If I could give this store negative stars I would. Shopping experience is horrible and I don’t care if the dollar tree I work hard for every dollar and quarter they get from me. Myself and other customers had lift our buggies up while scraping our carts together to pass in the aisles over all the have torn apart boxes and random trash all over the floor absolutely LAZINESS. While im trying to navigate through the chaos I have to use the bathroom I’m a female and sometimes things pop up and it becomes an emergency. Well I go to the bathroom I feel like I entered a crack house, the subway in NY smells better than their bathroom and FILTHY. I had to run out of the bathroom grab a roll of toilet paper off of their shelf cover their everything in it use the bathroom then go grab soap from my cart to wash my hands j brought my concerns to the lady at the register and it become a joke apparently it’s a running joke and “they clean it to the best of their ability” then she proceeded to smash my items into the conveyer belt and drag them by the handful basically crushing them. I decided to buy nothing. Beware of this nightmare! However there is a fantastic dollar tree in a neighboring town reidsville. Very clean, organized, friendly hardworking staff.

This particular store is VERY unkempt (not tidy or clean). It's an extremely busy store and poorly staffed and disorganized. It's overstocked on unpopular items and understocked on popular items such as toothpaste. Be careful to check that you're not adding a $3 or $5 product to your shopping cart without realizing it.

The shelves never seem to be stocked. There must be a company policy against two registers being open, I'm sure the stockholders are happy though. On the upside, the employees are usually pleasant. Time to find new management...

I had not been here in a Long time because of the bad additude the employees had. & to my surprise as soon as you walk thru the door you can feel a real good vibe. I'm not sure who or what changed but, I Love it!! I spoke to a gentleman and let him know we as customers appreciate the changes that have been made!

A wide variety of items, all priced at either $1 (most) or less (some candy, Vienna Sausage, and potted meat, as well as clearance items, for example). The store is clean and easy to get around. The staff is helpful and know their store. I go there often and find many bargains there.

I enjoyed the variety of items but someone really needs to clean. There is stuff out of place everywhere. This made it a little difficult to actually see what that had.

This location has gotten so unorganized that the last few times I've shopped here i witnessed customers trying to straighten out the shelves to make it look better. If the stock manager can't get the stock crew to do the job right maybe the whole crew should be replaced starting with the manager. The clerks are having to do there job and trying to go behind the stock crew because they are not doing theirs.

The place was absolutely dirty. Only a few people were grumpy but the cashier was nice. Some things were still in a box after shipment, that stuff wasn't put on the shelves yet! I'm sure that will work on that.

Worst dollar tree in the state. The cashiers are great. The rest of the staff does not want to work. Stuff is unorganized and not where it should be. My wife asked for help today and actually had someone threaten to fight her in the check out line. This place has went down fast. Y'all need some Jesus up in there.

I have no complaints about Dollar Tree. The workers do the best they can. However, they should hire more people because the lines are ALWAYS packed and long when I go into the store. Other than that it's okay.

Dollar Tree is a miserable place to deal with. Their personnel are obvious in their lack of customer support and the store policies on exchanges and returns is terrible. Save yourself the headache and shop anywhere else, even Walmart is better than Dollar Tree.

Junky as alwaysThe manager standing around talking as usualOr outside talking wasting timeTo much stock on carts in ppl wayThis dollar tree is always junky dirty and unorganizedI go in thus store 2 to 3 times a week and it's always the same way if not WORSTWHEN will this store get cleaned up2 days before thanksgiving I went in and it was too many ppl suppose to be working but just hanging out talking as usual walking around and one lady that works there even stated and laughed that the problem at this store is to many ppl that are related works there together and how much fun they have that may be the problem they can't get any work done then she went in the stock room laughingThat's not funny because the store is a messSad ...and why all these ppl suppose to be working but you only have one register open with that line going down the isle with ppl trying to get out the store but your working ppl standing around talking or in that office ..a messMay be corporate will get something done

Nice clean store, they have something for everyone: wrapping paper, dog toys, picture frames, seasonal items, bags of candy, groceries and more for only a dollar.

For everything to be a dollar, they have a wide selection. They even sale frozen foods. Great for any budget. Love shopping here.
