Their staff members are amazing and store always immaculate. Prices on water fowl and chickens are steep though and you can only buy in 10's from what I see. Over all though, whoever is running it is doing a great job. I understand the prices are there within reason.

Bought one of my favorite tractors here, very nice tractor, good working tractor, tractor does great job when pulling my tractor stuff, also green tractor, top speed of 35mph very fast tractor, go here for propane, smart head employees, 600 credit score employees, heck off brian ya dang fiddler eddie knows lots, also very nice ducks.👍

Usually, Tractor Supply is great.This time when I went, to fill up propane tanks, there seemed to be a "new" employee assigned to the propane area. Not a great idea when you're filling pressurized tanks with flammable gas.I notified the staff inside BEFORE removing the tanks from my car. They told me someone would be right out. I waited outside the gate for over 10 minutes and then called the store to let them know I was still waiting. Another 5 minutes later and they finally opened the gate. Once I got to the back propane area the employee filling the tanks acted like he had never been properly trained in what he was doing. He then called for another employee and they were finally able to get the first tank filled. While they were filling the second tank I put the first tank in my trailer in the parking lot and went to retrieve my other tank when I noticed they had locked me out of the back. I politely yelled for an employee that was working in the plant section and she looked up and right at me and then kept doing what she was doing. I yelled again and she finally came over and opened the gate. I was then able to go grab my other tank and pay for the LP. They undefiled BOTH of my tanks too. I was so out of patience that I didn't even both telling them becuase of all the previous hassle. What a PITA, last time I filled up my tanks (couple years ago) it was a breeze and the guy filling the tanks was really knowledgeable.The LAST place you should put a new employee is dealing with pressurized and flammable gas. At least train them first.

Thank you to the entire staff and manager for helping us with the purchase of a generator. Special shout out to Bill for going above ad beyond to get it loaded into the car. Made a stressful situation so much better. Proof that there ARE good people willing to help! AWESOME JOB GUYS!

RASPBERRIES. DO NOT BUY STUFF LIKE THIS...Tonight Loretta surprised me with 2 Raspberry plants she bought $7 ea at TRACTOR SUPPLY.. She gave them to me tonight when I was up in Lake Park dropping of plants for tomorrow..I came home opened them , labeled and potted them up.Here are pictures. I wasn't surprised. Very dry. Probably dead. Cut back the dry dead tops. But I planted them and watered. They will get excellent care. BUT.THEY ARE WORTHLESS. . I'm going to ask her to return them. They are not going to grow... I would be shocked.. Share this post.KEEP IN MIND. I sell 3 gal Blackberry plants looking good with 3' canes $10.

Today Feb 23,2020 ordered online cracked corn and dog food. Everything was waiting on hand truck at customer service. Loaded it in car when I got home dogfood leaked all over my 2018 Toyota $42.00 for a damaged bag taped poorly. Make sure you check your stuff don't let them rush you , take the time and check your stuff for busted bags.

Still my favorite Tractor Supply in the U.S. A huge thank you to Travis, Connor and Eddie for helping us with our grill, loading and securing it. What a great and personable bunch and our cashier Sarah…I had left a greeting card at the register so when she saw us return for the grill hours later, she met us outside with it! Great customer service all the way around and everyone there is so appreciated!

I took my dog for a Dog wash for the first time and the amenities are fantastic. For the past couple of years I’ve just been using my bathroom and now I don’t! :) for just $10 I can wash, condition, brush and dry my dog. It beats the fee at the groomer.Pepper also had a little accident and I had to run outside so that she can finished. By the time I was back they already cleaned a felt bad but I appreciate the help.

Been coming here for years for any farm supplies I need, we have multiple animals and a small farm. After today I will be heading to the Adel store since they seem to care about their customers and their actual policies. I asked the lady up front to price match something for me so she called a “manager” up front. I showed him 6 different places that the item I was trying to purchase was cheaper. He tried to tell me they didn’t match online prices and that “they” would flip if he did. Per Tractor Supply’s website “Tractor Supply will match any competitor's online or in-store price on any identical item” after I showed him this he told me they got an email this week (it’s a Monday btw) that they can’t match any online prices. I left and called the Adel store and asked to speak to a manager. He has my item in stock, is going to price match, and has earned my business over this Valdosta store.

Personal service and best prices guaranteed....what's not to like about that! Went without hubby and couldn't lift what i needed so asked for help....the gentleman took the item to the register for me, waiting behind several customers at the register, and then brought it out to the car! Which is how they do service, courteous and professional from beginning to end. Item what cheaper than same at Big Box....easy in and out.

The young lady that checked us out, Courtney, needs a huge lesson in manners and how to provide customer service without rolling her eyes and complaining about her customers as they are standing in front of her.

I had the best experience. The young man Tyler helped me out with getting tires with a wonderful, helpful attitude. He walked me through the store return policy for purchases if I for some reason had any issues. He carried the tires to the front for me to checkout and was going to help further by carrying them to my truck. In summary, I would absolutely recommend to go to this store, 1000A North St Augustine Rd, Valdosta, GA 31601, because they hire young gentlemen like Tyler with respect and amazing guest services. I look forward to doing more business at this store and will be recommending it to my friends and family.

I don't leave reviews very often but the staff at tractor supply company in Valdosta Georgia is outstanding. They allowed us to bring our dogs inside of the store to shop and a young man assisted Us in fitting a harness on our Skye TerrierAnd adjusted it to make sure that it fit.They even have a stainless steel dog bathing area with everything that you need furnished.The sales staff made sure that we found everything that we needed. Another lady had a large bag of dog food and a salesperson carried it out to her vehicle for her. It is not often that you find and businesses that are as accommodating as tractor supply is.

I like going to tractor supply, because of their inventory. You can find many items that you can't at other retailers. I gave them a 5 because I've always had good service and I usually find what I'm looking for at decent prices as well. Employees are always happy to help you and as of yet, I haven't found the bathroom unkempt yet.

Everyone was shutting down earlier than advertisee for Christmas eve. I got there at 5:40p.m. and the manager and staff welcomed me and told me to shop until I got done and don't worry about the time. Thank you for being so welcoming!!

We come here just about once or twice a season to pick up a few items for our garden and pet.They have a big selection of items to choose from. If you need help, just ask a clerk and they will get you where you want to be.
