Left a FedEx package there Saturday. It’s Tuesday and it is still there. Same experience at every dollar general store. They do not care about your FedEx package. I’ve had some 2 day packages sit at stores for 10 days before they get picked up and only then because I have to call a district manager to get them motivated. Not recommending for drop off shipping.

Tammy at the dollar store on East first Street. She deserves an award for her services and she is such a friendly store manager. Could use a little more organization. There were a lot of empty spaces on shelf, however they were putting up their truck so hopefully they filled some holes. But I think most dollar stores have this issue of keeping items in stock.But the cashier was very nice and polite. So all in all a good experience

This store has steadily improved over the past year. It used to be a total wreck: junk on the floor, shelves a mess, employees unfriendly. All those things have been changed...nice people, near store and shelves. The variety of refrigerated and frozen foods is nice, and they have a pretty good store brand of most items, as well as most name brands. I enjoy going to this store MUCH more than the mega you-know-where!

The shelves were bare. I know that it's hard to keep things in the store by I thought that it was better. There was one nice lady that took the time to actually help me find what I was looking for. The young lady that check me out sprayed so much lysol in the air that I almost couldn't breathe .

I’ve been standing outside for ten minutes already waiting to get a medication to help my family and it’s already 8:10am and they aren’t open. We called knocked on the door and nobody will come to the front. Even big trucks are here waiting to unload. They turned on the store lights but won’t open up

I was shopping there March 16th and I ask to use the restroom to tinkle and the cashier said it was only for employees so I had to leave everything I was gonna purchase and find a restroom. I am a senior citizen. Alot of the customers that was shopping there said the cashier would give me the key cause they have used the restroom before. I didn't go back and don't plan to. It seems the cashier was training someone by the register and didn't wanna be bothered.

My husband comes in here almost every morning. We are not from here, just here on his work trip. The cashier AND the manager on duty both watched him shop and waited til he got to the counter then proceeded to tell him " senior citizens til noon" and WOULD NOT check him out. Some people only have a few hours in the day to get what they need. Very disrespectful and unproffesional ! All other Dollar generals has a " encouragement to wait til noon and let the seniors go first. It is understandable, but does not mean nobody can shop BUT seniors. We are mad because they watched and waited to tell him after his arms were already full. I was a keyholder at a DG and i would NEVER do that to a customer. At least let them know when you see them walk in if anything.

The manager and assistant manager are rude and wanna accuse someone of stealing when if that's true then why not call the law but instead you wanna talk to another customer about me. Girls, and I say girls..don't profile me unless you can prove I did something in which I haven't !!!

My last visit was on New Year's Eve, and as such, they faired a 4/5 rating from me. They were understaffed & running themselves ragged trying to stock, answer questions and check out the customers. All being said I was overall pretty satisfied.

Dollar general helps make it possible for people to afford the necessities and products that they need. Saving a dollar is the best way. Dollar general also pays employees a salary per hour weekly or per month to help build a future for the unfortunate ones.

This place is still not right since Mr wayne left..it has cleaned up some but shelves arent stocked but stuff sitting in floor...not as bad as it was but still i use to enjoy shopping here but not anymore plus i have to wait forever to get checked out

They are always under stock on the shells too lazy to put up new stock when you go to buy something you just about guarantee they will not have it on the Shelf worst place I have ever shopped in my life. Downright pathetic

I went there for a flash drive. Then decided to drive to Walmart. I'm glad I did because the flash drive at Walmart was a fraction of the cost of the one at dollar general.

Dollar General wants you to spend money there but will not allow you to use their restrooms. So I will stop spending money in the one on 1st street in Vidalia GA. 30474
