👌Excellent service and food. Chicken strip basket was hot and fresh. They gave me an extra chicken strip too 🤝Blizzard was mixed very well and had a perfect consistency.The staff were really nice and friendly.We came through ≈ 9:30 and still got great service and food. Hardly any wait. Very speedy service.I have high standards for food service and this DQ and their awesome staff nailed it 👍

4 piece Chicken Strip Basket with gravy and a mini Oreo Hot Cocoa Blizzard is my go to 👌Chicken and gravy is always spot on.The fries can be undercooked (soggy and not crispy) at times. And the toast sometimes seems stale.Always seems to hit the spot though.Service always seems friendly and courteous in my experience.🐻🐻🐻🐻

The girl working at 230 pm was sweet as could be ,but the one that took the order don't understand well ,I ordered 6pc chicken nuggets and received 2 but the young lady made it right.

The owner is so sweet and nice.. the wife is also very sociable and will make sure everything goes well the same goes for the other staff employees as well. They have left the best impression on my kids and I hope it doesn't go away.

Just witnessed the manager go above and beyond to satisfy an unhappy customer that was truly taking advantage of him. The customer came in with almost completely eaten hamburger, maybe 1/3 left complaining it wasn't what he ordered. After the manager replaced the burger he also requested fries which had come with his meal. Then also requested another coke. The manager ask if he'd also like a cone too and of course the customer said yes. The manager gave him that too. The entire time the customer was sarcastic. The manager was completely taken advantage of but handled it very well. The customer was a total scammer. I can't stand people that advantage and rip people and companies off. Kudos to the manager being professional even though he knew he was being taken advantage of.

We were never greeted either as we came in the door or as we stepped up to order. She merely looked at us and waited for us to tell her what we wanted.The floor throughout the dining area, hallway to the restrooms and inside the restroom was sticky to the point we had to walk differently to pull our shoes off the floor.The smell of the restroom was putrid. I am aware of normal bathroom smells. This was not it........fecal, urine, and body odor mixed fairly well describes it.We were the only customers inside and only 3 cars in the drive-through. Still, it took more than 20 minutes for us to get our order.While getting our drinks, the drink dispenser kept malfunctioning.I will say that the trash cans were not running over with refuse and the table were not visibly soiled.Our meals did taste as expected from a chain fast food establishment.I was extremely glad that I did not have to spend more than a dollar and some change on our meal as I was given gift cards at Christmas. I will be making a point of telling people not to get me gift card from Dairy Queen in the future.

Everytime I come here, I ALWAYS have to repeat my order because there are teenagers playing in the background and nobody can seem to hear. Either that or they forget something on my order. The only reason that I gave 2 stars is because the food is actually good. The service is just horrible.Edit to previous review: I don’t know who the young lady is that was at the drive thru window, when I came today between 12:50pm-1ish, but she is AWESOME! She was very nice and polite & had my food hot and ready as I pulled up to the window!

They are typically very busy, but they don't let the stress and anxiety of it spill over to the interaction with customers. Have always been very kind to me and my party whenever I have stopped in. They sometimes have an issue with mobile orders coming through but I don't think that is their issue as much as it is the networking to the corporate app issues.

Stop for a quick $6 lunch while working. Was not impressed. Fries were warn, and double cheeseburger was not hot. Looks like it had been sitting under heat lamp for a bit. Sundae and fast service was the only thing that was good.

I've been to this dairy Queen twice in Baxley. I have been using the drive-thru and each time they have gotten my order wrong. So if I ever use this dairy Queen again which I do like the food I will check my order before I leave the window. The last time I got the six strip chicken basket and two of the strips we're good and warm and tasted as if they have been laying on the counter for about 30 minutes. And for some reason their toast always is so hard you can't eat it. But it is not near as bad as the dairy Queen in Dublin Georgia which cannot get anything right

Nice clean place with good service. Ordered peanut butter parfait two of the employees behind counter both wanted to make it for me. Like the comment from one of the " I've been looking forward to making one all day". Nice to see someone enjoying their job

We got our meal to go but they were super courteous and all of our food was hot and fresh. They didn't mess up our order (which in Vidalia is a strange occurrence among fast food restaurants ). I would recommend that anyone who wants a good meal for a reasonable price eat here.

I must say that Dairy Queen is very consistent when it comes to their onion rings, they are always fresh hot when they cook to order. I will always get the #7 at each DQ I visit, I must say that the DQ in Rincon has the others beat on all around service. The flamethrower was exceptional due to, it did not get cold from the time I left the counter to sit and eat in or when I got to my vechicle on a carry out. I will continue my service with DQ to always enjoy the # 7 while it last with my onion rings.

Great desserts, good food, and most the time service is decent. However I wouldn't recommend buying a personalized ice cream cake from them. They messed my daughter's up and I didn't discover that till about 15 minutes before the party upon arrival to pick up the cake and to "Fix" where they had gotten her name wrong they literally just scribbled her name over top the other name and haphazardly squirted icing that did not match any of the girly colors on the cake all over the border making it appear trashy, disorganized and just plain ugly and did so to cover fingerprint indentions made on the side. And were VERY rude about having to fix their mistake. And to add injury to insult it took them over 45 minutes to do what would have taken a 5 year old 5 minutes to do and probably would have done so much better.

Surprise Party for foster kid was a success thanks to the staff at DQ. Very friendly, rushed a cake for same day, gave a treat to the birthday girl and her siblings. Easiest party ever. Even let us bring balloons inside.
