My dog Waylon spent 2 1/2 days in the facility picked him up last Friday by Friday afternoon. He was vomiting blood by Saturday. He couldn’t even walk on his own. He was paralyzed from the waist down in a matter of hours, couldn’t even hold his head up or the back of his body and yes, I know it was the weekend but they didn’t even call Monday morning to check on him .They never called to check on him like they have my other pets, that was very concerning . My dog had ate some hay and they kept him to treat him to get him to digest or throw up well. He came back home worse than he went in and by Saturday night he was dead, but yeah, no call from the vet or anyone there very disappointed, I have been with this vet for years But whatever they did, my dog died because of it a dog that I had for nine years and I’m more upset that they didn’t even call to check on him . So, after all the years of me being a client of theirs and them taking care of my animals, I have moved my other animals because of the lack of care Not even a phone call to check on him to see how he was doing

I absolutely love the staff here. They've been great with both dogs I've had. I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Faulk allowed our newest baby to give him "kisses" like she loves to do. Dean seemed content with her visit, and we will definitely be back.I also love that they help Diamonds in the Ruff with all the animals they care for, foster, and re-home.

Brought some foster kittens here a few weeks ago. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful with all my questions. They are all very personal with wash of the animals and take great care of them.

They are like all other businesses. Their prices are getting outrageous. I took my dog over for allergies and infection. They said she had fleas and for the infection, she said spraying would be best. Well, they spayed her and I went to pick her up and she was still deeply under the stuff that put her to sleep and they said she would be ok, that it would take a little while to come out of it. Well, she didn't come out of it and I think she had a heart attack. She didn't make it and they knew she was still sick

Amazing animal care and great pricing. We use them for our cats, dogs, and horses. The vet is confident and calm with the horses, handles the fussy cats with love and care, and our dogs love them. When my cat required emergency surgery they didn't overcharge and did absolutely everything they could. When he didn't make it through, they gave me all the information I needed, helped me with the arrangements, let me see him one last time in private, and later send a card to us with dozens of handwritten condolences and grief resources. So long as I live here I won't use another vet. Both doctors are kind and insanely talented.

I always take my dog here for vaccinations and preventative care. The staff are always kind and prompt. The lobby is large which is nice when there are several animals waiting to be seen. There is also a community dog park which is a nice touch when waiting. I would recommend Four Rivers for all your fur babies!

Today I called about having our puppy seen it was almost before closing time, I called to make sure the vet could still see her and they said they would check, luckily Dr. Erika S. Tootle was still there and waited for us to arrive. When we arrived we were treated with the up most care and that's very important to us being our puppy is a member of our family just with a little fur and 2 extra legs. She checked on our puppy and gave us a home care plan to help us. I would highly recommend Four Rivers Veterinary Center to anyone, the staff was friendly and everything was explained thoroughly to us on what we should do at home and if anything changes.

Unprofessional. I had to pick the dog before they close. I got there at 5:02, not a soul in the building. There was no phone call to check if I was coming to get him. No phone call to tell me what they were going to do with keeping him over night. Avoid this place.

HIGHLY DISCOURAGE using this vet. They perform unnecessary procedures to receive payment, not helpful even in emergency situations, and unfriendly. Do NOT carry your babies here!!!

They took such good care with my fur baby. the price was way less than I was expecting to pay. And I loved how they explained everything beforehand that they were going to do and then explained the results. I will be taking him back as needed.

They do a great job caring for our animals here, and I feel the pricing is fair. My only issue is the front desk staff does not address you when you come in. They may ignore you for 10-15 minutes instead of simply saying they'll be with you shortly, or at least acknowledging you're there. The last time I went, it took 15 minutes to be noticed, even though there was only 1 other person waiting. They checked her in first, even though I arrived 10 minutes sooner. I was told I would be checked in, and my dog and I were taken to an exam room. A few minutes later, I get a call on my cell from the vet's office asking if we were going to show up. I have faith this will improve and will continue using them, but the basic customer service skills need to improve, such as, "hello, I'll be with you shortly."
