is worth anything is too expensive. They need to lower their prices.

Would give 0 if I could don't go if you have a service dog if you have one you know ADA law and they can't ask for ID or registration they will kick you out and be very rude if you don't show those
