The workers up front have the most nastiest attitudes I've ever came across in my life. The manager, I think his name was Jimmy was so rude to the elderly couple in front of me in the line. He wouldn't even give them the toll free number so the customer could call about her regards. It takes 5 secs to look it up yet he told her to look it up herself. Also witness an employee take off her badge/keys and slam it onto a display on the counter. Her name was Olivia and she started to cry when the older gentleman said he was going to report her. Saying how she's been working since 6am. If you can't work "long" hours and you're having a bad day then don’t come to work. We all have bad days but you don't bring that to work and act out in front of customers. Lastly the older woman who works in the front walked between the elderly couple and I and didn't even say excuse me. When I called to report to the store manager she answered the phone so rudely and told me "He's in his office." With a rude delivery. I'm not sure what's going on at the Walgreens but I won't be coming back. Hire some new staff and maybe I will.

Never happy with this store. After checking the closing time on Friday night, I decided to do a pickup order, so that it would be ready in the morning early because I needed an inhaler. It is an over the counter primatene mist and I called them after 3 hours of being open and they said they would text me when it was ready. 5 1/2 to 6 hours later I had to go to the store because no one bothered to tell me if it was ready or not. When I walked in the store they act like they had no clue. Not to be ugly but that is unacceptable. One item should not take that long to put in a bag and text somebody that is ridiculous. People in the store have always been this way they have no sense of urgency and the customer service there is horrible.

I would give this pharmacy zero stars if they would allow me to. I am new to the area and have not had any of my prescriptions sent to this pharmacy as of yet. Upon seeing my doctor he wrote me up a prescription I had it sent to this pharmacy and was told by Alicia the pharmacist that she would not fill my prescription because I have not had this specific medication filled by them before. She told me if I have not had my medication filled by them for at least three months she will not fill it. I tried to explain to them that I just saw the doctor and have not had this medication before and she still refused to fill it and told me to go somewhere else. So I will do just that as well as be calling corporate to notify them of the terrible customer service that this one person is giving people. If you do not like your job and do not care for your patience you should quit.. I have never met anybody this rude when it came to their job. Again I am not from here just moved here. She has got to be the rudest most unprofessional person I have met in this state yet.

Very good service from employee's fast turnaround time for prescriptions and big verity for all your needs in-store.i suggest Walgreens to anyone that needs to save money on meds. And pick up other items at the same time in a timely manner....

So CVS didn’t do a good job filling a Rx for my baby and simply said go to Walgreens. So this location was the closest and open. They went above and beyond to get the Rx filled. When I called CVS to see if they’d transferred the Rx and told me the pharmacists were talking and doing it, I could see the pharmacist and Walgreens and knew he wasn’t on the phone with anyone. When I told him what was happening, he immediately took action and got it handled. I can’t say enough good things about the staff working this Walgreens today.

they do not pick up their phones at all. you just continue to sit on hold. i needed my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy and they were unable to get anyone from this pharmacy on the phone so they asked me to try, i sat on hold for over thirty minutes. when someone finally did pick up they immediately hung up the line. i had to call back again just for them to put me on another hold. there's no way they are so busy that they cannot pick up their phone lines. i don't recommend going to this walgreens for anything especially prescriptions.

Do not come here employees are very rude. They will follow you around the store if you are not their same ethnicity. I came to get a postcard and got the run around and was followed around until I left out. Please protect your energy and peace. Stay away.

I always get good service when I come here. I don't go often, but the store is always well lit, clean and the cashiers are cool. I appreciate them being in the neighborhood. The weekly specials are always a plus! :)

This store was one if my favorites. It seems to be instability in the staffing. It began it's 24 hour service, only to abruptly end it after a very short time. The pharmacy never had the medicine that I needed, one of this techs was rude and unapologetic. Please get them back to the store I loved. Thanks. S/n WillieMae is excellent.

Pharmacy was slow. I was notified via the Walgreens app that there was a problem with my insurance that they were working to resolve at 11 am. Tried to call to check on it at 6 PM, waited on hold for 8 minutes, and only then did they fix it. I ended up waiting all day for my prescription and another 25 minutes in the drive through. The staff in the drive through was very friendly, despite how busy they were.

I love walgreens but there pharmacy has really gone down hill. The customer service is very lacking , I was in line waiting and the girl told me they were closing and I could come back later. Yeah but no cvs had no problem filling mine .

The people in pharmacy have a nasty attitude, As soon as I got to the pharmacy to pick the lady walked away with and other people standing their and started fill prescriptions, I patiently and then said excuse me mame... the other lady came from behind and said your going to need to wait I said mame I waited patiently Im the drive thru, and waited patiently as she walked away Im going to be late to work... she said uuugh and came and it asked for my number and I told her mame this isn't my number she said the one you have us... I said mame this is my first time coming here Im from Georgia and said well you did I said mame I will call cooperate Im not going to argue. white lady up front she didn't speak when I entered or existed the building...

This location has the worst pharmacy in Valdosta. It never has prescriptions in stock and when it does your prescription is not ready at the time specified. Or, you are sent notification to pick up a prescription that doesn’t exists. Customer service is awful and often doesn’t have a clue.

The pharmacy lies about prescriptions not being covered & letting doctors offices know... They never told my doctors office until last that night & I waited until 9pm last night, then found out 😡Definitely won't use this pharmacy again...The other areas of the store are wonderful tho
