This is one of the worst pharmacies in town. They are overpriced and under staffed. The pharmacy employees act as if they are doing you a favor instead of showing you any kind of consideration. They are extremely slow and act as if they could not care less. After I waiting in line at the drive thru for an hour I made it to the window. The man there told me to wait, he'd be right back. After waiting 10-15 more minutes he came back on the speaker to get my name. Then he looked around for my prescription for a while, came back and told me they just received it a few minutes before (not true, I was at the doctor when they sent it) and then told me I'd have to come inside and wait 45 minutes, he had to keep the drive thru line moving. What a joke. By then I'd been waiting over an hour. He didn't care at all. He didn't even speak to the pharmacist. It didn't matter that I could not wait that long or that a round trip back to the store would me 30 miles or so. I told him I would get another pharmacy to fill it. Later that evening I got an email stating that my prescription was ready...10 minutes after I left. Funny, I thought they "just received it". Anyway this is only one example of their shoddy service. I have no intentions of usin this pharmacy ever again.

No one likes to wait at the pharmacy counter, but these guys were unbelievably in control. Just got my flu shot and found the pharmacist and Aron at the counter competent in handling the backup. As it was evident that more staff is needed, they were attentive and communicative to all waiting. Shame on mgt not supporting them with a Pharmacy Tech.

This is THE MOST HORRIBLE pharmacy in terms of service. EVERY time I come through the drive-thru it as last 30 mins to be served. The employess will see you at the window and completely ignore you until they feel compelled to finally initiate conversation over the speaker. When they do ask what you need it seems like you are annoying them by using the drive-thru service. They never fill prescriptions within an hour and have contacted me, verging on hounding me, me to pick up prescriptions that they didn't have filled and COULDN'T fill due to lack of supply. Use any other pharmacy in this town BESIDES this Baytree Road location!!

After being on the phone for 35 minutes, someone hung up. I called back. After spending another 45 minutes I was told they do not have the prescription they doctor office sent over the day prior. Another 20 minutes to find the prescription. Found it. Now in drive through 30 minutes. Three cars behind me and two in front. 15 minutes for customers to get waited on. I know staffing is an issue but I’m spending my money elsewhere.

They have been texting me that my prescription "has been delayed "waiting for my doctors approval." That approval went to them early yesterday afternoon. It is now 3:30pm the following day so I am trying to call them. At the time of writing this review, I have been on hold for 1 hour and 35 minutes. I literally just put the phone down beside me while I work and left it on speaker. Their automated system was saying there are 2 callers ahead of me for the past 55 minutes. Terrible customer service, horribly run operation. I will be changing to a different pharmacy.

I have used the pharmacy for years, but won’t be returning. My 4 year old child was diagnosed with strep on Friday, and I waited 2 hrs to go pick up his prescription to allow ample time for it to be filled. When I arrived, I was told the prescription was on back order until Monday. Not once did this pharmacy call the drs office to let them know, or call other local pharmacies to transfer the prescription. The tech nonchalantly told me they could not substitute the prescription and to find another pharmacy if I didn't want to wait until Monday. I had to sit in the car with a sick 4 year old, call other pharmacies to see if they had the meds, then have it transferred to Chancy’s. Which by the way, I had to have Chancy’s call more than once to have it transferred. If it had been up to Walgreens, my 4 year old would not have received his medicine until Monday and would have gotten worse. Do better, Walgreens.

Today October 27, 2022 I dropped off my husband’s prescription around 12 pm, he had a procedure done that morning and really needed the medicine, there was a person ( Kenya) running the register the line was long and on top of that she kept walking off when an older gentleman was trying to ask her something, finally the person running the drive thru decided to help she told me my husband’s prescription would be ready in two hours, waited for their call, finally decided to drive there it was already 4:40 pm and there was a long line again, when I asked for the prescription Kenya said they weren’t ready ( with her nasty attitude) because “we had been busy all day with shots”. So I waited there almost 30 mins I asked to get the prescription back so I could take it to another pharmacy because I had waited long enough and on top of that she had a very nasty attitude, Kenya in a rude way said that it was almost ready. She called another employee when the prescription was finally ready at 5:19 pm so she could ring me up. While I was waiting I noticed how the person running the drive thru was eating and licking her fingers, touching everything and handling prescriptions. Walgreens you should train your employees to be nice to every customer, not only to the ones that have their same skin color. And also not sure if it’s the norm for employees to be eating and licking their fingers while handling prescriptions specially with covid and flu season.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of using. Not only is this pharmacy disorganized, but I have been left without my medication two times in the past year with no recourse. And no way to solve the problem. They have messed up my pickup times by refilling my medicine without my consent, they close their pharmacy randomly and without warning, and I have even been interrogated by one of their former staff members as if I was misusing my medication when in reality it was a pharmacy error that caused an issue. As of this posting, I have stopped using Walgreens and will never return as a customer again. These practices have proven to be a detriment to my day to day activities and have caused me emotional distress. Do not use this pharmacy. Save yourself the headache.

Horrible service at the pharmacy! I have just recently moved to Valdosta and was looking for a new pharmacy. I had my flu shot preformed her and loved the tech that did it. So I had my prescription transferred here. When I went in to pick it up; I was told I would have to pay for a prescription that is always 100% covered by insurance. When I told them this, I was met with a very condescending attitude. I told them that paying for the prescription was no problem, but I had never paid for this prescription before. They told me that it looked like my insurance was invalid or that my insurance didn’t cover my prescription anymore. When I informed them that neither of these things were true, I was told that there was nothing they could do. I told them that like I said before paying for the prescription was no problem, but after dealing with their horrible attitude and service, I just wanted my prescription transferred. The tech I was dealing with printed out a sheet of paper and told me “that’s the error code I’m receiving.” I looked at the paper and pointed out that the prescription listed on the paper was not the name of my prescription. The tech said well that’s the name brand. We don’t have the generic in stock.” I said that’s fine and again stated I would like to have my prescription transferred. The tech rudely told me “ Well, just have the pharmacy call us.” I did just that, and guess what! In less than two hours, the new pharmacy had my prescription ready and covered in full. Still shocked at the treatment I received at this Walgreens. I will most definitely not be back and do not recommend.

Called to speak to someone about my refill, after being on hold 10 minutes(I know they can be busy, so that is not the problem) the woman answered, I told her who I was and the prescription that I was calling about, she asked me my birthrate then called me by so.e other name, I corrected her, she still got it wrong so I spelled it out to her. Then she told me to please hold, after about 5 minutes or so, it started ringing instead of being on hold, after 12 rings she answered and simply said hold please and put me back on hold. After another 5 minutes or so, the ringing started again, this time after 17 rings, someone picked up and without saying a word hung up. I guess your customers don't matter much.

Wow.I operated the NYC and DC/MD/VA Regional Training locations which housed the East Coast VP offices for 2 seperate competitors who are not easily accessible to this area. I was also FE trainer for many of these locations, both unioned and non-unioned, and have multiple Mid-Upper level contacts within Walgreens itself.With that said, we're currently on an extended visit in Valdosta GA and had my Husband's long time Rx's were sent to this location over 3wks ago. With Walgreens being the most easily accessible for the area we figured this would be the best option as we wanted to avoid competitors such as Publix/Wal-Mart. He just got one filled a wk ago and is still waiting on another one. Additionally, syringes are required for one Rx. At 1st this location tried to charge him full price for the syringes stating the "NDC was not on file with 3rd Party" strongly indicating they never called in to the Insurance (Tri-Care) to find out which type was covered before filling the Rx. When my Husband inquired about this the Tech Kenya aggressively stated repeatedly that neither she nor anyone at the Pharmacy was going to call the Insurance as this was our responsibility and this type was the only option. After calling Tri-Care ourselves, and subsequently many calls with this location later, did they say they would place an order for the actual covered syringes. This was on a Friday, after already waiting 2-3wks, it's the following Wed and they still haven't filled the order. When we called them on Tues they said they just placed the order for the syringes that day. We understand the challenges Covid has created with quality/over worked workforces as well as shipping/handling, my Husband is a 1st Responder and I'm in Legal/Law Services, however the concerns with this location aren't regarding anything that is not within control of the individualsat the Pharmacy. The overall blasé attitude, lack of communication and escalating behavior indicates much more than simply Covid challenges. A male employee consistently complains about how annoying the demand for Covid Vaccines are, Ms. Kenya consistently has an attitude of inconvenience and the overall service is mind boggling for a lower volume location. Even Mom & Pop shops have higher service/standards than this location. The clear lack of training, responsibility and accountability are a strong indicator of the overall Mid-Upper FE/Pharmacy management. The long term consistent feedback on service is also a clear indicator that this is not a new or uncommon concern. Considering that Pharmacy brings in the bulk of profit, this also highlights the Company's lack of overall care/concern for the location as well as the subsequent image it projects for Walgreens as a whole. However, the truly embarrassing thing about all of this is how preventable it was. Had we researched the location first we would have never have utilized it in the first place.

Went thru drive thru to get a medicine that ended up being over the counter and they made me go inside of the store to get it . Unfortunately I have my 2 babies sick and pharmacist refused to help me out over the drive thru. What a bad service . What is the point of the drive thru ?

Last three times I have needed the pharmacy could never could get anyone to answer the phone. Today my wife spent probably two hours trying to get someone on phone. And finally I went to store and they informed me pharmacy was closed all day and sorry for inconvenience. Would be nice if the message at pharmacy number states this info. Terrible customer service at this location

This pharmacy has gone so far down hill I’ll use Publix from now on, dropped off a script yesterday and no notice of the new hours, so went to p/u closed 6:45 pm, 9:30 am supposed to open up at 9:00 first trip no one at the window screen is still down. Second trip sorry it’s not ready, third and final trip ready 10:45 am. Ridiculous

I went to the Drive thru to buy something with my 2 kids sick in the car. They didn’t care and they said I should move and get it by the app o go inside the building!! Terrible customer service on the drive thru. It was 5pm! I was the only one there and they spend more than 5 min in the window without talking to me, when they finally open the window ask me to go inside!

The pharmacy staff at this location have been extremely rude and disrespectful every time I have gone there. They act like they are better than you and have attitudes. I have gone five times now and have had an bad experience every time. No more Walgreens, Publix pharmacy is better and cheaper.

I'm never gonna shop at this location ever again. Basically everyone who works here is completely rude. There's only one person who actually is helpful and he's not there all the time. I usually have to deal with the guy opening the store and one time he wasn't even there on time. The store opens at eight, not whenever you wanna come in. And every time I come, I feel like i'm in another country where customer service doesn't exist. They should clean house.

Horrible customer service every time I have been there. Pharmacy is the worst!!! Rude not helpful staff. They make you stand around and wait and no one helps you. No consult for prescriptions because all they do is stare at a screen instead of help people. I have complained to the manager before and it does no good. They do not care!! As convenient as Walgreens is it's time to change pharmacies.

This store is an absolute joke. Drop off a prescription at 1230 and be told it'll be ready by 2. Come back at 215 only to be told "It's not ready." When you ask why you're immediately met with hostility from the pharmacy staff.It's pathetic. Does no good to try and speak to anyone because they could care less. I'll never use this ridiculous pharmacy again.

Walgreens is everyone's lucky charm. We've all had those horrible grocery shopping day trips where we simply forgot something on the way home and then there suddenly appears " WALGREENS". Walgreens is the place where you will find each aisle tightly snuggled and stocked. You will most definitely catch a few occasional mark downs in each department. You must stay focused and remember the reason for your shopping trip or those register weekly reward deals that you somehow just found out about, yes... will ruin YOU (lol)! No worries, hold your head up high and walk way like a boss and simply use your register rewards from this shopping trip on your next Walgreens shopping trip in their amazing unlimited refrigerated grocery section. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Their staff has no clue what their automated system is doing. After we get several emails and text confirmations about a refill they have not done the script refill. I can’t convince my wife to go elsewhere. This place is a joke. Maybe they will go bk and we’ll get a different local company that cares about customer service.

Sent some photos to Baytree location in Valdosta from out of town today for my Great Grandmother. She got a neighbor to drive her over to pick them up, she currently lives alone and has mobility issues but she was so excited to get the kids school pictures to put on her wall. Adam refused to give her the photos and when I called he told me he'd be happy to trash them. It's too bad I loved hitting the makeup sales and now I'll have to switch where I get my scripts.
