Loved this place growing up as a kid, always lived the food but this time the food wasn't all that. Two months ago, a week after my birthday, me and my family went to get some burgers and I got the chicken sandwich. My mom said it was very greasy and she's not a big fan of greasy foods. Felt fine that day but the next morning, I felt like I threw up and I felt very ill for two days. After that, my parents and my niece got it. So, we all got food poisoning. I will never go back to Checkers unless if they make better food or hire better workers that can cook and to the person reading this, I would not recommend eating their food unless if you wanna get food poisoning.

Really ready for this place to get it back together. Food always delivers but it’s the other things that are problematic. They NEVER use both sides of the drive thru anymore. You use to get through pretty quickly because you had both sides working. And the milkshake/slushy machine has been down for about 6 months if not more. Makes you wonder if they are just getting by. On the bright side, the young lady at the window today was wonderful.

Awesome! The manager was so sweet and her name is Emily W. Also the cashier Megan O. was as well. The entire staff that night we went were, and our food came out fresh and hot. No fry-bombs on Emily's watch! Highly recommend!

The food was hot and fantastic and served fast, as is nearly always the case with Checkers, consistently. After the drive-through, my family parked and my son and I walked up to the window to order cones and another burger for the family, because growing teenagers eat non-stop! At the window, the young lady was unnecessarily quite rude. There was no one in line rushing her or anything, she just seemed like she was hating life right then. She was beyond unhappy and actually angry. If not for that, the experience was great. I'm sorry for you young lady, I honestly hope your life improves!

I went to the drive through and ordered my food. I repeated my order twice then processed to the window. The young lady didn't repeat the order, just asked for the money. Gave me the drinks and closed the window. Then she started dancing. She brought the food back. I asked her what order is what. She said it's on it looking crazy. So I pulled off. My hotel was right down the road. When I walked on and started to eat. My orders was wrong and cold.

Unusually long wait 10 minutes at drive through . 2 hamburgers orders finally came #3 and #4 and they were cold. The guy comes to the window slides it back half way hands the bag out never makes eye contact, doesn't says thanks or apologizes for the long wait. Not going back. Used to be one of my favorite places.

Waited 10 mins with only 1car in front of us. They left without food. Once at the window, a young girl that looked like she was mad at the world😤. No greeting what so ever. Just acted as if she could care less about my order or her job. If ya gonna work with public you have to have a pleasant attitude and show it. 😁😀🤩🤗 Please be nice to your customers or we may not come back

When you pull up and order something to eat you should get what you want, since you are paying for it. Well everytime I go here before going to work my order be wrong. This has happened on 5 or more occasions. If I say no mustard I mean no mustard! What's so hard about that! I love getting the fry lovers burgers and spicy chicken sandwich. Word of advice: check your food before pulling off from the window!

It has great burgers and fries with multiple options of food. No you can't dine inside but you can eat at the tables outside. You can order your food at the drive through or the two windows outside where you walk up to and wait.

The lady on the drive thru on the right side light skinned lady was rude. My time there was terrible I should look forward to coming to checkers and feeling welcomed the lady was saying " don't get mad if you don't know what to order lady " and that was every unexpectable Thanks

Great Buffalo Wings for a fast food chain. I do wish they would bring back the Styrofoam container rather than the paper. It just holds up better for wings.

both ladies at the drive thru window had on bonnets . and they weren’t the type you wear at a restaurant . they carry lice and many more things. that’s unprofessional and disgusting and fix your drive thru speakers can’t understand nothing they say .

Made my order from the drive through got my food and noticed everything wasn't there. I turned around and went back just to get told by the cook " you ate the food because I put in in the bag and you're not getting anything else" $5.28 in food I didn't recieve . I won't be back

It's checkers! They're hamburgers are good but when it comes down to it it's the fries their seasoned fries they are just the best I've been able to make a meal off of the fries alone

They are getting as bad as McDonald's. The last 4 times I went, they messed up my order. When given the chance to fix their mistake, they STIL got my order wrong and I was made to feel as though I was an imposition!

Waited in drive thru for 30min. Got stuck in line is the only reason we couldn't leave. They were out of atleast 10 items. Sad times.

The sandwich that I got was thrower together, cold and the cheese cold not even melt. Messy, fries was hard. Just not the same as it once was.

Quick service with reliably tasty food. I would recommend against the limited time items, and stick to the standard menu.
